Important details about scheduling, timing, and expectations were not communicated up front, which caused unnecessary confusion today. When I asked reasonable questions to better understand the process, I was met with defensive, rude, and dismissive responses instead of clarity, understanding, and professionalism. When I expressed my concerns, the groomer responded in an even more unprofessional manner, explaining her workload, the number of clients she has, and the time of year. She said, quote "It is the week before Thanksgiving and I've been dealing with clients like this all just kind of over it. I understand that you think this is unprofessional and that's completely fine." This is not ok. Running a business means communicating clearly and respectfully with clients, even during busy seasons, and that simply did not even come close to happening. I was pleased with the past few grooming experiences and my dog always looked amazing! I'm disappointed because I chose this company for the benefits of mobile grooming.
