    Curbside is GREAT!!! Love it..first time at curbside ...so convenient, so friendly ! Keeps me from buying so much more

    Also, noticed that they did not seem to grind down my dogs nails at all when I paid for it.

    Came in for grooming today and was entirely ignored by a lady with purple-ish hair. I know there are two entrances to this store And I was waiting on the store entrance side. I made sure there was no one in the other side while a rottie was getting checked in with its family. This employee came into the grooming sapling while I was waiting outside as well. Shortly after, another lady was waiting on the other entrance waiting to get checked in. Right when the rottie family left, I entered the store, and right after, the other lady waiting entered, and there was no "I'll be right with you" or anything she completely ignored me with my two dogs and only attended to the lady that was waiting after me. I did not feel welcomed at all and felt weird being completely ignored until another blonde lady come out from the back asking me if I've been helped a few minutes later and then checked us in normally. Was an odd experience and is enough for me to not feel welcomed to come back. *UPDATE* Also just noticing now that my husband brought them home that it appears that my dog Oliver's nails have not been grinded down.

    Hives

    I took my dog in to get groomed here for the second time and asked to have the same services as our first visit. The groomer checked my dog's skin and coat throughly and everything looked great. During the grooming session, we get a phone call that my dog has broken out in a rash. Once we got her home It was getting worse by the day and I was giving my dog Benadryl to help with the itching from the hives. I called and talked to them about it and they sprayed my dog with cologne even though they weren't supposed to. We have had that written in her file from previous Petsmart locations. I asked to have her rewashed and the groomer said all of her hives were in the area where she sprayed the cologne. I had a huge vet bill due to the hives because of the cologne she was sprayed with and they will not reimburse me. I will not be taking my dogs back here again. Very disappointed! She broke out these hives everywhere. Even her ears!!!! After I brought my vet bill to them, they said I should've brought her to their vet. So ridiculous!!! They should've said something when we brought her to get rewashed.

    We have been going to Petsmart Grooming for the past two years for my dog Q-Tip and these three specific ladies not only are so kind to me and my family, but my pup ADORES them!!! I know this is so late but huge shout out to my favorite groomers Tara, Jasmine and Isbella!!!! They will forever have our hearts!! Thank you for all you do! Xoxo!!!

    Went to the PetSmart in Yorba Linda to get my dog groomed and it turned out fantastic, with trimmed paw pads and clipped nails AND without additional charges. The staff there told me that my dog appeared nervous at first but once they talked to him it calmed him down. All this to show that Corona's PetSmart grooming was so unprofessional.

    DO NOT BRING YOUR DOG HERE FOR GROOMING. My baby lost her ear due to their negligence and lack of response and care.

    I took my baby for grooming and it turned into a horrible experience. My dog ended up losing her ear due to the negligence of the groomer and lack of response from the Store Manager Steve and the Bansfield Staff they have onsite. PLEASE DO NOT BRING YOUR BABIES HERE FOR GROOMING!!! My baby came home w a swollen ear. I immediately called the store and let them know that my baby wasn't doing well. I had to wait until the next Monday for their onsite vet to see my pup. Ultimately they said she had a hematoma caused by a razor burn or the groomer pulling too hard during grooming. They assured me my pup would be fine and scheduled her for surgery for the hematoma. Leading up to surgery the Store Manager Steve kept trying to wash his hands. Ultimately, their "Safety Committee" confirmed that it did happen at their location and they would be responsible for medical costs. I called several times leading up to her surgery to let them know my pup wasn't doing well and they would either never return my voice messages or told me she would be ok and that they couldn't take her in any sooner. The day of surgery the Bansfield Vet called me and said this was beyond her level of expertise and that I had to rush my dog to a specialist. We rushed my baby to an animal ER where we spent the whole day waiting for our baby to be checked out. The vet at this hospital stated that my baby never had a hematoma but rather a RUBBER BAND THAT THE GROOMER SO NEGLIGENTLY WRAPPED AROUND MY PUP'S EAR THAT BASICALLY SERVED AS A TOURNIQUET AND IT ENDED UP PRACTICALLY CUTTING MY PUP'S EAR OFF. Her ear was holding by centimeters. Then the Store Manager had the audacity to call me to ask me how the rubber band ended up in my baby's ear...EXACTLY WHAT I DEMAND TO KNOW! Again, he was trying to wash his hands from this horrible incident. Their insurance ended up calling to apologize stating that the manager didn't know what was going on and that they have confirmed that the rubber band DID in fact come from PetSmart Grooming and that they would be covering all costs. That's great but that doesn't change the fact that my baby suffered through so much pain to the point that she was left no other option but to lose her ear. It doesn't change the fact that had the Store Manager and Bansfield Staff been RESPONSIVE my baby wouldn't have lost her ear. Throughout the process they were simply more interested in just going through the motions rather than providing the proper care for my baby. This situation has been incredibly distressing and devastating for my family and I. Please, please please just take your puppies elsewhere. This place has absolutely zero measures for safety or authority for a quick response. Take a look at the pics...they say it all.

    Took our Maltese and American bulldog to get groomed today. I was in a rush to get them to my car because it was so hot outside for them. when I picked them up I didn't really look at there grooming too much until I got in home. Our Maltese looked nice until I really looked at her. And she had dry blood on her hair near her mouth. As I took a look at it closer and opened her mouth I saw she had a cut. I don't know how they cut her. But she wouldn't let me open her mouth again because it hurt her. My poor baby. I don't know what they did to her but our Maltese did not have any injuries or cuts near her mouth when I dropped her off. I'm so disappointed. We will not be returning to PetSmart

Ace looked amazing! Stephen took his time doing him! 2 1/2 hours to be exact! My granddaughter and daughter were absolutely surprised and sooooo happy!     I have no words. I worked in animal welfare for 5 years, my husband is a DVM and we own a vet…read morepractice together. Not that that gives me any kind of authority - only that I'be worked with a lot of animal people and I'm annoyingly picky about who I trust with my dogs. Stephen is outstanding. I don't think I've ever worked with a groomer who has so much respect and understanding for each individual dog. I have a very fragile senior dog (deaf, poor vision, neck sensitivity from damage before she was adopted, back/hip/shoulder arthritis), and an emotionally unstable butthead (I say with affection but he's high-anxiety lol). Stephen took his time with each of them to understand their personalities, let them go at their own pace, and feel comfortable with him before he started anything. He let me senior lay down in his tub and soak in conditioner to help her skin. Her coat looks healthier than it has in years. He then sat on the floor for a long time talking to my anxious boy until he felt comfortable enough to crawl over to Stephen for a nail trim. I'm just so amazed by Stephens calm heart and soothing demeanor. Worth every penny and I'll have him out again without hesitation. Thank you
