It is bright, spotless, and perfectly organized. Upon entering I was immediately greeted by one of the employees who offered help if I needed it. I was looking for some unique toys for my aggressive chewing huskies for Christmas. I looked around for a little bit and then another employee offered assistance. The staff here are knowledgeable and really seem to like their jobs. They enjoy talking about your pets as well as theirs. The second employee had some serious chewers too so he gave some great recommendations. I decided on a new type of toy with a lifetime guarantee, and then got another of this great wood chew toy they make that has held up safely for months! The employee reminded me that the store itself also has a satisfaction guarantee. At checkout I was able to present a coupon, as I am a rewards member (Free). I was also offered some complimentary pumpkin treats to take home to the kids! He's normally an expensive groom, and he really just needed a bath so this was the ticket. They have 2 wash basins and even a walk in shower for bigger dogs as well. Mine fit no problems in the shorter larger tub. It has a panel that slides in and out so your pooch can jump up and down into it. They also have suction cup leashes to attach to the wall to keep them there. You control the temp with hot and cold taps. I do wish they nozzle had an option for a little more pressure, as again, thick coated dog, but it did what needed to be done. They offered 3 types of shampoos; an oatmeal and shea butter one, a lavender one, and a smelly dog one. I choose smelly dog, as he was one lol. It really did the trick too! They also supply towels and aprons for you, and an air dryer. It's just regular air, not hot so helps get the excess water out of their coat. They also give you cotton balls to put in their ears if you don't trust yourself to not get water in them. It cost $12 and they clean up afterwards! They seem to have specials where you can get 5 washes for $50, so not a bad deal. I would have liked a brush, but I just bought one that I needed anyways. Their pricing here is a little higher in my opinion but not outrageous on supplies. They also have a bakery for fresh dog treats! They looked really good too, and my pup was definitely wanting to sniff them! We decided on a bone assortment though for my pup being a good boy, and he even got a treat from the super helpful super nice employees! I definitely will be back here when I don't need a full groom on my dog as it's so much easier and less cleanup than trying to do it at home!
