Had a issue in the handicap restroom the toilet sit was Barely Attached so when I sat down it pinched the back of my leg I ask for a manager and he said he was sorry but acted like it was no big deal he would take a look . During a pandemic....one can have anxiety in dining in amy establishment. They did an excellent job in making all precautions from the mandated face masks for all employees and patrons. You can remove your mask once you get to your table. All tavles practice social distancing and the waiters take great care in changing out gloves and have such great attitudes. Our waiter was outstanding, caring and charismatic. The mongolian beef was excellent! And the pain killer drinks were made to perfection. read more

No biggie. 20 minutes later, I had to go get the Hostess to find our server because we wanted to order dinner. Kind of a biggie. Boyfriend thought it'd be a cute date if we went to the mall and had PF Chang's for lunch, so we went and it was pretty good. We got egg rolls and crispy green beans for an appetizer and omg SO GOOD!! The green beans had my boyfriend drooling lol. We split the chicken and pork fried rice and that was super good as well. Service was good and things were kept clean. At one point a server unknowingly dropped a wrapper off a tray and another one picked it up when he saw it on the ground, so that shows initiative by the servers. The reason I'm giving 4 stars is that when we were seated my seat had a ton of rips in it and it was very uncomfortable against my bare legs, but my boyfriend had longer shorts on so we switched. Kokkien Noodles contained shrimps that was prepared by a buffoon who does not know the difference between steak and shrimp preparation! Spoke to the Manager on the way out. I tried the bimbimpab bowl with steak, it was good but the egg needs to be a little more runny for the full mixing effect. The cauliflower tempura is one of the best I have had, soft but thinly crispy and that sauce that they come cooked in is awesome. I have been to this location numerous times and it is always packed. The atmosphere is totally hip and stylish. Staff to include hostesses, waiters and management is exceptional. Location is a big part of this restaurant as it is attached to the Westfield Countryside Mall which offers great shopping and the Cobb Movie Theatres. We ordered the Dynamite Shrimp Lettuce Wraps and they were fabulous. The food was visually appealing and portion size was more than adequate. Drink special we're a plus as well. The prices were moderate. Overall the experience was wonderful and this has been the case every time I have visited this establishment. read more

My parents are Baby Boomers--and I guess by virtue of their generational habits, they tend to love chain restaurants as much as a millennial loves their local farm-to-table spot. That being said, whenever my brother and I come down to visit our parents, we more often than not end up eating at PF Chang's. This location is a lot newer than the Westshore location and to that you can attribute its very ritzy ambiance. Great use of exposed concrete with natural woods, softer lighting, and plush seats. It feels like more of a place I'd see in Hong Kong or Dubai than in suburban Clearwater. Service here has always been good. The hostesses and servers have always been genuine and courteous. Even when the place is packed, we've never really had to wait for an unreasonable time for food. Now for the food. I guess I don't really go here to expect authentic Asian food because I'd be disappointed. The food here is Chinese American and is Chinese American food done well. They purport to have a scratch kitchen and it shows in the freshness of the vegetables and the way the meat is cooked. The coconut curry veggies and Mongolian beef are always family pleasers. The wok-style method they love to talk about in their marketing shines through in these dishes making for a delicious experience, shared family style. Their brown rice (no charge to change from white rice to brown rice, nice!) here is really good too. We've been asking about where they source it from to cook at home but nobody's been able to tell us. It's super fluffy and not as earth as other varieties of brown rice. Overall, I really do enjoy dining here for a pleasant, Chinese American culinary experience. They do what they do very well. read more

Went to the countryside location this evening. Ordered lettuce wraps. Came with three pieces of lettuce. Waited for more lettuce for over 20 min. Server took away the appetizer when food came without asking if we were still eating.. which we all still were. Didn't see our server for whole entree. Asked for more rice, never got it. Left without it. Absolute worse service I've received at a restaurant in a long time. When your paying 20+ dollars per meal you expect to be treated some what decent. read more

We used to enjoy the food and experience however our last several visits have been very slow even though the restaurant was not busy, and they are obviously cutting corners. Our order took a full hour to get out. We ordered the dynamite roll which is to be smoked tableside-they attempted to serve this without the smoked effect due to a lack of plates then served it soggy on their second attempt. This is $14. We also ordered crispy honey chicken and the majority of the plate is filled with a garnish that sticks to your chicken. You'll get maybe 6 small pieces of chicken for $18. Drinks took a very long time to receive and the waitress said they were "being made" when it came out of a can... This was our last try dining here. read more

