However they practically shaved him bald. We didn't even recognize him!! But that's not the worst part!!When my daughter picked him up she was told he had a cut under his arm, but it wasn't as bad as it looked. The picture below will show you how bad it really was!! My poor puppy looked like he'd been terrorized. There was no way the groomer could have been paying attention because the cut on my baby was extremely deep! He had to get sutures which have to remain for 2 weeks!! My daughter was told the manager would contact me to discuss. They have cameras where you can peak in and see what your fur baby is doing and that honestly eased my nerves a lot! I was able to see that she was having fun! When I picked her up she was exhausted and I've never seen her worn out like that. But it was very good for her to get out of the house and enjoy time with other dogs! We are also in the training class at Pawtropolis and we absolutely love it! We make sure to be attentive in class and work on the tasks at home as well. Her behaviors have tremendously improved!
