Quite a bit of hyper-pigmentation on my cheeks, fine lines around my eyes, general sagging and more pronounced lines around my mouth and neck. Well it has taken quite a bit of work and I am done yet, but I over the past couple months I have seen a big improvement! I have been doing photo facial treatments, which have no downtime (a huge plus) and are pretty painless. I have done 5 treatments and probably need another couple more. Now they aren't cheap, but for what you pay you get some real results and pampering. My photo facials included microdermabrasion and mask/facial, not to mention a relaxing experience. I came in with a huge breakout over my chin and told her that it was happening due to my retinol treatment. She advised me to stop the retinol (which is the opposite of the advice I had been given since my skin is likely purging from it but will stop once it runs its course). During the treatment I never felt her cleanse my skin (which she insisted that she did) or apply serums or creams, I felt barely anything go on and only light touches from her. She never told me what she was putting on my skin. To my horror, at the end she advised that I use neosporin on my acne and do honey masks. Both of which are not advised by anything you see online. I had to rush home to wash my skin in fear that the neosporin would start to do damage immediately. She offered to have my come back for free to do extractions but I will not return, to say the least. I am sure that this woman provides adequate facials to those with normal skin but I would never advise someone with serious acne seeing her.

Halo laser had a week or so down time which while seeking medical care was not possible at the time. Time to time I inquired about my package from staff and was never once told about the expiration policy. When I went to schedule my first appointment, I was told my package had expired six months after purchase -- and they given me an extension period, again which I was never informed about. Not once during my visits was I ever informed that there was an expiration, nor was this policy clearly explained when I purchased the package. These treatments are not cheap, and I would have never spent that kind of money had I known the sessions would expire. It's extremely disappointing that they won't honor what was clearly a communication mistake on their end. I have given multiple details and documents and a doctor letter stating I was advised by my physician to hold off on lasers but the company isn't taking responsibility -- very unprofessional and not what I expected from a business in this industry. **Disagreeing with my review does not change the fact that payment was taken and services were not delivered WITH NO CLEAR COMMUNICATION ABOUT EXPIRATION.