We all know P.F. Chang's doesn't have the best service so We went in with low expectations but we really should have gotten to - go. Our server John was incredibly rude, inattentive and dismissive even rushed us out. On the way out we over heard him making fun of the fact that we included a couple coins in his tip. My family and I had a horrible experience at this location on Saturday evening around 9pm. Our server Dylan was constantly making mistakes throughout the whole evening and also hardly ever checked up on us. First off Dylan forgot to put in an order for one of our guests, so when all of the food came out hers didn't since he "forgot". Also I ordered a margarita and it took 25 minutes for it to get to the table. Keep in mind it wasn't busy at all and the bar was empty as well. I'm not the type to complain but my family and I love this restaurant and frequent it often. We all felt as if Dylan was under the influence because he seemed so dazed and kept forgetting to put things in and was basically non existent, he was in the back most of the time no where to be seen. At the end of our disappointing dinner we had to wait almost a half an hour to receive the check, we were looking around for Dylan and yet again he was no where to be found. Also there were about 4 servers huddled up by the side gossiping about co workers and were all on there phones on the clock. At this point my table and I were furious that we had such crappy service and were having to wait for so long to get the check. So I got up and asked the bartender to get a manager. Once the manger came over, I believe her name was Amy. She mentioned she was the new GM of this location. We shared our experience with her and she apologized but to be honest my table and I felt like she could care less her apology was so robotic and not genuine. Like I said before my family and I eat her often and have never had an issue until tonight. The previous manager was always walking around and making sure the place was performing at the highest quality and that the service was on point. Great experience tonight. This was my husbands first time here. He truly enjoyed his experience. I had the Miso Salmon. It was perfect. My husband had the beef and broccoli and the ribs. The dry rub ribs were delicious. They were not dry at all. I had the Riesling blend wine. Very fruity and crisp. You can have this white with beef or chicken. Will surely return. read more

