Cutest cat cafe and pet supplies store! They stock high quality cat food and treats here. They have great cat supplies as well such as nail trimmer, litter box, carry bag, supplements, litter, etc. they pack a lot into a little space. The worker was really friendly and happy to share info on different items. To pet the cats it's $18 CAD for 50 min which is a great rate. The cats are super cute and the time went by fast.

This is the third cat cafe I've been to in the GVA (Catfe and Catoro being the other two). The cafe owner owns most of the cats here. There are only a few rescues available for adoption. Although this model is different than the others, it is a unique experience where the cats are much more friendly and amenable to being held and pet. I also like that the maximum amount of visitors is six -- allows for more time with the various cats if there are less people. During my visit, my partner and I were very fortunate to spend time with Soy Milk! Apparently she loves getting on shoulders. She kept climbing on my shoulders to then climb into the arms of my partner. So adorable!! An absolute sweetheart!!! Had a really great time here. The cats are all so beautiful and friendly, and the space is very clean and has several floor seats for you to sit on the floor with the kitties. Service was great.

I do love cats. Wayyyyyyyyy back in the day, I used to have 3 cats. They all had babies. So at one point we had 21 cats in the house. I really wanted to keep all of them. My parents were not impressed & gave away my cute kittens. Even my favourite one - Fluffy. I cried. I still haven't gotten over it. Sniff sniff. We had a dog as well for a few years but he died. He was so nice. Ok so this pet supply, cat cafe store is intresting. I've seen & heard about dog restaurants, dog resorts, animal cafés & the like ... but a 'cat cafe' is new to me. So you can buy a Latte or whatever drink you love & then go into the cat room & hang out with them, talk to or purrrrrrrrr to them & share all your wordly problems with them. They do have 9 lives right ... so perhaps they know a thing or 2 about life that could help you out. Located right in the very busy bus loop at Richmond Centre, park elsewhere as there's no parking available here. Meeeeeooooowwww ...

10/10 would do this again. 18 for 50 min. You put your bag away and wear slippers in. The cats are friendly and super cute. There are drinks but hard to play and drink at the same time. They also have a good variety of cat food to choose from.

The owner was very kind and informative. Prices are very good compared to most cat cafes. Plenty of cats and space to hang out with them!

Came here on Sat Oct 28 for a coffee and the staff (a boy and a girl) said there was a Halloween event going on. Brought our cats out for a walk and the staff gave out cats some treat. Great customer service and super friendly staff. Ordered a ice mocha and it was great! Highly recommended and would definitely come back again to support the business. Too bad there isn't a place to sit down inside to enjoy the coffee, but will still come back :)

Fine, but when we went to there there's only one cat are socializing, other cats are just avoid contact from us Entry fees are $18 for 50 minutes

This ensures they don't accidentally have ballooning litters by accident even if the staff can't sex the critters. A smart move. And it also makes it easier to know if they have a pet or not. In the gender you want. For example I don't like boar cleanings. So I only want female guinea pigs. Males need cleanings and it's so gross not my cup of tea. Where as with Syrians I prefer males to females cuz females go into heat every 4 nights and some of them let off an aroma that attracts males but it stinks up the room. Every 4 nights so for me. Male Syrians are preferred. Anyways. Wanted a male robo and swung by here last day of their sales and got one.

I had passed by this mall-on-a-hill many times before without giving much thought about the specific stores/restaurants that are there. Petsmart shares the higher level with the Canadian Tire and Boston Pizza/Starbucks entrances. Walked in and I was struck by the open bright space. All the aisles were labelled clearly by pet, and we saw our fair share of pets wandering the aisles with their owners. We found the cat litter aisle in two seconds flat, but it was harder to find our specific brand/type. Thankfully we flagged down an employee and he helped us locate our product easily. Took the bag to the front, purchased it, and we were off on our next set of errands without breaking a sweat! Liking this location: new, bright, clean, easy to navigate layout and helpful staff, and lots of parking!

Title: 2 Months of Trauma & Negligence - A Nightmare for My Pet and Family…read more I am sharing our story and the attached photos to inform every pet owner in Vancouver. What should have been a standard surgery turned into a two-month ordeal of physical suffering for my dog, Hebeh, and deep emotional distress for my entire family. 1. Medical Issues & Double Surgery: After paying $1,628 for a bite wound surgery, the site turned necrotic (dead tissue). A second veterinarian confirmed that the sutures were applied incorrectly, cutting off blood circulation. Because of this, my dog had to undergo a second surgery at another clinic to fix the issue. I ended up paying twice for a procedure that should have been done correctly the first time. 2. High Costs & Unnecessary Risks: When I returned for a drain removal, the clinic quoted $1,200-$1,500 and suggested general anesthesia. I went elsewhere, and the drain was removed safely without anesthesia for a fraction of the cost. They also charged over $200 for a "consultation" where nothing was done. 3. Lack of Accountability: When I reached out to management for an explanation, they were dismissive and unresponsive, eventually suggesting I file a complaint, and offered no refund. 4. Impact on My Family: Seeing the necrotic tissue on our dog was very upsetting for my 2-year-old child, my elderly mother, and my wife. The experience has caused significant stress for all of us. I am sharing this review so other pet owners can make informed decisions based on our experience.

She asked me to repeat every detail (weight, age, when, what, what, etc) at least five times. Twenty minutes later, she referred to my dog as a cat. That's when I asked to speak to someone else. I was on hold for another 23 minutes, at which time I hung up. This is an emergency hospital! For your sake and the sake of your pet--go elsewhere!
