I have two Golden doodles and I ask for them to be crated together. And when I came to get my dogs they handed me one of the wrong dogs. The pictures are graphic in nature. I would not recommend this groomer to anyone. She is better now thanks to the vet. The groomers did pay for her vet bill. Minus the ear Infection they gave her due to the water they got all in her ear. Her ears were good before this They got 1 star because they actually paid for her vet bill.

I think her name was Leah., had worked there a while and was a manager, but came over and literally spent a half hour with us finding the perfect harness, chew toys, leash, enrichment toys, you name it. Had the dog two days and she's been a bear to get settled and get into her new crate and first off the harness we got was perfect even got a second one for when the puppy grows in a few months she already has something to fit into and the dog loves it!! found some chew toys that are also perfect as she kept sharing her experiences with her pitbull and other dog she has and I think she even has a ferret, so absolutely set us up!! We've spent over $200 on stuff and she stayed with us the entire time. This has to be the best customer service I've had ever at a PetSmart. Not to say other ones were less, but I really needed help because this is the first big dog I bought, and I could not be happier. Clean place. Has everything! Great service what can I say? We've boarded with them for several years and we've been happy with the number of a la cart care options available. I've never had a problem with scheduling and the staff is friendly and enjoy what they do. I'd recommend them!

The side room for cats is very small, with too many cat kennels in too small an area. The folks who work here seem friendly; Luke, in particular, was very kind to me and my cats. But the reception desk is in the dog grooming area, and chaos reigned during both my drop-off and pick-up visits, with too many people trying to do too much in too small an area. Super frustrating and inefficient. My cats were boarded at the Dawghouse for 5-6 nights. When I picked them up, the cat room was filthy, smelly, crowded with cats in individual kennels. I was told all cats had a chance to rotate in and out of their kennels for exercise time in the cat room at large. I have no way of knowing if/how this worked, but it seems a hard thing to manage with so many cats of different ages, temperaments, and health situations. At pick-up time, my two little boy cats were obviously stressed, they had lost weight, and their eyes & noses were goopy with upper respiratory infections, which required a trip to the vet. I will need to do a lot of traveling in the next several months, and I will be looking for a new boarding place for my cats.

We really loved the time she was in school and learned her basic commands and had fun while doing it. Each day she was happy and tired. She was so tired she ate her dinner when we got home and went to sleep. We woke her up to go to bed. The next morning she was excited and happy to go to her classes and play with other dogs! So we ran across Ashley Hills. We live in Loganville, Ga. So we took a look at the place. Put our dog in for a day of day camp. Big Mistake. Now our terrier is depressed when he is at home. He wants to go back to play. Hard to believe an older dog wants to go back. We have boarded him overnight for 5 days straight. The people are great. I mean it's clean, clean, clean. When the groomer showed up, I told her of 2 skin tags on my dog's body so that she would be careful not to hit them. She barely looked where I was pointing, so I should have seen that ad a red flag. My dog was returned with several cuts along his body, the biggest being on one of the skin tags I pointed out to her. While I understand that knicks can happen, he has been groomed for years and never had a groomer cut him this bad. I will never trust this company with my dog again.
