I left a review on the facebook business page and then was promptly blocked by the owner because it was the honest truth of the experience i had. The owner is rude and honestly the way she spoke to me and about my dog when no other groomer has ever had issues with my dog was uncalled for. I wonder how she was actually treating my dog. The groom was subpar and incomplete, nails were hacked with sharp jagged edges, and when asked to fix the problems she caught an attitude. Seems like a pattern of hers after reading the other reviews on yelp. Maybe instead of blocking customers and blaming them, the owner/groomer should reflect on the feedback and not treat customers so poorly when uncalled for. read more

Wonderful, brought my dog Pancho (he's a big treeing walker coon hound and is not pleased to have his feet messed with) in for nail trims, Angela and Brandi met us in the lobby, took some time to greet Pancho and trimmed his nails right there. the most stress free nail trimming he's ever had! Brandi did the trimming quickly and thoroughly, both she and Angela were warm and friendly. read more

Angela and her shop have my vote as the best place to take your pets! Not only do they do an excellent job of grooming and boarding, but they offer superior customer service, which is most appreciated. Angela has taken care of grooming my dog since I first got her and I wouldn't trust her to anyone else. She knows how to handle the difficult ones, the skittish ones, and the super hyper ones. She's all around the best you could ask for. Candy is also an excellent groomer and brings so much excitement and happiness to the facility. I'm so glad that she is working with her sister to fulfill her lifelong dream. They will always have my business and I highly recommend them to all!!! read more

Absublutly highest price anywhere I have ever had to pay for my airedale's grooming all over this country. .. Then you get to pay 3. Something percent to credit card company. When question why it was so high. The lady said because your dog was totally uncooperative. Something I have never heard from groomers before. I had to cut around her eyes so she could see because eye brows where uneven and to long. My resulotion is to never go back and spread the word. read more

On Apple Maps it still shows the old location and I called and made an early appointment for my dog. I show up and I figured maybe they weren't open yet or busy in the back so I waited and walked my dog around. Finally I called only to find out that they had moved locations. No one told me this when I called and it was not updated on Apple Maps and there was no sign on the door or window at the old location!! Now I had to take my dog all the way back home which meant I didn't get the appointment for my dog and I was late for work. I called and explained the situation and the owner didn't care. I'm a regular customer but got treated like it was my fault I went to the wrong location because it was put here on this facebook post that it moved. Obviously I don't follow this business on Facebook and thus never knew they changed locations. I obviously found the Facebook page now but still have no dog appointment and the owner said she would call me back, but never did. Very unprofessional and obviously customers, including regular customers, are not appreciated. read more

Chase-n-tails is great! I was looking for a local groomer nearby when I moved to Milton for work. I've been going here for a few months now and I love it!! The two women who work there own the company and are super hard working! It's great for military schedules, they have been able to accommodate my last minute calls to take Grady the same day or the following one. 10/10 recommend! We've visited Chasing Tails three times. The first time we took our Miniature Schnauzer we showed up for our 9:00am appointment, showed them a picture of the cut I wanted and they let me know that they would call when he was ready. 8 hours later they called saying he was ready. We arrived to pick him up and the cut was perfect, but we noticed he had a bad razor burn on his groin area. We would rather have been notified about it when we picked our puppy up, instead of finding it on our own. This didn't keep us from bringing him again. The second visit was fine other then my puppy being there all day. The third and last visit on 12/17/22 I arrive for the 9am appointment and when checking him in, I was told that the groomer was out sick. I asked if there was another time available I could bring him and I was told that they were very busy up until Christmas and today would be better. The assured me he would be taken care of, so I showed the cut I would like and I left. 20 minutes before closing they called me and told me he was ready. I pick him up and his cut was bad. His beard was cut off and his facial hair is lopsided. His body hair was choppy and uneven. Once we got him home we notice hemorrhaging of the eyes. The establishment was closed but I called the next morning and asked what happened and everyone is completely clueless. read more

We have used this business since they opened, the lead Groomer Candy Porter has been grooming my dog as well as my mother dog for years. When she moved to this shop we followed her. Candy left the establishment last week, however my mom kept her appointment since it was already scheduled and she didn't want to cause any undue inconvenience to the shop by cancelling so close to the appointment day/time. The dog is a 17 year old sheltie, very docile pet. She had an appt time of 8 am and at 3:30 and 2 unanswered calls mom went to the shop to find out why the dog wasn't finished or what was taking so long, normal groom time is 2-3 hours. When she arrived she was told dog wasn't yet dry and that would take another 20 min. She was charged full price, and when pet was brought out she was still wet and looked ungroomed. Mom found out pet collar was not on her, after arriving home, so I offered to go back to shop and retrieve. I arrived at shop and asked about collar and dog washer said it was prob left at sink she would go look. Another employee asked if I needed anything else and I asked for Angela, the owner. I was told she was busy could they take a message, I told her she couldn't take msg.This employee went to get owner, when owner stormed from back of shop demanding to know what the message was for her. I told her there was no msg, just a couple of questions. I asked why mom was charged full grooming price when pet wasn't fully groomed. She informed me mom took pet before she had finished. I asked why a pet with an appt time of 8 am would still be unfinished and wet at 4 pm. She started yelling at me pet was old and needed extra time, and she couldn't believe how Candy let people like us walk all over her. I tried to ask another question about the length of time and she started screaming at the top of her lungs and called me a "f*^#ing bitch and my mom was effing bitch too! We had no idea of their policy or procedures and started looking for a piece of paper with their policy. I informed her she didn't need to find anything for us, because we wouldn't be back, then she really lost it, screaming and yelling curse words that were the worst I've ever heard! I left and could hear her slamming things and cursing from my car. If this is how she treats a human I shudder at how she might treat a helpless pet. I hope no one ever experiences this from any business much less one that is taking care of your family pet. read more
