DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. Over a week ago, I went online and confirmed a grooming appointment for my cat. I registered him, set and appointme for today at 5 PM and even received a confirmation email (which I replied to and was given a confirmation number). I go in ten minutes prior to my appointment time because it's my cats first time there, and I figured I'd have paperwork to fill out. Well, that was dumb of me, because they only have one cat groomer and that person alone can check in the cats. So I wait until 5. And then I wait until 510, because that person took a late lunch and isn't ready. Then she comes in and tells me that they no longer take new cats in because it's a small store and that (somehow) stresses out the cats. Then she tries to pass the blame to me by saying her store manager Rick called and told me about this and cancelled the appointment! Not only did I never receive a cancel (remember, I got a CONFIRMATION) but store managers don't make those calls. I asked how long this policy has been in effect and she told me many months, but they just haven't figured out a way to change their online appointment application (a straight up lie). Not only did they cancel my appointment, but they wasted my time. EDIT: I just checked my email. Not only did they email me to "cancel" my appointment a full 30 minutes after it was scheduled, but THERE'S A BUTTON ON THE EMAIL TO SCHEDULE ANOTHER ONE even though they "don't accept my cat." Unreal. read more

I had booked an appointment online on 10/30/2020 to have my dog groomed on 11/06/2020 at 0800am. On 11/05/2020 I received a reminder for the appointment. I arrived to the store on 11/06/2020 at 0750. I have been late previously for appointment for about 5 minutes and at this same location been denied service. Now this time I was told that the groomer who was supposed to take care of your dog quite so there is no one to take yr dog today. I requested to talk to the manager DIANA, who did not help me either. My question to everyone out there is how is this my problem that this place booked me early in the morning and couldn't call me or email me to cancel. They emailed me to confirm my appointment and refused to take my dog. I will find another location to take care of my dog. I hope that most of you dog lovers do the same. These businesses don't have the right to book us for service and then refuse to deliver the service when you get to the store. As a consumer I deserve respect for my time and money. Not fair to over book and not able to provide service ! read more

I love coming here because it is spacious, clean and they carry a lot of items for almost every type of animal. Everything is easy to find and the employees are always smiling and seem happy to be there and eager to help! There are plenty of cute little critters to adopt as well! From lizards to guinea pigs to even chinchilla's. They have a great selection of fish as well. read more

I've taken my dogs here many times before and will continue to do so. They always do a good job grooming my dogs.

Great service I usually go to the Petsmart in Eastville but due to lack of availability I took my 13-year-old Bouvier to Amber in Corona she didn't amazing job and made me feel very comfortable with leaving him in her hands he looks great and he didn't even seem stressed when I picked him up great job Amber make sure to ask for her when you bring your for a baby in to get groomed read more

Took my dog in after a week and a half of being spayed. They inspected her healing and said she looked good and they could groom her. 2 months later I come back after she's seen a vet to follow up in her healing and was deemed "great". But apparently the groomers if petsmart know more then a veterinarian, they said they didn't like the way it healed and refused to groom her. She's the healthiest and sweetest dog. They're idiots. I was like, "well apparently she was fine to groom the first time but not 2 months later when she's completely healed. Go to the Eastvale Petsmart! read more

Best customer service here. Store is super clean too. They take great care of my dog whenever I drop her off for a bath and nail file. And I save $5 by checking in. I spend it anyway on treats or toys for the dog. read more

Just left PetSmart and was looking for medicated shampoo for my dog who is having problems with her skin. I do my research so I knew what I wanted and unlike most other stores who say it's in stock and don't have it PetSmart did have the exact stock count they were supposed to. While I was there I also found some new collars for my pup pups that were a little over due for needing to being replaced. As I said I do my research and remembered that all 5 items I was going to buy were cheaper online on PetSmarts website. By about $3 each. One actually was cheaper in the store. But the other four were $2, $3, $3 and $4 less online. And thanks to the super AWESOME associate NANCY I was well taken care of. She did a price match on all 4 items and was the one to point out that the one item was actually less in store. Also thanks to NANCY I left feeling very confident that the purchases I made were going to work well on my baby girls skin infection. She let me know about other customers good experiences with that product. You want all your sales associates to be as kind and knowledgeable as Nancy was. Thanks to her I will be back. read more

