This place was a life saver with the best customer service I have received in a very long time if not the best ever. We got a flat tire as we pulled into Wildhorse casino. They came out attempted to plug it and determined the t wasn't repairable. They looked ever for a replacement tire. We ended up finding a used one in Tri city and had it delivered here. They again came out took the rim and tire and found the used tire was also defective. They then found us a tire put it on aired up all the other tires and charged us less for everything than the place in Tri city charged for the defective used tire. This has been one of the most helpful honest fair companies I have dealt with. There are still honest good hearted people in this world. read more

I have never been so disappointed, with the lack of customer service and lack for safety as I have experienced at this place. I brought in my 06 Accord due to a bad upper ball joint, which had a lot of play in it and to get my front rotors machined. If you grabbed the tire and shook it, felt the ball joint it was knocking clearly and loudly. Front desk (Bobby) called me and informed that they took the car for a longer test drive and found nothing wrong with either the rotors or the ball joint. I told them to go try again, then all the sudden after the second try did they feel the vibration while braking but still claimed there was no play in the ball joint. I returned back there the following day after my farther whom is a mechanic visiting from abroad, confirmed to me that the ball joint was bad and had severe play and knocking. Somewhat mockingly did they claim that there was nothing wrong and that they checked it several times. I asked Bobby to come out so that I could show him, but he declined to even to do so, but instead send the "mechanic" whom was not capable in the first place to diagnose a upper ball joint. The "mechanic" still said there was no play until I showed him. After showing he said "oh that play is supposed to be there, that's common to have on those cars. " After this horrible experience I went down to Les Schwab and showed them the issue and they instantly saw the problem and changed the ball joint, thank you Les Schwab for doing the right thing. It is so important that suspension components have no play because a total failure of a ball joint will cause you to loose control of your car while driving. This is not to be taken lightly since my one month old son and 2 year old daughter rides in this car. Know your work Premium lube, peoples lives can depend or your work. read more

Taking my car to anyone but my step dad has always lead to disaster. But not with these guys I have been taking my camper van here for the last three months. They have done my tires, breaks and almost monthly lube and oil change. ( I am on sabbatical and drive a lot ) Highly recommend! These guys took great care of us FAST. We were traveling to Laramie WY and needed an oil change but also tire chains, which we had never used. They talked me out of being a rookie and buying the most expensive chains and went outside in 10° to show us how to use them. By doing so they determined putting chains on rear wheels would mess up suspension so now we know not to do that. We are grateful for their helpfulness. Oh did I mention they were FAST! read more

I was in town for the Pendleton Round-Up and called premium Tire & Lube on Thursday to see if I could get an oil change done on my Dodge diesel truck Friday, as I'm hauling a heavy trailer for the next 10 days. They told me they were only open until 3 p.m. Friday because of the rodeo, so as long as I was there by 2:45 they could do my oil change. I got there at 2:10 p.m. on Friday and all the doors were closed and locked. There was three employees standing inside and one of them opened the door. I told him what I had been told on the phone the day before and he simply said "I'm sorry we closed whenever it got slow and it has been slow so everyone has gone home already." Since he and two other employees were still there that was obviously not true. I asked if I there was any way I could get my oil changed and he said no, not until Monday. This lack of Integrity and honoring their word is something I actually expect to find in Portland and Willamette Valley where I live, but I was very disappointed to have that happen in Pendleton. Sad to say that this place will not honor their word, and it makes me wonder if they would honor any mistakes they might make or just blow them off and not care about them. If I had been told they were going to be closing whenever it got slow I could have taken my truck in earlier, but took them at their word so was not able to get an oil change done anywhere in town, as the other shops at all close early for the rodeo as well. A little integrity, and honoring your word, would go a long way. I will not be offering this place any of my business in my four or five times a year travels to Pendleton in the future. read more
