Horrible! No concept of customer service. That middle-aged woman with blond hair was so condescending and rude that she should literally never work with the public. She must be an owner because I believe she has been there for a long time. In fact, now that I think about it, I went into that store for paint and advice over 10 years ago and I had the same impression from her back then. I felt like the people who work there were so rude that I never wanted to go back. I had forgotten about that and went in to get some paint swatches and touch up paint for things I had confirmed by phone they have in their computer system. I could not make it through a simple transaction with that woman. She was dripping with condescension and so rude that I had to say forget it, I will go elsewhere. I left and will never step foot in that store again. Why deal with rude people with a bad attitude when there are so many other stores to choose from? read more
