Came here straight after my workout craving something fresh and clean…read more Got a pressed juice that was seriously refreshing, you could actually taste the fresh ingredients (not the sugary, watered-down stuff some juice bars serve). Paired it with their avocado toast, which was simple and done right ripe avocado, good bread, no shortcuts. Loved that they have self-checkout kiosks too! made ordering quick and easy, no waiting around in line to tell someone my order. Perfect post-workout spot when you want something that actually feels good going in. Will be back!

I was immediately greeted by friendly Chop Shop associate Victoria. I ordered a sandwich to go for my wife. She wanted the Grinder sandwich. This came with ham, turkey, salami, provolone, mayo, house greens, tomato, onion, banana pepper, oregano, and red wine vinaigrette on multigrain-sliced bread. She also wanted the strawberry ginger lemonade. She said the sandwich was a really good size (meaning that she could only eat half) and shared it with our daughter. They both said it was delicious and both rated it 9 out of 10 for the same reason. They would have liked the sandwich on a hoagie roll instead of the bread. They said nothing was wrong with the bread, except that they both felt the sandwich would have been better on a hoagie roll if that had been an option. I was here for a Yelp event. I ordered one of the Made For You bowls, the Hot Honey Chicken bowl + Hummus. It came with brown rice, house greens tossed in red wine vinaigrette, cucumber, tomato, banana pepper, red pepper hummus, hot honey sauce, Greek yogurt sauce, and house-baked tortilla chips sprinkled with Parmesan. I had the chips on the side because I wanted my bowl gluten-free. The bowl was delicious. I would definitely get it again. I also had the strawberry ginger lemonade, which is freshly made as needed, since I saw Victoria juicing ginger for another batch of lemonade while I was eating. All of the other Make It Original options sounded delicious, too. I plan on returning to try more of their bowls. Overall, this was a great experience, and we definitely recommend the original Chop Shop.

t's not a new concept, the custom salad. Salata gets a 5 because it sticks to its lane and does it…read morereally well. The servers behind the bar tend to be energetic, friendly students from the nearby high school. The owner is also friendly. Everything is fresh. They have vegetables, fruits, nuts, proteins, and anything else that might go on a salad. Some categories of ingredients are extra, such as proteins. These are clearly marked so there are no surprises. They are generous with whatever toppings are requested. Ask for more of what you like. They do not weigh the salads they combine for you. They sell by container. Fill it as you will. I've seen people take advantage to the point where the container will barely close but the server just smiles. It must even out. The restaurant is spacious and well lit. Plenty of natural light during the day. The minimalistic design just feels right. Value is great. You really can't go wrong.

Was told today that I had to pay $2 per 2oz cup of the exact amount of toppings for two salads so that's $20 additional dollars, per the cashier & person over the phone due to "cost" issues, anyone knows not only do these come packaged 1000s per pack but how many of these or the the tiny lids for them fall onto the floor everyday at any establishment, the effort that was put forth to not accomodate this request was FAR more than was required to fufill it! QT has these for free like do I need to bring my own or GD WW ? Needless to say will not be back

I had the best time here ! Came on a Sunday night. No…read morereservation needed. Plenty of parking in the area . Our server was soooo kind and always had a smile on her face . She asked if we were celebrating anything special and we told her our anniversary. When she came back to take our order, she brought us 2 glasses of champagne on the house. So sweet ! We ordered the grilled oysters , jumbo shrimp , crab cakes and two cocktails. Everything was SO good ! The oysters were the best I've ever tasted. The drinks were made to perfection and the crab cakes were so fresh and flavorful. I can't wait to go back. I've been dreaming of those oysters. The restaurant itself is nice , lots of space and a bar as well to sit at .

We came here for our 21st wedding anniversary. I really wanted to like this place. The location is…read moregreat and the restaurant is cute. We arrived at 6:50 for our 7pm reservation. We were told that they wouldn't seat us until 7pm and that it may be 5 or 10 minutes after that. A little irritating, but not a deal breaker. 7pm comes, 7:05. 7:10. We ask how much longer. We are told they are waiting on tables. Um, ok? 7:15, 7:20, 7:25....finally a table. Why even make a reservation if we aren't seated until 25 minutes after? They take us to our table, a party of 2 mind you, and sit us at a cafeteria style table for 6. There were PLENTY of 2 tops around. People who came in after us were seated at them with no problem. Again, weird, not a deal breaker but getting more irritating. Our waitress came over quickly and was amazing the entire night. Attentive and prompt. She took our drink and app orders. This is not an inexpensive restaurant. It is marketed as upscale. Why did she bring us drinks in plastic cups and say they were out of glasses? Excuse me? I am paying over $200 for my meal to drink out of plastic cups? We get our appetizer and it is delicious. Cajun Crab dip. There is a lot of dip and only a small bread loaf, so we ordered an additional loaf after we ate that one. Our waitress put the order in promptly, but the kitchen never sent it out and she had to go find it. By that time, our app was cold. We still ate it, just another disappointment. Our entrees came out promptly, both of us having ordered the Delmonico ribeye, medium. I added a lobster tail. We both had mac and cheese. I had greens, my husband Brussel sprouts. Neither of our steaks were cooked medium. Both were medium well and tough. $52 steaks, fyi. We had already been there an hour and with all of the other incidents, I was just ready to go. Sides were good, lobster tail was cooked perfectly. To sum it up, long wait even with a reservation, weird seating, plastic cups, forgetful kitchen and over cooked steak. Not quite the upscale dining we are used to with a $225 bill. Great server, great apps, good sides. Overall a disappointing anniversary dinner and would not go back.
