I've only been here two times and both experiences were horrible with the nail tech!! The tech put a bandaid on my nail to cover the skin she ripped off, so then the day after I took the bandaid off, my gel got removed too. Now all of my gel on my nails are coming off after 4 days. read more

I am so disappointed. I have never had to go get a polish change after i just got my nails done. The unfortunate part is that the staff was really nice except for the older man that did my nails. Do NOT get him. I tried to explain to him how I wanted my nails to look but it seemed like he had an attitude every time I tried to recommend something. I was just so disappointed because I was super excited to go here and if you get your nails done, a full set is not cheap. Found this place when I first moved to Atlanta and I was hooked. They do a great job on my mani and pedi. Very friendly staff too.

I just got the best manicure of my life, here. Their prices are a little higher than other salons in the area, but you get what you pay for here. Kevin's attention to detail and getting exactly what I wanted with my SNS manicure was unmatched. I am so grateful to know that I'll be able to come back and have a great experience. I've been searching for a great nail tech all over Marietta for about 3 months now, since the wonderful girl I used to go to moved away. My fingers are bleeding as I write this review. The tech was so rough with my cuticles to the point where multiple fingers are cut and bleeding. My nails were painted so sloppy and messy so she went over my cuticles with her sharp tool and starting clipping away the messy paint and clipped away deep into my skin, I told her it was painful and she literally wiped my blood onto a paper towel. I didn't get an apology. I respectfully told the man at the front that this is unacceptable and he said that this is something that happens all the time. He was also told me my hands will heal in a few hours with a sly smile on his face. I paid $30- no tip and will not be returning. This has never happened to me before. I see why the John's Creek location split from this location. The worse customer service I have experienced since coming out of COVID. I made an appointment for myself, daughter and sister, three Gel pedicures and manicures via their website. They canceled all three Sunday night. I called Monday to confirm our 4:30 appointment and get clarity on why it was canceled. The guy who answered said parties of 3 have to give a deposit of $50. I said since when as every time my sister visit we do this. Then I said can I make the appointments separate as I was driving and it wasn't as if I want going to spend at least $50 on my services. He continued to say it's $50 then hung up. We arrived at our 4:30 appointment thinking at least they do walk-ins. He again asked if we paid the $50 deposit, I said no we are walk-ins. We would like one Gel Pedicure and Manicure. One SNS pedicure and manicure and one Gel Full set and Gel pedicure. He said NO because we didn't pay the deposit. We kindly left as my hard earned money can definitely be spent elsewhere. read more

My experience here was horrible!! I have been to this occasion numerous times, and spent a significant amount of money. The product here is cheap. All 3 of my daughters visit this location with me as well. I received the SNS service...the product was cracking and splitting within one day. I was cut by Tyler with the drill, which seems to be a complaint here...people being nipped and cut.. as this ridiculous! I called in and came by with 2 of my other daughters. One of my daughter SNS was peeling like nail polish. My other daughter received gel...and it was peeling like polish as well. My finger was sore to the bone...and plus they told me they were busy and couldn't fix the errors. I then told them, I could not come back until my finger healed. They agree and said ok, after 3 to 4 people looked and all our nails, and agreed the product shouldn't look this way. I made an appointment for my daughters to come back...but Pharaoh called and wanted to change the time, and my daughter could not do that time. So, we told them we would reschedule....I called again twice, they had no availability. So, I called on Mon. The owner told me I waited too long. I don't understand I have been waiting on you all. And then he said Tyler (the tech) would decide if he wanted to do my nails at no cost. He said, call back tomorrow. I did for him to say Tyler said no! And it is for us to get on their schedule, not us coming at our convenience. Refused to let me speak with Tyler. And then, I asked about a gift card that was purchased by my daughter, he said no we will not refund! We won't service you and fix what was admitted by us as our errors, we won't let you speak with Tyler, he is busy, and we won't refund your gift card. The reviews about the product here are factual...they have a lot of reviews about the drill usage here and product. Stay away!! The customer service is horrible, and unprofessional. There is a communication disconnect here as well. And this is ALL under the new management. New management, same horrible products and service! read more

Went in for the first time today and got the Pharaoh pedicure. If going please note they have a screen setup for check-in and/or appointments. My hubby went in earlier and scheduled my appointment and paid ahead. I walked in and registered, which I guess for future appointments will allow me to check in. There aren't massage chairs here but the chairs were comfortable. You're not walking up to pick a color, they will bring the nail color palette to you and there's a LOT to choose from. Kevin was my tech and he was gentle and did a great job. I've been to other places that kept some of my blood to remember me by so this was a great change. My only oh hell was when I tried to get out of the chair lol. I looked like a roach losing its battle with Raid. All and all... I'll come back to see Kevin. read more

Clean, gorgeous designed space and very well done mani and pedi. Ty did an ombré almond shape on my nails and they look beautiful. Wine or tea or water in real glasses too if you want. You get a check in ID and every time you come in you earn points towards future visits. The receptionist is very sweet. Fantastic color selection the most I've ever seen in a shop, very impressed. I have been to other shops in the area and left out feeling beaten up by rough Haphazard hurried nail techs. Left with cuts on my fingers etc. Not here, very gentle and took his time. I won't visit here again. The lady who did my feet did a fantastic job but the guy who did my nails had no Precision in his work. I had to go back to where I normally go just to get the SNS off my cuticles. He was so busy tying to up-sale me, he didn't even do the job correctly that I asked for. Also they false advertise!! They do not offer wine or beer at this location. When I asked about it the manager said they don't have a liquor license. . THEN a big sign outside said 15% off all services and he only gave me 10 % off when it was time to pay. Please don't be fooled by the nice light fixtures and comfy seats !!! NEVER AGAIN. This place is beautiful but that's where the positives stop. I received the absolute worst manicure here. The technician used her own nails to push my cuticles back and then took the nail drill to them, leaving them frayed. My thumb cuticle was actually bleeding. I received no apology or acknowledgement from the technician and actually had to ask another technician to clean up the sloppy work as best he could. read more

