We had the country fried steak which was probably the best one I have ever had in my entire life! My sons had chorizo and eggs and the other one had chocolate pancakes, ham and eggs. We also got a Nutella Crepe because my youngest had never had a real crepe before. The food was all amazing. We cleaned every plate between a 47 year old, 13 & 8 year old! We couldn't stop eating!! The place was clean and for such a busy brunch we were sat very quickly! Service was amazing as well! The staff was so accommodating, friendly and professional! They were so hard working turning those tables over and checking on tables all the time. We didn't have to wait for plates to be cleared or refills of Iced Tea!! Like I said I can't believe I haven't been back to this place in such a long time but that is going to change!! I will be back as much as I can! Especially to support a local family owned restaurant!

Tasty or WasteY???? Totally tasty !!!!…read moreI love everything about this place. I always get the Chilaquiles with green sauce. My husband gets different things on the menu when we go and he enjoys all of them. The only problem I have is it is so loud in there because it is such a small and confined restaurant. And I enjoy the live music being played. It's just such a tight confined little place. And you have to yell to talk to one another therefore everybody else here's your conversation. This is not a good place to go on a date or to get to know somebody over conversation. That's why you have Galletto's or Tresetti's down the street. But if you wanna go and have a quick breakfast, then this is the place. Though wait waitresses are always very, very nice. And the prices are great.

We went with a large group for breakfast one morning and the place was empty. We didn't have a reservation and the staff were super accommodating. Our server split each individual tab and you have the option to pay through your phone with a QR on your tab. I had the Reim's pescatarian crepe and took Judy's sweet crepe to go. I love mango so I had to try it. There's an upstairs seating area and the outdoor seating is cute for pairs to sit when the weather is nice. Pay this place a visit if you're in the mood for a crepe :)

Im such a savory flavored girly so I am all for that savory taste but I think the sweetness of the crepes always throws me off. Next time I'll order some sweet crepes and I'm sure I'll really enjoy myself. Crepes are typically supposed to be sweet yes but I personally feel it's hard to incorporate that with the savory dishes they offer. Hot sauce helps! Definitely ready to try some sweet crepes next time. I wonder if they will ever put a fruity pebble or strawberry shortcake one in the menu. That would be sooo good I'd definitely eat those up! Last time I was here I ordered a cold brew and it was not good at all. First time ordering a coffee too. I ended up getting it to go and added some mocha flavor at home and boy was it good.

We ordered the REX (signature savory crepe featured on Diners, Drive-ins, and Dives) and I don't remember the gluten free crepe being sweet on the savory dishes? Maybe it was just me but that was odd. Otherwise, the crepe itself was good and the filling was yummy- just seemed weird together. We got the strawberry dessert crepe with cream cheese filling topped with chocolate and with a side of whipped crème and that was decadent! Highly recommend! I do wish they still had a liquor license because I wanted a mimosa. They used to be really good. I guess only one liquor license per building and since they share with Ibiza, it isn't possible. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Ambiance is trendy.

One and Done - Disappointing Experience at Midtown Crepes…read more We won't be going back to Midtown Crepes after a truly frustrating experience. The food was disappointing across the board, but what really sealed it was the complete lack of communication from the kitchen. They substituted two different sauces for sausage gravy without telling us -- one of them was a mushroom sauce poured all over my wife's crepe, which she specifically asked to have on the side. She hates mushrooms, and her meal was completely ruined. The "smothered beignets" came drenched in a strange white wine sauce -- again, no warning or explanation. My mother-in-law's crepe had a bunch of extra ingredients that weren't listed on the menu, and it completely threw off the dish and ruined her breakfast as well. The crepes themselves were thick and rubbery, more like tortillas than the thin, delicate crepes you'd expect. We ordered regular beignets as a starter, but they didn't arrive until after the rest of the meals, making them feel like an afterthought. To top it off, my sister-in-law's pancakes were ice cold -- so much so they wouldn't even melt the butter. Service was just as underwhelming. It took our waitress three separate visits to remember lemons for our water. No apologies, no explanations -- just slow and inattentive. There are too many great places to eat in Stockton to waste a meal here. Midtown Crepes seriously missed the mark.

This is back in 25', the golden ages, back when gas was still under $4 bucks and one could afford delicacies like this. Brought my wife and our baby here, heard it was great. And man, it was far than great, it was amazing! I had the Neapolitan and my wife had the Strawberry and Banana short pancakes. Portions were really good and it was all delicious. Made with literal love and sprinkled with joy. Service was great too, and the space and ambiance was very family friendly. Would definitely come again.

They checked in and made sure we were taken care of and gave recs as well, super friendly! We got the breakfast plates: - corned beef hash: 3.5/5 (average corned beef hash plate with sourdough toast nothing special) - egg Benedict: 3/5 (this was ok because it did come out kind of soggy and the sauce slowly drooped down, hollandaise sauce was diff than what I'm used to) - apple and cinnamon crepe: 4/5 (the flavor was def good but our mistake was we should've ordered this after our meal since it had ice cream on it. It started melting but the flavor was great, I just know if it was fresh it would be amazing! - now for the star for me was this cute little add on they had for their hot lattes! You can add any picture of your choice to me latte art! We did our dogs and it actually turned out so cute! Overall I would come back to try other crepes if I'm in the area and want another cool latte art!