Carter greeted us as soon as we sat down and offered us something to drink. We only wanted water but ordered the appetizer right away since we knew we wanted the original lettuce wraps. It was 2 pm and things were pretty quiet. We are part of the P. F. Chang rewards program and my husband has 2000 points so he received an email to come in for a free entree. This is a really good program that anyone can sign up for. Just ask your waiter. We knew that we wanted the chicken lettuce wraps as an appetizer and then shared the miso salmon which came on spinach,mushrooms and included a nice sized bowl about 2 cups of white to share. Place is an absolute joke. Visited on a weekend day, prime lunch time. Where do I start? When we arrived we were met by a rude female manager who obviously thought we were annoying because we wanted to get a table here. We arrived at about 12:45pm, prime lunchtime. Manager said there was a 5-10 minute wait... even though the restaurant was 2/3 empty!! We asked if the bar seating was open, and she scoffed and said only the bar chairs. We put our name in and sat, and as we did a Pizza Delivery service showed up with about 10 pizzas for the staff at PF Changs. I thought this was funny because we were at this particular restaraunt to eat, yet there was a wait in a 2/3 empty restaurant and the staff here was obviously going to be taking time to eat pizza now while customers waited. We got seated after about 5 minutes, and as we were sat we were told they had no menus and to scan a code to bring up the menu.. or our server (which we never saw) could bring us one. Why not just give us a menu if we are seated? Made ZERO sense. We sat at a table with hardly anyone in the restaurant and noticed that the few people in here seemed to be waiting for service and there was no service staff to be seen, only a busboy with nothing to do. After 10 full minutes, we only saw one waitress and she checked out the table next to us... but other than that, no one. We decided to get up and leave because of the lack of service (pretty sure everyone was in back enjoying the Pizza Party!) while the few customers in the dining area were left for nothing. I must also mention the state of the restaurant- the covered pleather seats in the bench seats were SHREDDED, ie, in awful condition and not what you would expect for a $20+ a plate national chain restaurant like this. If they don't care about replacing seat covers, it makes you wonder what else they are skimping on. It certainly showed in management that they didn't care.. long waits with a mostly empty seating area, with no care for customers. One of the better PF Changs we've ever tried... The service was fast and friendly (we sat at the bar). Took advantage of their lunch pairings. Both of us had soup -- served hot and fast. The egg drop was delicious! Not that usual fake yellow thick liquid or chicken stock; this was brown, flavored with bits of carrots and French fried onions as well as the beaten in egg. Honestly -- just great. My colleague said the same about his hot & sour soup -- some of the best he's had anywhere. The chicken lettuce wrap portion was huge. Thought the lunch portion would be smaller for some reason. Bits of chicken mixed with crunchy water chestnuts, etc over a bed of white crispy noodles served with a chunk of iceberg lettuce (the wrap part). Wound up eating most of it without the lettuce. Very good -- just so much food. The sauce served on the side was a bit spicy for me but it would be good to add a little punch. Think next time I'll ask for some hoisin... I'd tried to visit this location of P.F. Chang's since they opened but without much luck. So on Saturday, the bestie and I decided we were going to go catch a movie and do lunch. I went on line and made reservations through their website. EASY PEASY! We arrived a few minutes early, and were asked to sit a moment while they cleared out table. We weren't waiting more than 5 minutes before we were taken to a table in the nicely appointed dining room. The place really is lovely, clean lines and nice decor, it lends an air of elegance to the room. The Manager came over after finding out that it was our first time there and delivered to us a $10 gift card, valid on our next visit, a survey to fill out about our experience that would give us a free app on the next visit. I'm not sure that they do this for everyone, but it was a nice treat to receive. After a few moments our waitress, Tiana came over and took our drink orders, both of us ordered some of their steeped tea, I got the Orange spice blend and the bestie got the Green Citrus blend, both were deliciously flavoured and SMELLED amazing! Once she came back with the cute little cast iron pots, we placed our orders for our meal. They have this Prix Fixe offer where 2 can eat for $39.95, This includes Soup, App, Entree for each and a dessert to share. Since what we wanted to eat was on their special selection we went ahead and got it: We ordered the Thai Lettuce wraps as the appetizer, I got egg drop soup and my bestie the hot & sour. Our entrees were to be the Chicken with almond & cashew and hers was to be the Orange Shrimp. Tiana was efficient, but she was green. It was her first day as a waitress, though she'd worked in other parts of the bistro before. When our soups came out, she delivered the egg drop to both of us. When she realized the error, she brought out a Hot and spicy to correct it. The chicken wraps smelled -so- good, but their flavour wasn't as promising. They honestly were mouth watering, but on the tongue there was something lacking. Don't get me wrong, they were tasty, but there was just something... not there. Our entree's were delivered shortly there after. Both were amazingly delicious and fresh. That is until I found a blonde hair in mine. I'm a red head and my bestie has raven hair, so it wasn't ours. We called the waitress over and she immediately flagged down the manager who profusely apologized and took my plate away. A new order was made and when it came out, i swear there was 2x the food. I ended up sharing my bestie's plate and we took the other home. The manager ended up taking off my entree from our bill, and that negated the prix fixe deal, but even with dessert, it all came out even in the wash. I'd return. Regular Bloody Mary in a pint glass. Nothing special. $10.25. Wow - really? The drink cost more than each appetizer?! Apps - We ordered the chicken lettuce wraps and salt and pepper calamari. The portion sizes were so small. The lettuce was wilted and I had to ask for a second portion. The calamari was really bland. We made our own special sauce. The waitress seemed preoccupied and didn't really pay us any attention. I won't forget this experience and unfortunately now I understand why the restaurant was empty. I love the P.F. Chang's in Tampa and have been craving it ever since I moved to Clearwater. I was so happy when my boyfriend wanted to eat here that I was drooling when we got seated. (He doesn't love Chinese like I do.) We sat ourselves at the bar and the bartender came over and whipe it down and removed glassware from previous patrons. She didn't smile or say hello until that was complete. I could tell the bartenders weren't in the best of moods. She did say hello and get our drink order but it seemed rather robotic. We noticed another bar patron basically telling the manager off about something and she was comping his meal. We placed our order and watched some football while we waited. And waited. And waited. Forty minutes later our food still had not arrived and we were definitely more hungry at this point. The bartender told us there were a few tickets in front of ours and that she was sorry and would go see if they could speed it up. When we heard our food wasn't close to being done (lettuce wraps & gluten free menu spicey beef) we decided to leave. We could have waited for the manager or the food but we just wanted to go somewhere else at that point. I think they were having a bad night in general so it just made more sense for us to go.
