They are fast, accommodating, and reasonably priced. All drycleaning and tailoring is done on premises, so you don't have to deal with a middle man in case anything ever does go awry. They will even text you when your clothes are ready for pick up! Tailoring for pants hems and jacket sleeves have been prompt, and well done. No complaints at all. Once I ran out of collar stays and stuck a couple of my wife's bobby pins in my dress shirt collar. They found the bobby pins and gave me a bunch of collar stays for free :)

Fist time coming here, and so glad I did!…read more I stumbled on this cleaners by happenstance and the urgency of needing same day dry cleaning service....before leaving for a vacation trip. Yeah, I know. Leave it to me to bank of getting dry cleaning done the same day I am leaving for a trip. And, just my luck....my usual dry cleaners machine was broken!! So I was scrambling to find another cleaners in the neighborhood, with hours to spare. Yelped this one and gave them a call. I was greeted with the friendliest voice and she simply asked....How soon can you get here and the rest was done. I was greeted by the owners and they got me in and out of there. The quality of the dry cleaning was excellent, the turnaround is quick, and the price point was really good. All my items came by super clean, pressed and looking new. They even called me and told me when my items were ready for pickup and were willing to wait if I would be running late. Where else can you find a more friendly dry cleaning service in the city!? I am totally sold!....And, this place truly earned my business for accommodating me in such outstanding service!!

Not only are they affordable, they're GOOD. They get done exactly what they say they will get done, the garments look fantastic, and it's truly professional. Now I will say this, and this is a POSITIVE. They are realistic about their ability to help you and their timeline. A gentleman walked in with a garment that was basically unsaveable while I was there and they said, "Hey, we will do the best we can, but we can't guarantee it." They are truthful and honest. That's not something you get from very many businesses these days. I would recommend them over anyone in the Navy Yard/Wharf area, and I've been to a few dry cleaners out here. Affordable, kind, good service.

I've only experienced absolute hospitality, flexibility, and professionalism from the Women who work here. Prices are consistent and fair, and everything comes back clean and well-handled. They also have a tailor who comes weekly to do alterations, and they do an amazing job. I've had multiple pairs of pants altered at the waist, hip, and ankle to satisfaction. I've seen others have leather/pleather worked on as well. The team is super hardworking and will take time to talk to you about more bespoke issues, like cashmere that's been shrunken or odd stains that won't come out. WORST TAILORING EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE DO NOT GO HERE!!!…read more I brought multiple clothing items in for alterations on May 12, including an expensive dress. I returned on May 19 to pick them up as instructed and was told the alterations were not finished. I was then told to come back again later that week, only for the work to still not be completed. On May 27, I was finally able to pick up only half of my clothing and was still required to pay for all alterations -- including work that had not even been completed yet. The worst part was the damage done to my dress. The alterations were done so poorly that the dress is no longer wearable. I took it to another alterations professional who told me the damage is likely not fixable. When I returned to show the issues and ask for a refund, I was told it was "not their fault" and refused any resolution even after trying the dress on in front of them and showing how much it impacted the fit of the dress (one side has a huge gap exposing the bra...!!!) They also held on to the other 2 articles of clothing and insisted they still tailor them. Refusing to give me a refund or my property back. When I finally returned to get them, they work they had done was sloppy and the shoulders still did not fit. One piece they did not even do the work that was paid for (adding on additional buttons), but they did hem the shoulders too tight for me to wear. All and all I am out the $115 i spent on alterations, and now have not 1 not 2 but 3 pieces of unwearable clothing. I will be taking them to another alterations place but have already been warned that the damage might be too much to fix. I would strongly caution others before trusting this business with valuable clothing. My dress is destroyed and I am out hundreds of dollars on damaged clothes and services not rendered as agreed. I have never written a bad review in my life, if i could give this place 0 stars I would.
