Scent hound answered all my questions as it was my first time there. They did a teeth cleaning and coat trimmed. They did a great job and I will be back read more

They treated my pupy like a queen. She was happy and looked beautiful! I am now a member.

It was easy to makevan appointment and the receptionists were very friendly knowledge, professional and caring. They gently handled my dog with care without stressing her out. The service provided was excellent and everything was completed to my expectations. When I picked my dog up, you could immediately care that she was not mistreated and everything was done to perfection. I liked the experience so much that I became a monthly member. read more

I've visited several Scenthounds in Palm Beach County and this (Jupiter) is by far THE BEST. The staff is kind a professional. My Goldendoodle always seems happy and willing (not afraid). He comes out looking beautiful and smelling great! The most important aspect, to me, is that they actually listen to me. I've gone to other places where they don't and my dog comes out completely shaved down or with a cut I didn't ask for. Not here. I have full trust in this team. 5 stars all around!! read more

Yesterday was my first visit to Scenthound. It was a wonderful experience. From the booking of the appointment to drop off the staff was unbelievable. I would give them a 10 out 10. Ive already booked our next appointment. Thank you Scenthound. read more

Kind, courteous, knowledgeable and efficient. All the things you would hope for. I will be using them again.

They always do a great job with my pups. I would never trust anyone else with Rue and Pockley.

Took our 6lb Maltese for a bath and trim. My jaw dropped when we went to pick her up and the bill was $125! When we got her home and really looked at her, her fur was all choppy, bald in some spots and not trimmed around her face. Never again. read more

My dog's hair is all choppy. They left an out of place goatee under my dog's face. It looks like they used a lobsided trimmer. I'd absolutely never recommend this so-called groomer to anyone. I've owned dogs for 43 years and this is by far the worst groom cut I've ever seen! read more

Scenthound Jupiter - Pet Groomers Near Me - Jupiter, Florida

They do not groom. They only give scissor cuts. I have a hairless. Does that make any sense? This is after receiving 4 emails a day reminding me of the appt. They knew before that he is a Chinese Crested. They unfortunately are a bunch of inexperienced kids. read more

I took my labradoodle to Scenthound in Jupiter today. They did an AMAZING job on Erin and the staff is wonderful! Will definitely book again. read more

We have used Scenthound for several years, but in the last year we have had many problems with their scheduling. We schedule a time in advance, and then they call, text, or just change the time of the appointment. I've asked them to please stop doing that, as there is a purpose for our original time but they do not seem to understand. We have cancelled our memberships and are relieved to be done with a poorly run business. read more

DO NOT BRING YOUR DOODLE THERE!!!! Went there with my doodle, showed them specific pictures of what i didn't want and what I wanted. Requested the longest hair option to make sure they didn't cut too much. Was really clear that we wanted our doodle shaggy. Asked them to be sure they were capable of doing what we wanted, to witch they said they were professional with doodles......Yet my pup came back home shaved down with a very ugly haircut exaclty the pictures I showed them that I didn't want. They didn't want to give me my money back they only gave me back 20$ out of my 85$. My pup is so sad and he dosnt even look like himself. We pay so much for our dog can he please look like the dog he is!!! read more

Love Scenthound. They love dogs and you can tell. We have unlimited washes for our golden retriever and he loves going. My older dog just got a non anesthesia dental cleaning and it was fabulous as well. All other places wanted to put him under and Catherine was able to help him without the risk. The girl in the front is absolutely adorable and very helpful. Definitely recommend! read more

We have been taking our long haired Dachshund here for over a year. It's a great deal for the money and he always comes back smelling great for days! Definitely opt for the membership- it pays for itself really quickly especially if you add on additional services. read more

Don't trust your pet to this people. My dogs are very good with people but they hated going there. Something happened there that my dogs absolutely fought us to not enter. One day, we went to pick them up and we heard our girl cry and we overheard the attendant saying to her to calm down. We have no doubt she hit our dog. We would never trust these people again with our babies. Be aware! read more

I don't know why all of the negative posts. Worse I don't know why the management hasn't addressed them. I personally Love this Place! the prices are fair and the staff I have met are all sweethearts. I have a very skiddish , snappy Terrier that won't even let me touch his nails. They always do a good Job and he is happy and not stressed when I pick him up! I have a Basset that is...well you know...a "Basset"! and they do a remarkable job with him. I think key here,,,,is get to know who is dealing with your dog. When you find the right one...always schedule with them! And please...don't forget show them when you are happy...it ain't easy to get Basset Slobber outta your Uniform and hair...and everywhere else! Tips help pay for that! read more

I absolutely love working here! I've only loved two jobs in my life fishing on a boat now this place! I love the energy, everyone is so nice and willing to help. Everyone works super hard and we get thru hectic days with a smile on our faces. The best part of my job is obviously the dogs! I love if I'm having a hard day I just go pet a dog and I forget anything bothered me. If you're in need of a job I highly recommend coming here! read more

I got your information online, had an amazing conversation that helped me feel comfortable enough to bring my dog. New to the area and not sure who to trust or to go. Once I reached your business my husband and I where greeted, heard and my dog Heaven felt safe enough to go with. I was concerned about her not recieving the service without needing to be muzzled. Turns out that she didn't because the love and compassion for animal energy she recieved. Thank you we are so happy to return. read more

I should have read the reviews before I went. Definitely DO NOT bring your dog (especially a doodle!) here. Shaved my poor dogs glorious curly coat to the bone! She looks so bad I'm embarrassed to take her for a walk cuz she looks like she has a disease. The groomer showed me a template of possible cuts and the fur length, so not sure how the hell it came out this way. Never going here again. read more

