FYI, even though it's still listed in the info, they no longer have the self-service dog washing stations.

As I got it over for me to give a little lovins, I noticed inside it's left ear was COMPLETELY black. I'm not sure if it just needs a good cleaning or if it has ear mites (I didn't get close enough for a sniff). I informed the clerk at the Cashier desk (who was very nice and stated that he would let his boss know) He informed me that it's not actually their cat, but a foster that they are just taking care of. The poor thing did not seem happy at all and again, very lethargic. I am unsure what it's right ear looked like but please get this cat some attention. It was heartbreaking to see him so depressed. I will most likely stop back in for a check up on him as this is disheartening seeing this and reading previous reviews regarding the care of the animals. This will not stop me from shopping there (at this time), however, I don't want to see something like this in the future so please make sure the animals you have in store are being well cared for. My 2 stars is only due to this poor animal. Everything else I seen seemed to be just fine and I found something I wasn't even looking for. I did notice that some things were low supplied (cat toys mainly) and things for Crested Geckos. But all in all the store was clean, the staff member present was very personable and pleasant. :*-( UPDATE: I have reached out and spoke with the manager who assured me that the cat will be taken care of and that he has also reached out to the rescue regarding a Vet appointment - or if he needed to handle that on his end. He said she came to him with a previous really bad ear infection. How awful!!! I am happy she will be taken care of. He advised that I can call any time to check on her as well.

They have a very limited supply of aqaurium gravel and the man in the fish department totally ignored us. And when another customer appeared, he helped them instead. Their supplies are over priced and the store is very small. Will not be back. Will do all my business from now on at Discover Aqautics. Yes you pay a little more on what you buy there, but their stock is in greater abundance and their fish are much more better take care of. Bought 17 white cloud minnows (and a Pleco) from them and each one are thriving. Zero stars for this petsmart and 5 for Discover Aqautics.

More than halfway through this first series, we are so pleased with the results, which are helping keep us and our dog safe. JO is a very skilled dog trainer. More than once I've thought of him as a dog whisperer as our one year old rescue dog responds almost instantly to the new commands he teaches her. My husband and I then immediately practice them with our girl to ensure the lessons are sticking. We practice in the training area and around the store, which is always full of distractions to test our dog. The lessons have stuck and we use them regularly at home and when we are out and about. Recommended.

If one of the on it employees is cashiering, then it is a quik trip. If one of the clueless employees is running the register, it can take quite some time. I do worry about cleanliness. I once saw a dog pee on a stack of dog food located near the door. The person who's dog it was didn't say anything, and left. (That has nothing to do with Petco.) The cashier saw it. Once she was done with everyone in line, she wiped down the top bag with a regular paper towel. Two bags underneath were left with pee on them. Adoption events are held at this location on some weekends. Check with the store for the most up-to-date schedule, and to see which rescue groups will be there.

Update; This business owner is over -the-top, and not in a…read moregood way. His response perfectly demonstrates exactly what I described. *The lies *The excuses *The accusations Just as expected. I (unlike the shop owner and the 'groomer') have no reason to lie. The pictures show only the visible part of the damage. The permanent damage to his trachea, his knee and front leg/shoulder cannot be seen except on X-rays. The emotional damage and PTSD is an everyday thing and I'm still working at a snails pace, gentling him back into grooming. He doesn't shake as much as he did at first but it's still awful for him. These people are monsters, and the 'groomer', Cassidy...I don't know this person, never met her before, but I do know that she has absolutely no business dealing with animals. Shame on you people! Dropped off my Pom for basic grooming with Cassidy. Instead of a well groomed fluffy happy Pomeranian, I picked up a very quiet little Pom with The entire bottom half of guard hairs cut off, you can see his skin through the undercoat that is left. He was abused in a manner that caused his trachea to partially collapse with improper use of the grooming loop. Cassidy caused his front right leg to no longer have full range of motion, and a luxating patella (his right rear leg), repaired with no issues for ten years, is knocked out of place as a result of the 'grooming' he received from Cassidy. The owner was rude, accused me of lying. Cassidy lied. Another employee there lied. Owner was physically very threatening, approaching me quickly several times stopping inches from my face, so close his spit got on my face as he yelled at me. Of that's the sort of thing you are looking for, you're going to absolutely LOVE this place!

So thank you a ton for being good to him, he'll be back soon!!

There is ample parking out front or on the side of the building. They are currently offering curbside if you'd like to stay in your car. I'm not sure anyone here would know what I'm talking about, but walking in instantly reminded me of the Agway stores in the Northeast. There is so much here. Having frequented many pet stores over the years, if this was closer to my house it would be a go -to. The inside isn't fancy, its no frills, but the staff is so nice and knowledgeable, the selection is great, and the prices are good too! Right when you walk in there is an aisle full of pet lover stuff for the owners, including shirts, posters and keychains. They have a huge selection of high quality dog foods, and even bigger selection of dog treats, tons of toys (including some unique that I've never seen), beds, leashes and more. They offer boarding, daycare, and training classes in an area behind the retail store. While I was there several people were picking up their pets. There is even some farm type items like local honey and jams. Support local and check this place out!

My dog needed an antibiotic and when I came to pick it up it was in liquid form and really expensive. I was so impressed and happy with how it was handled and happy that I didn't have to pay extra. I believe her name is Raven, she was working the front desk and helped with switching the meds. I told her I was heading to an appointment and would have to come back to pick up the meds. I was told I could drop her off for a complimentary x-ray of her leg. I took her to another vet office since I was uncomfortable leaving my dog in their care alone. The other vet has confirmed the dog has injured her leg. Petwow now will not take responsibility for the 450.00 bill. They feel it is best to separate our relationship from their company.
