They told us they could, we get there and they take all our information down for the vehicle and tell us they can do it In a half hour we drop our fully loaded trailer and wait about an hour and then they come out to tell us they can't do it because it's been plugged already Even though we told them that from the very beginning so we then had to load up our trailer hook it back up and find somewhere else to patch a tire and wasted over an hour of our time while we are trying to travel back home. They rent Uhauls but aren't open on the weekend to pickup trailers. Their site says they are open,…read morethe regional director of uhaul says they are open but the sign on the door says they're closed on Saturday and Sunday. I'm not sure if the gods of rental trucks and trailers have different days designated as the weekend and if they do I sure wish they'd share this with the rest of western civilization. Uhaul has this deal that if the trailer you rented isn't ready as promised then they'll give you 50 dollars. Well, I contacted Steve Womack and he credited my credit card 50 dollars. Not really the same as 50 bucks in my wallet but at least he got halfway there. My rather long drawn out point is, don't call uhaul on a Saturday morning to pickup the same day to move your father-in-law who just fell and expect this place to be open. You'll only end up cursing out some poor guy trying to make a living at the uhaul call center (probably in Omaha) demanding a refund. Glad his favorite chair fit in my rig.
