I'm impressed! They did go a little too short on my Weiner dogs chest other than that his haircut looks so nice. We were also quoted slightly lower for our female German (bath w/ nail clipping $21) and our male ($26) and when we went to pick up our dogs the owner said whoever quoted us on the phone was wrong... but we had them quote us twice before I showed up with all my dogs... he was a complete asshole to us. I don't even care if it's over $5. Customer service is such a huge thing. I can't decide if we will go back because of how the owner treated us.

She does well with fur babies with special needs which a few of our dogs were before they passed. Colleen does well with dogs that are easily stressed that may not have fun at a groomer. The owner is rude and honestly the way she spoke to me and about my dog when no other groomer has ever had issues with my dog was uncalled for. I wonder how she was actually treating my dog. The groom was subpar and incomplete, nails were hacked with sharp jagged edges, and when asked to fix the problems she caught an attitude. Seems like a pattern of hers after reading the other reviews on yelp. Maybe instead of blocking customers and blaming them, the owner/groomer should reflect on the feedback and not treat customers so poorly when uncalled for.

I called to check on Booker, was told there was 2 ahead of him. Never heard from the groomers, went there at 7 pm. and they were closed. no one around. Called several times but kept getting th lle answering machine. called all morning the next day, no answer. Finally, the next day around 2pm we were able to find someone to let us in and got the dog. He was left in a cage for over 24 hours. He was clipped to his skin. used a $7 clipper. Ears was matted. His cut looked like a rush job (uneven). WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN NOR WILL I RECOMMEND THEM.

In the last few months, things have really gone downhill, and it's gotten to the point where l'm going to take my business elsewhere. The only reasons I haven't done so are because I'm a VIPP, which gives me 3x the points due to my spending, and it's the closest location to me, making it convenient. Over the last few months, the customer service has been basically nonexistent. I place several orders online multiple times a week, and every time I arrive to pick them up, I have to wait and wait. I eventually end up walking inside to get my order because they never come out. Half the time, they can't find my order, even when it's clearly right in front of them. I've also been told they don't have my order or know where it is. Additionally, I've seen employees standing around when nobody's even in the store, while I'm waiting for them to bring my order to the car. They look clueless as to what's going on. When they are busy which is often they look like they're running around like a chicken with its head cut off. Why are 10 people in one line when the employees look to be chatting it up while the one cashier is clearly overwhelmed ? I believe the employee turnaround is the contributing factor with everything thats going on! They have new people who don't have a clue what's going on and some don't appear to even want to learn the job. It's basically the blind leading the blind! I completely understand there is a learning curve with any job but something needs to be done. Not to mention them giving me wrong items or the quality of the items. As I stated before I don't enjoy writing this review but it's gotten to the point where this needs to be addressed. I know I can't be the only one who's noticed a steady decline. When my husband has picked up orders for me recently even he has noticed and said something to me about it! I'd like to add he NEVER complains about anything! Do better Petsmart because you are losing my business and I'm sure many others are disappointed and dissatisfied. Also, thank you to the few employees who are amazing and go above and beyond.
