Despite paying approximately $138,000 and after 19 months on the project, they failed to deliver satisfactory results. We made numerous attempts to contact KMC in hopes they would finish the work, but they were unable to complete it. Their plumber refused to return to the site, the electrician indicated that they were waiting on KMC to finish their part and had not been on the site for more than 3 months, and the sprinkler contractor couldn't complete their work due to KMC's inability to finish their scope. While Kyle M may attempt to deceive the public with his arguments, I believe the photo of the incomplete and poorly executed work will speak for the issue. I invite you to review the image and make your own judgment about whether KMC should be trusted for any future projects. After numerous attempts to reach out to KMC regarding ongoing issues with the project, we were ultimately forced to hire a new contractor to review the work completed. Following a thorough assessment, the new contractor determined that the plumbing, among other tasks assigned to KMC, was completed inaccurately. These issues have significantly impacted the project's progress. Due to KMC's failure to meet the required standards, we were compelled to pay for the entire project once again in order to address these deficiencies. We would like to formally document that KMC's incompetence has caused considerable delays and additional expenses for this project.
