Fernanda took great care, maintained pleasant conversation throughout and kept reminding me to breathe. My service was blocked for 30mins but I was out in under 20. I really appreciate the efficiency and professionalism. The establishment is just as clean as I've experienced in past visits. Still nice but language barrier made it difficult my latest visit. I came in because my last SNS set broke off on one nail so this time I asked for an extra coat because it seems the layering is easily breakable. Didn't help. After 2 days I have a cracked nail and they don't do refunds or cover the cost to fix the ONE nail I'm requesting to be fixed. Didn't plan on returning after this last nail experience anyways because it took 2 hours for SNS removal and new set on my natural nail. There was a moment where language barrier made it difficult to communicate that my nails were not straight and needed more filing. I don't know if it's because acrylic was easier for them or the new employees have different skill sets, but I'm upset that I now have to find somewhere else and pay for a full SNS removal and set so soon after getting my nails done. Katherine is sweet but is who did this last set. I also recommended the place for my friend to get a mani/pedi. Pedi was good but mani chipped after two days because Laura only did 1 layer of gel. All nice enough people, but it's a waste of money if they won't fix problems. Be cautious going here. Looks great with the new changes but the actual nail quality is the worst I've ever had. Telling all my friends to avoid especially since my out of town friend didn't have a good experience either with the nail quality. Update: For me to have gotten my nails done 4:30-6:30 PM Thursday July 11th (SNS removal and SNS) then noticing on morning of Saturday July 13th a cracked and chipped nail then Sunday July 14th a 2nd cracked nail noticeably breaking due to gently washing dishes, these nails are not quality! I've been rougher on my hands when I was a teacher and SNS never chipped like this. And the website is inaccurate because they should've been open 12-5 PM today so I wasted more money trying to go up there and discuss this issue in person in case my phone call was unclear. DO NOT GO HERE FOR NAILS. Pedicures might be fine but nails are POORLY DONE. I want my money back but since that's not possible, I'll just keep telling everyone about avoiding this place.

I've been here twice for their IPL treatment. Both times, the staff has been kind and professional,…read moreeven when I ended up 15 minutes late for an appointment. The first time, they treated me on an IPL machine that targeted brown spots. I noticed the effects right away, with my freckles appearing darker before they eventually came off a week later. During my second appointment, they booked me with a dual IPL machine calibrated towards both reds and browns. This also worked well with my skin. Since I am of asian decent, I am of higher risk of side effects when IPL is not administered properly, so the staff was very careful and considerate. Pain wise, I would rate this treatment a 6/10. Not pleasant, but not traumatic either. Forewarning for those considering IPL to target redness and spider veins: while you might notice a decrease in redness, my aesthetician informed me that this effect is temporary! Eventually the veins will resurface :( Both appointments were quick and easy, and I am very satisfied with the results. side note-- this is definitely a side effect, but I also noticed that the hair on my upper lip was zapped away and never really grew back post-treatment. A nice bonus! But don't worry, they make sure to stay far away from your beautiful brows and hairline

I'm horrible with names but my Esthetician explained every step of the way and made sure I was okay during the treatment. She provided post care instructions and what to be aware about. After only 24 hours... The sun spots are still there but it's said to flake off over the next few days. My veins on my face nearly gone. Skin tone and eveneness improved dramatically. I look forward to the next 2 treatments. The process of IPL isn't painful. Keep in mind I'm a HSP and I just found it to be uncomfortable and literally shocking.. that took me a few times to get used to it. (Please Google what IPL is) PROCESS: 1. Put hair cap and goggles on.. 2. Esthetician applies a clear thictk substance, same stuff used during ultrasounds, on to your face. This ensures..there's some extra padding between the laser light 3. She then explained what it'll feel like and what she'll be targeting first. She got all my sunspots and veins. Then forehead area. Though it zaps at one area it hits surrounding areas as well. IPL feels like a bunch of thick rubber bands hitting you. Despite goggles/ eyes closed... Is extremely bright. In the blackness of my eye..all I saw was literally the boom emoji. You guys might chuckle but I'm serious! That emoji and the yellow and orange is what I witnessed. My Esthetician was extremely detailed and also knowledgeable on various skin types/sensitivities. She applied Aloe on my face after it was done. 4. She explains my post care needs and what to avoid. 5. She took me to the front to book my next appointment with additional notes for appointment. She wants to try another machine to tone the redness down. But seeing my results ...might not have too! Parking is plentiful. Please book by calling them.
