We are new customers with a 2.5 yr old female Great Dane. She is a big, loveable, goofball, like…read moremost of her breed, but she absolutely, PAWSITIVELY (pardon the pun) will NOT allow her nails to be trimmed. We've tried multiple groomers and 2 veterinarians. She's not aggressive...she just turns into a giant bucking bronco as soon as the clippers come out...even though we've never actually been able to actually clip her nails! It's like other dogs told her what they were at the dog park or something. Anyhoo, the wonderful groomers (ALL of them, it sounds like!) were able to WWE her onto the floor and successfully completed a full trim of all of her nails. So I'd like to extend a Great Dane sized THANK YOU to the staff of Shampoochies for helping us avoid a potentially dangerous anesthesia-requiring veterinarian trim!! We'll see you again soon!

She is wonderful with my little Pua!! She makes her look so beautiful and takes great care of her. It is definitely a good day with Pua gets to go to the puppy spa. She enjoys the environment and services. They offer so many options as well. They even give her a little color when we request it. And after each visit they take time to take adorable photos of all the pups they groomed and post them to their FB page. Seriously I don't have a bad thing to say. They are also extremely affordable and they do not hold back on the care or services. I'm impressed! They did go a little too short on my Weiner dogs chest other than that his haircut looks so nice. We were also quoted slightly lower for our female German (bath w/ nail clipping $21) and our male ($26) and when we went to pick up our dogs the owner said whoever quoted us on the phone was wrong... but we had them quote us twice before I showed up with all my dogs... he was a complete asshole to us. I don't even care if it's over $5. Customer service is such a huge thing. I can't decide if we will go back because of how the owner treated us.