Time for Princy's grooming...I have always brought him here, since it's the closest one from the house and no issues really! I also don't have any difficulty getting him in during the weekdays. I have nothing to complain thus far, so everything is good! read more

Been going here for years for my dogs bathing & grooming. Not anymore!! When I picked up my chihuahua he had a tick on him. When I brought it to the groomers attention she didn't seemed shocked and just offered another bathing on a different day since they were closing. I'm very disgusted and disappointed in their service. read more

They did an OK job. They are expensive for what they do. I asked for the Pawdicure for our pup which was $20. A lot for a nail trim or grind. When they only have him for 10min tops. The other things included on the list are meh and not worth the extra $10 since you can go almost anywhere and get it done for half that. They did the Pawdicure Plus which was $26 which I didn't ask for. The Yelp coupon was great but didn't save me any money since I asked for just the Pawdicure and ended up paying for the Pawdicure plus. They also don't keep accurate records. I watched the groomer the last time we did the Pawdicure through the window. She did a great job. I didn't get her name, but when I called back this time and asked who did it last time, they gave me a guy's name and that was not accurate. Overall it was OK. read more

I have 2 Pits and at 6 months old they were dragging me around because they were so strong. I took them to the training class and I have noticed an amazing improvement. We had Kim, and she is GREAT!! She got along great with the dogs and even recommended the "Gentle Leader" to walk them, a leash that controls the dog by the nose, like a Horse is walked. This is the best investment i have ever made, only $25 at Petsmart. I was worried that it would be like a muzzle but when the dog have the Gentle Leader on they can still eat, drink, and they are not bothered by it at all (after the 1st few walks). We have completed 2 of the Classes and we still have 1 more, the advanced class, to go. I am planning on going within the next few months and I will be making sure that Kim is the instructor. read more

Felicia is so kind! She was so sensitive to my dogs needs & her huge knot that is on her tail. She was kind about it and said "how did you do that to yourself." She was very helpful on how I could get a coupon for the grooming by buying a small Halloween toy. I've had so many groomers who just judge you for not grooming your dog or up keeping her. So this was a nice refreshing gal! I am positive Molly will turn out adorable. read more

This review is for training, and specifically for Kim. She's a fantastic dog trainer, and in fact she trains the Petsmart trainers in the area. I'm on my third class (advanced!), and I'm so pleased that my puppy is turning out to be such a great dog. A big part of that is learning how to communicate with your dog, and Kim has taught me a great deal about that. read more

Horrible experience!!! I would not give 1 star to this place (grooming salon) I had many bad experiences but i will mention just my last one, they put me on hold so they thought.... I was listening to their whole conversation!!! "If you are going to bad mouth customers at least put them on hold" in the past I witnessed one staff member mistreat a doggy... :( i brought it to a managers attention and ever since they decide when to take my doggie in or not I would never take my doggie there ever!!!! :( they tried to offer me free services, I said NO! Its not about that! I just simply WONT GO BACK!! read more

We purchased Blue Buffalo dog food since people rave about it only to find our puppy got really sick. After reading reviews online it only has 2 stars. We should've done our research before purchasing the expensive dog food. I was worried we weren't going to get our money back, after calling and inquiring about a refund the woman on the phone said absolutely! We are super happy that we were refunded even though the package was opened. Thank you petsmart for being understanding and having an awesome refund policy. read more

I took in my dog to get her first grooming visit and bath and nail. I set up the appointment at 3 and yet I came back to see her at 4 and she wasn't even seen yet. I asked politely when would my dog be treated and the worker named Catherine said right away I have a lot of dogs before her we are behind, she won't be done before 4:50. I said okay then. We then had to pick her up at 6. If we haven't called they didn't even let us know. When we picked up my dog at 6 it was rushed as if they didn't groom her well. Really people? I worked hard to pay for treatment for my dog that she didn't even take the time to actually groom her well? Don't know what happen to my dog but when I came home she was quiet and didn't seem happy. Horrible first experience here. Hoping another worker would take care of my dog next time, I sure am not trusting catherine with my dog. read more

