The owner, Craig, I think is his name was absolutely amazing in my most scariest time on my bike. I had a blowout on my bike on the interstate and called him hours from home and just 6 hours into a 2 day ride to nevada to surprise my Dad for father's day. Not only did he arrange for someone to pick me and my bike up off the freeway 30 miles from his shop, he had a brand new tire in stock and had me fixed up and out the door in an hour and 20 minutes. You came on a Sunday afternoon to open your shop so I could have my motorcycle stored until Tuesday morning and you even came back to the shop to get my motorcycle keys and brought them to me at the motel so i could open my suitcase !!! then on tuesday morning you hot my new tire installed right away !! i waited over 2 months for heated handle grips.when i called to inquire about them i was told they were going on 2 week vacation and still would not tell me if they would order them before going on vacation. an item was taken from my motocase somewhere between 2 points of a tow to phantom cycles,when i asked about the item,the owner became furious.i was trying g to find out where and how they disappeared. read more
