They were beyond compassionate. Understood that all his appointments had to be made around his radiation and chemo treatments and overall gave him 110% care. After his passing I finally got a second poodle who is fearful but he loves the ladies there and because of their fear free certification (something I also go to a vet with) I feel safe leaving him. As you can see in the picture he's a very calm happy boy there. And my girl goes in and greets them like long lost family. She'd live in the salon if she could. Absolutely recommend

Simon (my Shih-tzu) walked willingly to the room where he was to be made beautiful . I was relieved to see Simon so relaxed. The place and the folks working there have a good vibe. Much to my surprise, Simon was washed, groomed and dried in a couple hours. I came back to get him. HE WAS BEAUTIFUL . At least at other groomers, you know how much to budget for a groom. Update on comment- the signatures you asked for that I didn't read as it was a sign now experience (like at the doctor)? Also, an hourly rate is an hourly rate. Good luck finding clients who will go along with a quote and then an increase at payment without prior notice. You've already lost two clients like this.

Extremely Disappointed - No Patience for Puppies or Professionalism…read more Honestly, this has been the worst daycare experience I've ever had--and I work at a vet clinic, so I'm familiar with the standards of care and behavior management expected around animals. On just my puppy's second half-day, I received a call saying he was being kicked out due to "anxiety." He's a 5-month-old puppy, still learning, and yes--he chews, like all puppies do. Instead of redirecting that behavior or giving him any sort of chance to adjust, the manager claimed he was "destroying property" by chewing the fence and decided he was not a good fit. I was told he was pacing and not playing with other dogs. But pacing doesn't necessarily mean anxiety, and he has never shown signs of anxiety in the month we've had him. In fact, during his first visit, the staff said he was sweet, well-behaved, and even called him their favorite. So which is it? It felt like a complete 180 overnight--with no attempt to work with him, redirect behaviors, or help him settle in. Puppies need time, patience, and structure--not to be written off after one or two short visits. The experience leads me to believe that the staff, especially the manager, may lack the proper training or understanding needed to support puppies still in their developmental stages. I truly hope they consider additional training in animal behavior and communication--because right now, it seems more about convenience than care.

I couldn't help noticing all the terrific looking dogs that left the shop with their coats positively sparkling and decided I wanted the same look for my crew. Once was enough to make me a believer - my little rough and tumble dogs came out as soft and smooth as velvet, and as an added bonus, the Pug didn't leave fur all over my house for at least two weeks. It was amazing! I've already been back for a second round (all three of my dogs and an extra dog)... and I'll certainly be back again. If you think that short haired dogs won't benefit from the services of a professional groomer, think again. And this shop has a very upbeat, dog loving staff that treat their clients with respect and care. Go there, I guarantee you won't be disappointed. My Pug Percy wants you all to know he especially loves the cookies, and they gave him almost as many as he wanted, which was a lot of cookies!

I had a weird experience with this place recently. I find their method of communication to be rude…read moreand not the social norm. I emailed them and we decided to meet. They notified me of a time the next day that they scheduled , when I was working of course. Notice I said notified and not asked. The appropriate thing to do would be to give your availability and to ask when the person is available. I let them know I had to work and let them know when I would be available. They then sent a message on the same day I said I had to work all day to see if I could talk via Skype or google plus sometime that day, saying it would be easier for everyone. They also let me know they had attached a form for me to fill out and asked if I could either scan it and email back or take photographs of it to email back. Huh?? What a weird place. I live ten minutes away. You either want to meet or you don't and no I am not taking ten photographs of a 3 page form to email back to you. How bizarre. I let them know that I do not have the technology to Skype and let them know again when I would be available to meet in person. They never replied back to me. Um wow. I will definitely pass on any kind of interaction with this place and advise others do the same. Not replying back is rude and this was the most bizarre experience I've had with a place like this. On his first day the staff sent pictures of how much fun he was having. They also gave me a report card of his day. So cute! He looks forward to going, and is exhausted at the end of the day. The staff is extremely nice. They are knowledgable, and treat all the dogs with care. I highly recommend as a daycare option.
