I finally started searching locally and saw a bunch of great reviews for Magic Wand Spa Repair, so I decided to reach out. I called on a Saturday and actually reached Touissant directly, who was hosting his daughter's birthday party. He really didn't have to answer, but he still did, listened to the issue, talked through what he thought might be going on, and promised to follow up on Monday. Which he totally did, and then came out the very next day. Once he was here, he diagnosed the problem right away, showed up with the part he suspected we would need, and fixed everything while explaining what he was doing. His rates were clear and reasonable, and the tub has been perfect ever since. Touissant knows his stuff, he is dependable and incredibly responsive, and he is just a genuinely hard-working, good person who cares about his customers. I joked with him that I hope I don't have to see him again, but if anything ever goes wrong with our hot tub, he is the only person I will call. Highly recommended!

I have one of the largest pools in Eastridge Hills (31K gallons)...just moved in a year ago so things were a bit tricky. Emilio handled all of it like a pro. He's the REAL DEAL (I.dont.leave.reviews.!). He came out to assess our pool/spa system, explained clearly why the existing control board wasn't compatible with our equipment, and walked me through the options WITHOUT upselling me. We went with the AquaLink upgrade! System works beautifully. Everything's connected to the app, equipment is programmed, and he demonstrated it all before collecting a single dollar. Honest, knowledgeable, patient with a lot of questions, and genuinely good at his craft. If you've got a pool or spa in the area, don't overthink it -- call Emilio. -- Dave B., Fairfield CA - Eastridge Hills

I have a mx-8 barracuda which recently broke on me after two years and the factory parts are insanely expensive at Leslie's. again buy factory parts online. Half the price online even with shipping. 3. Service. It's pretty decent. Young girl that works there is very nice and polite. Younger tall dark skinned dude is cool. Seems like a typical salesmen but cool. 3 stars for that. 4.Chemical testing service. Personally I like it. They do alot of tests and I never had a issue with them selling me something I didn't need. They may suggest it but don't push it. Plus before I take it to them I test it myself with a kit I have at the house(not your usual cheapie Walmart kit) Bottom line. If you need something in a pinch and can't wait for it. Go to Leslie's. you basically paying for convenience. I understand its a business and they are there to make a profit and solve people's problems. But charge accordingly. Not asking for dirt cheap but fair prices.
