He was able to determine there was nothing abnormal, but didn't really have too much else to say except she'll eventually grow out of it (which we knew) and can continue or not continue activity at her own judgement. What I wanted to point out is the extreme pricing of the appointment. Be aware before you take any type of equipment from them or at least ask about cost of service/item. They charged $155 for a very janky night splint, where you can get one of much higher quality on Amazon or other sellers for a mere $25. The @15 minute "low-complexity" appointment was $250. The only thing not ridiculously priced was the radiographs, but these were still over $100. If you have foot problems, and are unsure if your insurance will cover all costs, you may want to shop around before you choose this location.

Nearly a year and a half later, I received a bill totaling close to $2,000--despite the sessions being basic stretching exercises. I contacted Kintsugi to understand the charges and the delayed billing. I was told the coding was done by the therapist and that the billing came from a third-party company--not Kintsugi. However, the bill had Kintsugi's name and contact number, which makes the attempt to shift responsibility feel dismissive and unprofessional. Not only were the charges excessive for simple stretching, but I also stopped attending because I could perform these exercises independently. What's most disappointing is that the billing was delayed until I was no longer working and on a very tight budget. This timing added unnecessary financial stress. During my call, the person I spoke with said he would inform the owner but couldn't offer any resolution. He later left me a voicemail saying he felt I was mad at him, which struck me as odd--I never made any personal remarks, nor did I direct any frustration toward him as an individual. The experience reflects poorly on Kintsugi's business practices and, ultimately, on the leadership that enables them.

Since Im a bodyworker, she has not only adjusted my back and neck when needed. She has also adjusted my shoulders, elbows, wrists, fingers, knees, and ankles when needed. I fell recently. I answered 5min! They said great! Ten minutes later I was on the table getting the best massage I've had in at least ten years. My massage therapist Amber was fantastic. Maybe it was because they had only been open for about 30mins. It's in a corporate complex, so I thought I was lost at first. But they have a nice sign above their door. It was very dark when walking in. Each room is just like a curtain for a door, so not the best privacy, but there is some. They do just use a simple towel to cover you, so keep whatever clothes on that tou feel comfortable with. They don't advise you on any of that. They just give you time to get settled on the table. I assume undress or don't to your liking/comfort. The walls are thin, again the door is just a curtain essentially. You could hear people walk in, and next to your room. The lady massaging me at one point was even talking to the other massage lady in the next room. For the price, the massage is good. I did 90mins, and the massage itself was relaxing, but the movements are also so quick. They even did some stretching which was nice. Overall, clean place, decent massage for what you pay and they are very nice. This is just like the reflexology places or relaxation stations you see around here.
