I'm disabled and it's extremely difficult for me to set up for an aquarium and it involves a lot of planning for me. After doing so, the aquarium has a leak and damaged my furniture. Because of my disability, I requested to communicate through email to get this resolved. Talking on the phone when excited/ upset is extremely difficult for me after my stroke and I have yet to get that email to reach someone. It's been nearly three weeks and all I've received was a call from a manager in Utah, that couldn't help me due to his distance. A manager in UTAH called me!? What kind of customer service is this? I live in Florida! No rush to help with the leaking tank, even after begging for a resolution from multiple avenues all the same lies. "The appropriate team has your complaint and is reviewing your case." Are they? Why are they calling me from Utah after I begged for no phone calls?

Fast forward 3 months later & I felt confident about Lucky Dog grooming her again. Tbh - she looked lil a mop! I honestly appreciate this staff because everyone that I've come into contact with have been so cheery! When I went to pick her up - Lexi was just walking around and hanging with the staff. Lexi's best friend had just passed away & I worried about her feelings. But I came away with her having a drop dead gorgeous grooming session. I cannot imagine taking her to any other groomer. The staff are incredibly friendly, they listen to you and will snap a pick on your phone to ensure that the outcome is what you requested. I love this place!

They all greeted me and let me know how good of a boy he was! The groom was $50. They DO NOT ACCEPT CREDIT CARDS. Which isn't bad at all. I just didn't pay attention when I dropped him off. Luckily I had checks on me. Yay! We will most definitely be back. P.S. let's NOT forget they are right next to Good Things Donuts. Hehe P.P.S always tip your groomer! I used to groom dogs and it's back-breaking work even if you have the most well-behaved pup. They deserve every penny and then some. Thank you Four Paws!!

After paying $50.00 upon picking up his dog he asked why she still smelled terrible; he was informed that they only cut the dogs hair, no baths are ever given. I wish I could post the photograph's of it. I had to return last Saturday to pick up Darby's collar, because he wears a harness, they accidentally forgot to put Darby's collar on. I told them about the cut. They told me, "Oh yeah, I should have mentioned it. I believe it was a scab." Darby has never had any scabs on his eyes ever. I wash his face all the time. Now a week later, I just left the vet, who confirmed it was a cut and my boy needed antibiotic cream/eyedrops. Now $80.00 for the groomer and $80.00 to the vet today and Darby has to go back to the vet next week.

I was pleased their waiting room didnt smell nor did it have the artificial strong chemical cover up smell. It just smelled and looked clean. My skittish, rescue mommas boy wasn't sure about them at 1st, but when I picked him up, not only did he look great, he was wagging his nub-tail and was happy. While I waited for him I observed 4-6 other owners picking up their dogs. All looked good and were happy dogs. I will go back and can highly reccomend them.
