Owners are very nice. The workers are not caring like blue ridge kennel or even the hospital that took over. Our dog came back dirty and with kennel cough. My wife was appalled at the workers. They didnt care and told her so. The place was closed when she came to pickup the dog even though it was 10am. The dog was dying to go to the bathroom when she got home. He wouldnt eat for days. The worker made a comment about this being just a job. She came a few days in advance to fill out the paperwork. When she checked in the person had no clue and it was the same person. The other reviews are obviously from friends.

I have supported this place for a long time and shared their statuses and thought they were such an…read moreamazing place until I adopted a puppy and they offered zero solutions and took zero responsibility and the fact that nobody told me even though it was in the paperwork that I did not have reviewed with me before leaving with him that he had Giardia and now my old senior dog at home has caught the Giardia, which is contagious after treatment and getting a negative result from being tested to check for it again, it is contagious for weeks after treatment and they did not tell me that when I took this puppy home and I have the sensitive senior dog at home now that is pooping diarrhea from Giardia and extremely sick just a few days after this puppy getting here. When I insisted that they take responsibility and that they did owe my dog medication for Giardia because nobody disclosed this to me when adopting this puppy they told me that that's my opinion and that I can take him to my own vet or pay at their vet for the treatment even though they kept admitting that this puppy did have Giardia and they were belittling and gaslighting and disrespectful at a time in my life where I am going through a lot, and I have had the patience of a saint, with this puppy, cleaning up his pee every five minutes and taking him outside every five minutes through the night without sleep and trying to train him and now my own dog that I've had for 13 years since the beginning of his life who only weighs 8 pounds is pooping himself to death right now and I have to take him to a vet and pay for treatment for a sickness that I didn't know the dog I was adopting from the league had. They will be rude and they will take zero responsibility. I will 100% admit any time that it's my own fault that I did not sit and look in detail at the paperwork before taking this dog home and the chaos of the adoption. But I will say that the shelter did also admit that they only disclose information on current illness not previous illness if it's been treated. Well, also admitting yes, even if it is contagious after treatment because I asked and the answer I got was yes they will not disclose that if it's already been treated. Be very careful about the details on the pets you adopt because every animal deserves love and every animal deserves a home and and I'm heartbroken to the point of sobbing right now while I'm writing this from sadness and frustration for this poor puppy and my own dog and because my mental health cannot take this right now, and I do not have the financial means to take care of this kind of problem, hardly for my own dog and I'm upset at the fact that at this point for my own health and my child's health and my dog's health that I already had. I have to take this puppy back because of Giardia being contagious for weeks even after being cured and now I have to do even more deep cleaning at home after all of the hard work I've already done cleaning up after him trying to help him get settled in, and my son already fell in love with him, but my son gets sick really easily and my dog gets sick really easily and more I do too so for the sake of my own family's health, I'm taking him back to the shelter and I should've looked into things more and asked about any previous illnesses, but I just thought that the leak for animal welfare was better than that. I'm not giving up on my own dog who could potentially die from this because he's so sensitive to everything and has almost died from previous illnesses. They seemed like really cool people and a really awesome place and it turned out to be very opposite of that. I'm not saying they don't care about animals, but they definitely don't care enough about people. I also wanna make it really clear that I did not yell at them on the phone and all I did was express my feelings and express the fact that they would be upset if they were in my position and someone did this to a dog that they had for 13 years since they were a puppy and wouldn't take responsibility, anyone would be upset in this position. It's wrong and unethical and to hang up on somebody who's legitimately upset, and just begging to be acknowledged as a human and for their own pet that they already had to be cared for instead of being belittled and gaslit, it's all just really devastating

It's set up like a coin laundromat where you can post for coins up front which equates to 5$ per coin. That coin will give you 7 minutes at their station to use their washing or drying facilities. The coin slot gives you the option to rinse, shampoo, conditioner, dry, flea and tic treatment, disinfect the wash station or turn it off. You cannot pause the timer. I was able to wash and mostly dry my dog in 14 minutes (she didn't like the dryer but it was powerful). My only tip would be to bring your own towels as they charge 1$ per towel. A great suggestion would be to have coat hangers and baskets in the wash station to put your purse in as you wash your pet. I had to swing my coat over divider and place my purse on the floor. They do offer other grooming services such as nail trim and anal glands at around 10$ at the time of this review.

Ace goes to daycare a few days a week and has also boarded there for several days at a time when we need to travel, and the experience has been consistently positive. A little background for context: Ace was rescued by my son while he was in college, but college life simply wasn't a good fit for a Husky... not good for Ace or my son. About a month later, at my son's request, Ace came to live with us at home. Finding the right environment for a high‑energy, social dog like a Husky was critical, and Go Fetch has been exactly what we needed. The hours alone are a huge help. Early drop‑offs and late pick‑ups (up to 7 PM when needed) make a real difference, especially with a busy or unpredictable schedule. The staff I've interacted with genuinely seem to enjoy and care about the dogs, and it's clear to me that a strong team has been put together here. One of the biggest things I appreciate is the ability to check in via the webcams. I regularly see staff interacting positively with the dogs... giving attention, keeping an eye on things, and clearly caring. The dogs all seem happy and comfortable together, like one big pack of friends... some playing hard, some resting, but all interacting in a healthy, positive way. I also love the setup: dogs have free access to roam both indoors and outdoors throughout the day, which seems like an ideal situation for social, active dogs. Ace absolutely loves it. In fact, he tries to jump in the car every day because he wants to go. He's excited when we arrive, comes home completely exhausted, and is relaxed and content afterward... exactly what you hope for. We've only been going for a few months, so I can't speak to everything that may have happened in the distant past, but some of the negative reviews I've read feel very disconnected from what we have experienced so far.
