GO SELENA!!! As a prior Store manager/area manager in retail, she went above and beyond for me. It's very confusing, the food I was looking for, and I needed it bc the ferals I care for, their absolute fav food is this specific one. He stares me down after I put food out, bc it's not his fav, so I come and get the bowl and waste can after can until he'll settle for a subpar flavor. Selena was searching and as said this is confusing as the food I need is called salmon in gravy GRAVY LOVERS w a small flag on the can that says Pate. It's a slightly lighter brighter green than the gravy lovers salmon. Anyway, in all this confusion Selena said, I wish I could take a pic to send you, and I said DO IT!! Bc I know it's confusing. And sure enough, she had it, and brought it to the front of the store for my boyfriend to pick up. Excellent customer service. While I was on the phone w her losing all hope bc this food is ridiculous to track down, I ordered a 24 pack from Amazon, will be here on Sunday. Could my cats deal for a few days? Sure. I'll waste a ton of cans but, they'll still eat. Thanks to Selena's amazing customer service, Im getting what she found on top of my Amazon order. This is what needs to be happening in all retail stores, or we won't have any due to online ordering. Customer service is a thing of the past now. I can definitely tell you that this place is infested with tiny moths and rats. Rats traps under every rack. Always check your food bags for moths and webs. Hamsters are always in the back room sick and dying. And bearded dragons are lethargic as well. Fish have ick. At one point we had to hide some of the sick hamsters from the district manager, due to the amount of them being in the back, so he wouldn't freak out or yell at the managers. Shelves have rust that we spray paint over, and are wonky. Place needs a remodel Buy items and pets at your own risk. read more

I brought my two doodles to be groomed yesterday with Kiera. They are 4 and 5 years old. I think this might be their best cuts they have received. Their coats are really evenly blended and she was able to trim their tales and ears to maintain a proper look, while also eliminating their mats. These guys grow like weeds - so I was really impressed at how short she was able to get them while keeping them looking handsome as ever. I prefer a shorter look - as they swim and roll in everything, so it's healthier for all of us. :) Additionally, they're not easy with nail trim - but she was able to get them ground down so we don't have any worries with scratching me or the furniture. I will definitely bring the boys back - hopefully, not soon! read more

If like to really thank all the girls at PetsMart Grooming Lake Park, I cannot tell you haw grateful I am at the treatment of my baby Cindi who passed on yesterday. from the first day until the very end everyone has been like a big sister of second mom to her. I'd like to especially thank Donnie F, words can't explain the gratitude you shown my baby. She will forever be in our hearts and greatly missed. Thank you to the staff that got to know Cindi, thank you for allowing Donnie to be present with me. She made me braver than I thought I could be. Recently moved out of that area and realized I had never given the girls at Petsmart Grooming a review as normally customers only give reviews when 'not happy' about a service but rarely ever when praise is due. Used to take our 2 mini Goldendoodles there for over a year and all the girls I dealt with were friendly and did not experience any concerning issues. The boys were well groomed and did not ever seem stressed about the drop off or staying. I have a busy fluctuation schedule so I couldn't set an appointment way in advance, and normally called last minute. Alyssa was usually our main groomer and always willing/helpful in finding a way to fit us in within a couple days. Personally, never experienced our boys demeanor change or any concerns after grooming them there. If we moved back to the area, we would take our boys right back. Thank you to Alyssa and her team for your service and care of our sweet boys!!! read more

Went in to ask about grooming for my pup who has never been able to be professionally groomed because of her anxiety. As I was asking the receptionist a standard poodle who did not like her/his paws being touched snapped around and did an anxious snarl (did not come close to the groomer). Instead of the groomer calmly putting on a muzzle or stepping away to collect herself the firmly gave the paying client's dog 3 firm swats to his/her side I was infuriated and stormed out telling them that I was appalled by their actions and I DEFINITELY would not need their services....now I am scared to go elsewhere! Kiera in the grooming department is absolutely amazing! Grooming my puppy was no easy task as his fur was badly matted but we didn't want to shave him. She blended his coat so well so he would not look funny and was so sweet and patient with our Charlie. He looked amazing when it was done and was not scared or traumatized. I will be going back to her every time! I needed assistance shopping while Charlie was getting groomed and there were several employees around and they were very helpful. I saw that this store has some bad reviews but it seems they have done what is necessary to correct issues. This is my PetSmart! read more

