I requested a service that will take dead skin off of my face because I explained that they're often is a lot of dry skin that is on my face. She chose a service that helped with reducing redness and irritation of the skin. The positive: the front staff is kind. The products they use feel luxurious and smells nice. The location is clean and welcoming. There are many types of services to choose from. My service was relaxing and the products did not irritate my skin which is a plus. However, there were a few downsides to the service. First, the beautician did not speak English and had a hard time communicating. At some point, I felt she got frustrated and did not speak much afterwards. It was really awkward after that. Second, I wanted my face to feel clean but after my service, my face still felt like it was not clean and I was able to rub dead skin off still... the facial did not do much for my skin at all. Third, pricing is a bit steep and although the product is nice, I feel like the service was not worth the price itself. I used to think of myself of someone who didn´t have "good facial skin" and after going with Tiffany, people started giving me compliments about my skin, something that has never happened before. What I would definitely recommend if you decide to do the acne treatment would be: YOU HAVE TO TRUST HER. On my first appointment, just right after the treatment, my face was irritated and I was about to lose my hope because I didn´t see any improvement on that first appointment, but she explained to me that on the first sessions you won´t see any results because if you want a REAL change it doesn´t happen overnight and have to be very patient. She looked at me and said that I should just trust her. So, I choose to do so and she was right. Do not get demotivated if you don´t see changes on the first sessions, I swear it´s worth it. Tiffany´s job is deep so it takes longer but is REAL. FOLLOW EVERYTHING SHE SAYS: small habit changes, like changing your shampoo, showering at night, change your pillow sheets often and of course use the products she gives really make the difference. So if you are already paying and committing to do the treatment, those small things are actually a big part of the process. BE POSITIVE DURING THE SESSIONS: I know they are not relaxing and actually they can be painful, but honestly what helped me was just to think of how beautiful my skin was going to look after this intense treatment, and that mindset helped to tolerate those sessions. It´s not a facial where you go to chill and relax, is quite intense sometimes but is really really worth it. If you want a real change, it has to cost you something. For background, I have used botox before and received it in Korea at a skincare clinic. I loved the results then and thought it would be similar to that treatment. In Korea, they cleanse and numb your face prior to treatment. They also show you the bottle before they draw it into the needle. At skin perfect brothers, she turned her back to me and didn't show me that it really was botox. It could have been dysport for all I know. She rubbed a Vaseline type cream on my forehead without wiping it clean and just started injecting (after marking my muscle movement). Its only been 5 days, and we'll see in 2 weeks at its full development. I wanted an annual visit there, but after that treatment... I'm good. They did text me to see if I was happy with it.