I try to avoid this particular shopping center as much as possible. It is too crowded, difficult to get around, and not my ideal area. The only reason I came to this Petsmart was because I was in town and knew they were having dog adoptions the day I was looking. Upon walking in, I was greeted and everyone was so friendly. They directed me to the adoption area which was at the left, center of their store. My boyfriend and I stayed there for over an hour getting to know one of the dogs that were we interested in (Bella). Most of the Petsmart staff knew Bella from her being there over the past few months and were very helpful answering our questions about her as a third party (outside of the info we got from the agency who were also great). The staff also helped with questions on dog supplies, training, etc. They even let us go into the enclosed training area to play with Bella off leash since there was no class going on at the time. I've been to adoption days at other Petsmart locations and none of them were as friendly and helpful as this location. Once we made the adoption official, one of the staff members made a cute announcement that Bella has a new home. So sweet! I still owe them a visit with Bella. Apart from the awesome staff, the store is very clean, well stocked with great selection, and the prices are competitive. There is a groomer and training area within the store. The 5 stars are for the grooming department. My dog was in a desperate need for a haircut, I was very hesitant to go here again because the past two visits were horrible. This time I was lucky enough to have Sarah groom my dog and she did an amazing job. Third time is a charm. I finally found someone who actually knows what she is doing. read more

I purchased a rare ball python from this store a few years ago he has been nothing but wonderful and i never have seen a ball like him before he is brown with one solid black strip down the middle of his spine but it took me almost three weeks to let purchase him they had him for sale not on hold no adoption process required but they came up with every excuse to keep him finally a lady i had never seen before sold him to me wow weirdest experience ever i think one of the workers wanted him but maybe couldn't afford him or maybe he had a living situation that didn't like snakes who knows I'm just glad i saw a new face that day thanks linda read more

Jordan is great at PetSmart groomers. Olaf was very nervous and Jordan sensed that. He took his time to blow dry him and keep him calm throughout so he could wash, trim, and grind Olaf nails. Plus all the other stuff they do when full service grooming. He's not as well socialized so groomers find him harder to work with. Jordan is the second groomer I have found that can deal with Olaf's personality. And he does so we'll with our big bear, Ava, also. We always schedule with Jordan only, as much as possible. read more

Overpriced and bad customer service. My partner insisted on coming here for training. Our dogs issues were not addressed but rather dismissed. We were convinced to sign up for next phase but decided to cancel. Management tried to talk us out of canceling and made the refund a hassle. Mostly up selling and more product pushing is priority here. read more

I take my dog here to get groomed every so often, and they always do a great job. He has long, thick hair and they always manage to get the mats out without shaving him. I also adopted him from this location, and have owned him for about a year. Definitely come on sundays for the adoptions! The rescue group is called TLC of IE, and they are a great group. The leader of the dog training classes is also really nice. All in all, this location is nice, but the parking lot can be dicey at times. read more

I love petsmart! They always have everything I need for my fishhh

This review is strictly for sales associates working in the fish department. Poor attitude and unhelpful, speaks to customers in condescending tones. Seemed to me they were unhappy to work there. I enjoy petsmart for their wide selections of items and services, however I believe petsmart should really help their employees work on customer service a little better, which will help make customers' shopping experience a little more pleasant. read more

I received horrible customer service two days in a row. The first time the young man working the fish dept was complaining to his coworker how he got in trouble for not helping customers. After standing around waiting for him to help, I asked him to help me and he wasn't happy about it. Came back the next day and was waiting for my turn in the fish dept, the girl saw me waiting but yet she helped the guy who had just walked up to the crickets and looked and me and said "I'll be with you in a minute". Sure, I got all the time in the world, I was only standing there for 10 min with my 3yr old and 6month old! read more

I have called two different locations (Countryside IL and Broadview IL) to schedule private dog training lessons, and the trainers either never contact you or you have to follow up multiple times and they might contact you back. If you do the group lessons, you can book online easily enough, but private lessons are difficult to schedule. read more

Never again Petsmart or its VET services. We adopted a kitten at PetSmart. He got sick, gook in the eyes within 2 days and we called PetSmart and its VET services to make an appointment. We had to wait 2 months as a new patient till October before the VET could see the kitten. The VET services at PetSmart told us that all new patients need to wait 2 months before they can be seen, even if they are sick, no matter how sick they are. That is insane and ridiculous. Seems they only are in it for the money and don't care about pets. We do care about pets and for that reason we adopt and take care of pets. Never again PetSmart or its VET services. read more

Horrible costumer service! I bought training classes and then moved shortly after so was never able to go in for the actual classes. I called several times to try and get a refund of my 200 dollars and manger was very rude!
