    The salon is under new management, and this has made such a huge improvement. Her name is Sammi and she groomed my large chow today. She was spectacular as was the entire salon, but I will continue to bring my dog back to Sammi

    What a disappointment. I rented a steam cleaner that, apparently, hadn't been cleaned properly in a few rentals and almost ruined a comforter and bedroom carpet. I foolishly assumed it had been cleaned properly because of the cleaning deposit we all have to leave but nope, the picture is worth a thousand words (and a million hairs). The first few feet of cleaning resulted in 20 minutes of scrubbing to undo all the added hair and staining. Then I pulled out the hose (that we had to pay an extra $5 to get, which should have just been a part of the rental) and it poured a cup or two of brown smelly water out and onto our comforter. To top it off, when I returned it I didn't have my wife's credit card so they refunded my deposit and cleaning fee onto a gift card... we rarely ever shop here but now we have a $51.40 gift card we probably won't use. Oh, and anybody with an ounce of customer service skill would have offered a proper refund because of how much work renting their cleaner caused us (especially because we had to clean the mess it caused and wash the comforter.. which anyone who has one knows is not an easy job). My advice, either have them inspect the unit and hose thoroughly before leaving the store OR rent it elsewhere. Now... what the heck am I going to buy for $51.40???? Probably nothing. What a horrible experience and horrible service. If a manager reads this and wants to offer actual customer service, feel free to contact us. We're not opposed to someone making this right (as it should have been done from the beginning).

    Why would you not want me to meet my new family inside your store? Not Breeder friendly! I wasn't Selling pup there.

After researching several training options, we found Christy--and we're so glad we did. Her approach, which avoids shock collars and focuses on positive, effective training methods, was exactly what we were looking for. We started with the puppy class and then moved into the adolescent class, and we're incredibly pleased with the results. At just 8 1/2 months old, our boys are doing great. We continue working with them and really appreciate having a jump drive of materials to revisit when we need a refresher or help with a behavior challenge. Christy has been an outstanding support throughout the process. Her classes are comprehensive, thoughtful, and truly top-notch. We were told the latest pickup was until 7:00 pm, and we arrived right at 7:00 after communicating our timing. The facility was already closed, and staff refused to release our pets, saying it was "7:01." That level of rigidity was disappointing, especially since we had communicated ahead of time. It also resulted in an extra day of boarding. To make matters worse, two collars were missing at pickup and we had to return again to retrieve them. Unfortunately, not a customer-friendly experience