I have been brining my 4 y/o St. Bernard to Scenthound since he was was a puppy. Knowing that there is a caring groomer such as Scenthound that I can trust with his intimidating size, is comforting. He truly loves seeing all his human friends at the Jupiter location and is excited to have spa time. read more

Would not send my dog here if it was the last groomer in town! I specifically had an at length conversation with the woman about just trimming around my Goldendoodles eyes and tush and foot pads and trimming the nails. He came out shaved!!!! I was horrified and angry, and when I told the woman that it was not at all what I requested she "ma'amed" me and was confrontational in front of my children. Totally disgusted by the staff and the job they did and how they spoke to me. read more

DO NOT GO TO SCENTHOUND. We took our 3 year old English cream golden retriever in for a grooming and a trim. He came out looking like a lab..... I AM SO FRUSTRATED. We then left & called the front desk to complain and she had an attitude. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE they don't know what they are doing. I don't know how this establishment is even up and running. HORRRIBLE. Shame on these people!!! read more

Extremely disappointed by this place. They took several hours on my dog and charged me almost $80 and did absolutely nothing to her. Her hair wasn't cut nor was her nails trimmed. Waste of my time and money. read more

DO NOT TAKE YOUR DOODLE HERE!!! I took my golden doodle to Scenthound and explained how I wanted her groomed. The women at the desk repeated my instructions. My lovely dog was shaved from her neck down to one length including her legs. The hair in between her pads was not groomed at all. read more

Scenthound does a great job on our boxer. They are friendly and efficient. I really appreciate the monthly reminder text

Signed up for monthly plan so it's convenient and economical. Golden retriever - likes to roll. Long hair which is beautiful and needs to be kept clean. Skin, coat, ears, nails, teeth care makes a happy dog, dog lover & home. Friendly people!! Nice job. Happy dog on drop off and pick up. Needed glands taken care of and couldn't get into the vet - they were a real help today!! Discount on the extras with the membership. read more

Good people, good service, good grooming, good price. Can't ask for more! AND open Sunday's!

I heard about Scenthound from some people at the dog park so I thought I would give it a try. For $55 my dog was bathed, got a sanitary trim, nails cut, teeth brushed, and ears cleaned. While his nails were not short enough and he was soaking wet (despite the towel dry claim) I had no real issue with the facility or the staff. My dog was very shaky afterward but that has to do with his personality more than the facility. Note: They tell every person at pick-up that their dog was great even if the dog was crying, yelping, squirming, scared, etc. read more

Sorry to say that after almost 2 years of bringing my dogs here, I won't be back. My poor golden retriever was shaved so short and cut on the neck on his last appt and I wasn't even told about it when I picked him up. They just tied a bandana around it and sent him to me. A few hours later, the cut had been rubbed even more raw from the rubber band they used to secure the bandana and he developed an infection! I foolishly gave them another try with my havanese and she received the worst haircut I've Ever experienced. Anywhere. Ever. They also cut off her long beautiful eyelashes after I mentioned to be careful of them several times. I'm not sure if they have a new staff of if they just hire people to groom that have no clue how to actually do so. They were apologetic about the havanese and offered a free appt on my next visit. There will never be a next visit there... read more

They take the best care of my dog Lizzy. She's always so excited to go to "the spa" and LOVES everyone there.

OK, SO I literally just had my dog groomed like 10 mins ago from these guys and all I have to say is WOW! I have a very unique dog. She's a mix breed of a Pug and a Poodle but she kind of looks like a Brussels Griffon and is only 11 pounds. I've tried other local groomers and told them that my little 11 lbs. puppy is scared of getting wet and to be gentle. Then, I won't say who the bad place was but, THEY told me when I picked up my dog Chewy that 4 people had to hold her down and charged me then an obscene amount of money. I was so upset I thought I had to try something new. I was then referred to Bright Eyed Pets by a close friend who said that they wouldn't get their dog groomed any other way. This place is GREAT!! They came to my work. Yes thats right I brought my dog to work. And I was a little scared when this 21 year old guy came up to my office and said "I'm here for Chewy". I was like Oh Hell No!! I went down stairs to the Spa on Wheels that he does everything in because I wanted to check it out for myself. And oh my goodness!! It was so clean!!! Not like when you go to a groomers and you see dog hair on the ground, this place look like no other dog had been in there. The whole experience took about an hour and when Chewy came back to me she looked and smelled so good!! He told me she was an angel which if he wanted to he could have said she was bad for the hell of it to make more money but he was honest. When I gave him the $85 he gave me a little bag with a treat from Starbarks the gourmet doggie bakery. All in all it was a wonderful experience. I highly recommend Bright Eyed Pets if you have a dog that is a little temperamental when it comes to getting groomed. Oh and ask for Chris if you call them!! He was AWESOME!! read more

This place went to shit. Used to be great and recently they went through some management or ownership changes and you can tell. They forget to call you when your dog is ready, they constantly lose appointments and the best part is sitting in the waiting room listening to the dogs yelping in hopes it's not yours while rap music blasts in the background. Boycott scenthound. read more

I have been using the mobile grooming service for several months now. My dog was always traumatized after being at the groomer with several other dogs. Now, the mobile Pet Groomerie truck comes right to our home. The truck just sits in our driveway and is a fully equipped grooming facility. They offer every grooming service that any other groomer offers and the privacy is an added bonus. My labradoodle is happy to get into the truck and she comes out clean, fresh and untraumatized! She really loves Dana. We ask for her everytime! I highly recommend this service for the convenience and excellent service. Kimberly Morgan Palm Beach Gardens, FL read more
