My dog was returned with several cuts along his body, the biggest being on one of the skin tags I pointed out to her. While I understand that knicks can happen, he has been groomed for years and never had a groomer cut him this bad. I will never trust this company with my dog again.

They have cameras where you can peak in and see what your fur baby is doing and that honestly eased my nerves a lot! I was able to see that she was having fun! When I picked her up she was exhausted and I've never seen her worn out like that. But it was very good for her to get out of the house and enjoy time with other dogs! We are also in the training class at Pawtropolis and we absolutely love it! We make sure to be attentive in class and work on the tasks at home as well. Her behaviors have tremendously improved! It's clear the owners do not care about the dogs or customers, they don't even bother to answer emails about complaints. Update: after sending a complaint via fb, I did finally receive an email back. Although they were sympathetic I will still never board my puppy here again. Since we love the trainer, we will still take our puppy to training with the trainer at Fido's. I wish Gainesville had more options for dog boarding. In the future, we will be driving a ways for an accommodating and caring boarding facility.