This nail salon refused me service because I had my son with me. He was not making any noise and was in his carrier unable to move around. They did not give me a chance to even get in the door before the receptionist went back and spoke with the manager about refusing me service. Nowhere on their website or in store does it say anything about not allowing children to be in the salon. I have never been discriminated against because I have a child. read more

This place is GORGEOUS! I had been here in the previous space and the aesthetic difference is amazing. I can't even imagine what this build out cost them. It is a massive upgrade from the prior salon that was here. I went in for a pedicure because my normal place was closed that day and the front desk receptionist was super nice and helpful. They have a very sleek electronic check in system on an iPad. It's all very top notch. I went there on a random weekday afternoon and had the place entirely to myself. I was offered a drink, which was very nice. I would say that the atmosphere and hospitality factors are five star. My technician was my only issue. The things which she did very well were manner - she was very nice - and she did a fantastic job with the massage/paraffin pieces. I also was happy that she wasn't trying to talk to me...I like to just relax or catch up on emails during a pedi. What didn't please me was that she removed my gel polish with a dremel instead of soaking, which is something even my cheap normal place does. No. Likely. Especially considering this place is more expensive. My other main beef was that she either wasn't very skilled or attentive with shaping my nails. She was going to start the polish process without even shaping one at all which looked really janky after she cut it and I had to call that out to her. She attended to it but not very well. The polish job was pretty good. Overall, I would return a second time but I would hope to get another technician who would be up to the quality of the cost of service. It really is a lush environment and I hope that they do well. I'd love to be able to update with five stars in the future. read more

They just opened 8 days ago, but this is already my favorite and go-to salon in Marietta. Insanely beautiful on the inside and everything is spotless. HORRIBLE customer service. It's unfortunate that I have to leave this review because I actually loved the lady I saw. My mom and I twice had appointments booked (we always pre-book) and were sent a text confirmation both times the evening before. When we showed up BOTH times the doors were locked, lights off and there was a sign on the door saying they were now closed on that day. We drove all of the way there wasting time and gas for NOTHING. The first time, I let it go and we came back. The second time this happen, after literally receiving a text the evening before confirming our non existent appointment, I left a voicemail while standing outside the locked doors. There was never a return call explaining the sudden change or an apology. UNACCEPTABLE. We have taken our business elsewhere. read more

The decor is really nice and they have a huge selection of colors. AWFUL music though... Like, painfully bad, as if you're at a sappy wedding reception in 1998. All the employees I have encountered are great and go above and beyond to ensure you have a good experience and get the results you want. Seems as if this place has a history of cutting people and using bad quality products! Two days after taking my mom in for Mother's Day her nails (sns), my sister's nails (both gel) starting cracking/peeling. Tyler who did my mothers nails cut her so bad when he was doing her nails that she started bleeding. She had to ask him to stop drilling because he continued to still drill her nails after he saw blood . The cut on her nail had her in pain for almost 2 weeks! Her finger was sore to the bone. She called them after her nails first started chipping to let them know what was going on. She told them that her finger was still sore so she didn't want them working on it, to avoid infection. They told her to come back to fix the issue after her nail was no longer sore. Only when she was finally able to call them back because her finger was no longer sore they refused to fix her nails. Crazy! Along with a list full of other things that went wrong..... The manager is rude and has no customer service whatsoever. This is normally my backup nail spot if I need a last minute appointment (I never go here by first choice or get anything other than gel because I honestly don't feel as if the jobs they do are the best‍). But you can guarantee I won't be coming back at all! I don't care to support an establishment that does not value their customers. I registered at the front desk and they communicate to the staff abt service. There was a huge language barrier....I didnt not understand her nor her me. I used to go to Pharaoh a lot before the pandemic and my nails used to last and they looked great. This past Saturday I went to Pharaoh and got a fullset with diamonds and it was $50. By the time Sunday came 1 nail had already broken and today (Tuesday) another nail broke. I also asked for long nails but he ended up giving me short. Acrylics are supposed to have an apex but these were just paper-thin. Also, there was a big sign outside that said 15% off and I didn't receive that. I refuse to give pay for this again. Terrible job, don't waste your money! I made an appointment with them for my brother's wedding for 6 of us girls to get a full set and pedicure done. The person at the front told me that he'll give 10% off if this is my first time and he said it cost less for kids to do their nails which we had two of them. First of all, their work was terrible; nails were thick, and not well done. The guy was watching a soccer game on his phone while he was doing the full set! Really? He said he'll have one person for each person when I booked the nails but on the day one person had to wait for others to be done. Long story short, at the end of it, not only they did a terrible job at doing the nails, he didn't give the 10%, made excuses, and he made some weird made-up charges such as shaping nail charge in addition to the regular charge and more which ended up being very expensive without telling us upfront that full set doesn't cost $35, it actually cost $60 or $70 per person. Horrible place to go; their work was bad and they have made up extra hidden charges that you'll find out at the end. read more