Don't order online it never show up! I ordered and paid for item online and one hour later no confirmation, and when I went to store the order had not shown up yet although I had order receipt and order number. I just bought it again and they said when order shows up on their computer they will cancel. Bad system, too slow. read more

Went there to help a friend out with her dog. Let me set the record straight...I am not a lover of animals per se but she asked so nicely. I have 3 children of my own and they can act like animals with all their mess LOL. Anyways I started to deal with a young man who was super nice and who explained what needed to be done in a subtle way (I think he didn't want me to feel bad for not knowing what the heck I was talking about haha). Really cool guy and I think he said his name was Dermot. He made me feel like I got things under control to the point I fathom the idea of adopting a pet--but that quickly went out of my head once I thought about me getting stuck cleaning up poop and having to walk a dog. It turned out he was the store manager--never would have thought that. The other employees were super cool too...they made me feel welcome as a pet owner. Your better going elsewhere if your looking for services. If you know what you want and need cero assistance they usually have someone on a register 70% of the time. I had a few issues from the grooming center, pet training to the non existent customer care team and managers. read more

I have been buying fish and dog supplies from Lake Park for 12 years, I have 2 - 700 gallon gold fish ponds with 80 foot of 3 foot wide stream inbetween ponds. 12/28/016 purchase 44 goldfish and 10 Plecos. The next day 10 were dead followed by another 16. Didn't think too much about, brought fish and receipt back to store they refused respoibility. But also noticed gold fish tank almost empty. Then realized they might of had a ammonia problem and decided that DISHONESTY WAS BEST POLICY .Purchased 10 more goldfish from Pet store in Jupiter. All survived,has been 5 days now just to make sure. Be warned Policy change at Lake Park Petsmart, its better to lie to customers than stand up and be responible. Their discuion will cost them a customer who constantly buy's fish from them and dog supplies forever. read more

I waited 1 full week for a grooming appt. When I showed up, 15 min early, they kept me waiting for 20 minutes only to tell me that our apt had been canceled because the groomer had to leave. A phone call would have been nice!! I think they are greatly under-staffed if it takes 7 days to get an appointment!! read more

This is the WORST petsmart I have ever been too. The grooming department is full of brain dead morons. I tried to make an appointment for my two dogs for a day, picked the time twice gave them all of the info, they confirm and tell me a totally different day and time. I try and correct them and they act like its my fault. I decided to go elsewhere there is no way I'm trusting my dogs with them. I took my dog to this PetSmart for a bath and it was really good service! They were very sweet and so nice to my dog, she came home clean and her ears and nails were done nicely. The price was not to bad either! My dog was in a good mood and not scared at all so I know they took good care of her! I will defiantly be bringing her back next time. read more

I tried this place twice, thinking that my first experience was just a bad day. The next time I took my dog in for grooming, a 9 lb Shih Tzu, no matts, no knots, clean, just need trim and nails cut, I am once again met by the same unfriendly, no smile, all business, wish I was anywhere but here, woman. After the first experience I should of known better. My dog is 9 years old and has been going to a groomers since she was 12 weeks. I moved down here from from NJ and thought Petsmart might be a good place to take her. After going once I should of NEVER brought her back. I get a call telling me I can pick her up and she then proceeded to tell me how awful my dog was and she now has to charge a "Handling Fee" NEVER again! Is this your up sale Petsmart? My dog now goes to her Vet who has grooming. And by the way, the groomer there told me how sweet and obedient she was. And my dog was happy when I picked her up, not all stressed out like she was when I picked her up from Petsmart. read more

I visited this store and asked some questions about shampoos, little did I realize I was speaking with the manager. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. He gave me recommendations and made sure I had help with other issues as well. The store was extremely clean. I also stopped into the pet grooming area. I have not had my pets groomed here but the grooming staff was very helpful. I was surprised the cutting did not include nail grinding. That seems like a basic part of grooming that should just be included if needed. read more
