I give this doctors office 2 stars because the Doctor that saw me was great. Very attentive and I didn't feel rushed at all. The problem was the Admin staff. I was told on my first visit that all the blood work I was having done was paid for at the doctors office, and then when I went to the lab, the lab would bill the Dr's office for the blood work. (I was a cash patient and I was told they had a deal for cash patients). I paid every time I went to the Dr's office. Cash. A few months later I received a billing from the blood work lab, I called and explained to the lab that I had paid through the Dr's office, to which they explain I needed to have the Dr's office fax over a letter explaining this. I called the Dr's office and told them to do this, which they said they'd had problems with this before, but no biggie they would handle it, I was also told numerous times by staff that I didn't owe anything to anyone and that I was paid up. Great. Thought I was done. NOPE! A few months later I had another billing from the lab. I called everyone and went through the whole scenario again. Great, thought I was done.. again, another billing.. So I have done this about 4 times with this Dr's office, with nothing happening. Finally they explain to me that the admin that told me I didn't owe anything does not work there anymore, that I DO owe money, I could pay for part of it over the phone that day and they would get in contact with the lab and get the billing corrected and I would receive new and corrected billings. Great, I paid what I could over the phone and waited for the new billing cycle with the corrections from the lab.. NOPE. Just got another freekin bill with absolutely NO changes. I've literally been dealing with this for over a year. I really don't mind paying what I owe to them, but I would like to pay the correct amount, and not double pay for services..
Whatever.. I'm just paying the stupid thing and never going there again.. Which is sad, because I really liked the doctor. read more
