I set an online appointment and confirmed all the burning, radiating pain in my back, neck and arm was due to my spine needing adjustment along with my neck and my hip was out of joint. After the first treatment, I felt better within a few days. Had a chiro massage a week later and am starting to feel more flexibility in movement. They are taking temps at the door, you are required to wear a mask in the waiting room and in your appt. You can remove your mask when you're face down in the chair, but face up do keep it on. This does make me feel safer and the employees do the same. Overall if you need treatment and are looking for a place with Covid precautions in place, look no further.

I was super excited to get. quick referral from the VA and reached out to PWC directly as instructed by the VA. The person I spoke to (Dr. Peng I assume) told me that he has a person that processes VA appointments once a week and I'd have to wait until next week to be processed and subsequently called to make appointments. I couldn't believe that was the response. That is NOT what the VA thought they were getting when I was referred. A day or two later I got documentation in the mail from the VA to contact them directly. I called back and was given the same line. "We have one person, that works one day a week, to process VA referrals and you'd have to wait". So much for caring for patients in need or veterans. I explained that that was unacceptable and I'll be reporting PWC to the VA to let them know they were happy to take the VA's referral money...but in no rush to actually see veterans. When I called the VA to tell them what happened and report them, I was told the PWC had "declined me service". Um what?! I was NEVER "served". I lodged my formal complaint to the VA anyway and while I was on the phone with them, I was referred to another massage therapist in the area...whon not only took my referral but saw me THE FOLLOWING DAY! And the company and massage therapist have been AMAZING to work with. I review LOTS of businesses and try to support as many small business in my area as possible but I'll NEVER recommend anyone to this place. Ever.

Seems there are a lot of therapists who claim they do lymphatic but I feel it's rare you actually find someone professionally trained. Dali knew exactly what she was doing and was comfortable the entire time. A lymphatic massage should not hurt, it's pretty light pressure and I wouldn't consider it a massage. Yes things are happening but it's not super pleasurable like a Swedish massage just so you know what to expect. The office was super cute, there is a little shop in the lobby with crystals and such which I had to check out as well. I've actually bought a few things from the crystal shop in the past but this was my first visit in for Dali. I plan to go back in a week or so too. *oh and a nice surprise, making it much more likely I will quickly return, she doesn't take gratuities. My lymphatic massage was $125 all in. I've been incredibly happy with my own treatments as well as what he has done for my patients. I've had plenty of accupuncture through the years and in all other cases they put in needles and leave the room to work on someone else. One of the things that really sets Matt apart from other accupunturists is that he stays in the room and performs craniosacral and other bodywork while the needles are doing their work. You may walk into his office, but you float out. It's awesome.

The only con is the location is inside a law office (Someone needs to give this guy some space at a spa!), but the amazing work makes you forget about the location and become immersed in the session. During my session he noticed that a disc was slipping out of place and recommended I go see a chiropractor. Boy was he right! He may have saved me from huge problem down the road, because I'd just accepted it as part of my profession and wasn't going to seek help unless it became glaringly obvious. I have been coming to Integra for different issues since 2016. I started coming when I had bad back…read morepain while pregnant with my youngest child. I was certain I had a slipped disc or something, but the doctor recommended physical therapy. I was skeptical, but determined to do my due diligence. After coming for six weeks though, I am now a huge believer in PT. The therapists were able to get me relief and teach me how to do exercises that were safe for the baby and helped ease my back pain. In 2017 I came for knee issues after overtraining for the cap 10k. I came again this past year when I developed bursitis in my hip. Each time I have been injured I visit until I have consistent relief and then I discontinue therapy sessions and continue the work at home. I have only had to come the full six weeks once (that was when I was pregnant). Integra is totally cool with this because the whole point of PT is to get better. They don't pressure you to add extra unnecessary sessions. The first visit is an evaluation where they take a look at your issue, test range of motion, ask you about your pain levels and determine a treatment plan. Different injuries require different levels of treatment, more severe issues could result in multiple visits a week but most of mine have been once a week. After the eval, sessions usually consist of a 30 minute exercise session where a therapist walks you through good exercises you can do to strengthen your body in the area where you're injured and making sure you don't end up with any compensatory injuries. The second half of the session is usually some form of physical manipulation, for example, when I had bad back pain the second half was the therapist working out the tension in my upper back muscles. I would call it massage but it was not relaxing. It did, however, (eventually) result in relief of pain. I recently brought my 10 year old in for a knee injury and learned she has hyper mobile joints and weak hip adductors which can be a risk factor for injuries, so we will be working on strength and stability. I highly recommend Integra!
