I love this place and frequent often. Today was not so great as one of the individuals working behind the counter, Jess, was horribly rude and angry and said some very demeaning things to me while I was ordering. I told the man on duty and he saw and heard this and said he would report to John the owner. Too many people want and need jobs to have someone that is so miserable waiting on people. I don't know if management changed here or what. But I can't tell you how many times I've ordered a bagel to eat there and they ring it up as a to-go order. No big deal but then they forget half of my order every single time. Make sure you check the bag if you do get it to go, 99.9% of the time if you order a salad they will NOT give it to you. And then the guy tried to question how I paid $20 for two bagels. Not sure if I want to keep coming here esp since they put the cream cheese in the bagel when they double toasted it and it was just like queso pouring out of the bagel. Look in the bag, open everything up. 85% of the time the order is wrong, and how frustrating to get home and have a meal or bagel you did not order. They give the wrong food to people, and cannot get an order right. It has been an ongoing problem for years. Sad as it's the only bagel place around. Others have also have had similar ongoing issues. Outstanding bagels and customer service. 20 years is not an easy thing to accomplish and with 2 locations on each side of town, there's no excuse to not try them out. The moment we walked in, we were greeted by John who helped my friend and I decide on the best matches to our cravings. My friend got the jalapeño cheddar with chive cream cheese, it had a nice kick and i got a tomato cheddar bagel melt with spinach artichoke cream cheese, that came with fresh onions.. a perfect touch. While eating i was able to tell there were so many regulars and the love and care they had for John. Truth mom and pop which Is all i support. We left VERY happy because of these interactions, yes the food was amazing, but the ability to create a returning service in an organic way is rare these days. To many more years to come read more

The bagels here are tasty, but when the Starbucks next door moved to the other end of the parking lot, the ability to have a great bagel alongside a great cup of coffee disappeared. There was ample seating inside but I was taking it to go. I got a ham egg and cheddar on an everything bagel and I paid for cream cheese on it, too. The cream cheese was so scant I had to triple check to make sure it was there. I couldn't taste it at all. The egg tasted and felt like it was microwaved. I have had much better bagel sandwiches. I was hesitant to leave this review, as I've come to this restaurant for the last 15+ years. I moved out of the area so i was unable to frequent it, but occasionally will make the drive as i love their bagels. The last 3 times i have been over the course of a year, it has been horrendous. I don't say that lightly...the owner used to run the most amazing family friendly business. It has gone so down hill, the only thing i can assume would be the reason for that is the owner is not present in the store like he used to be. The girls and the Hispanic guy who run the front area are so incredibly unfriendly, they do not greet you, they are not welcoming...in fact, they are abrasive and rude. The restaurant is so dirty and run down now. There has been food all over the floor and tables in the eating areas every time I've been over the last year. The bathrooms are unkept and you can barely get into them as the baby changing table that has been broken for a year now will not close. The bagel case is nearly empty every single time I've gone and it has taken a minimum of 20-30 mins to get 2 bagels after ordering. I understand that they have expanded business and opened other stores, but this was the first and the condition of this place is so far from what it started at. This last visit (Father's Day 2025) will probably be my last. The people running this restaurant, or lack thereof, in place of the owner, are seriously going to run them into the ground if it continues this way. read more

Let me start by saying, I really love Bagel Boys' food! Always fresh and delicious. My rating does not have to do with the food! Unfortunately, I did have a bad experience with the last time I was there. It was on a Saturday, I went in about 10 till 2pm and ordered mine and my husband's bagel with lox sandwiches. They were out of many bagels but I did settle on two. The young girl behind the counter acted like I was completely bothering her and was not friendly to say the least. She did not ask me any questions, I even made a slight joke but did not get a positive reaction or any at all. I then asked her what time they close and she responded saying 2pm; I said so that's the reason! Still no reaction. Once I got my food, I left and when I got home I realized that the bagels were not even toasted!! She could not even bother to ask me if I would like it toasted (guess that would take too much time)! I really like this bagel shop so much for so many reasons! Let's start with the customer service. The cheery employee who took my order was wearing a sweatshirt that said "happy" on it. She was so nice and gave us great recommendations on what to get. I enjoyed an egg white spinach omelet on an everything toaster bagel. It was hot, fresh and flavorful. All the bagels I've ever eaten here are really soft and fluffy. I've been here a number of times and loved it every time. I look forward to coming back soon! read more

The food is good but the service is horrible. The first time I came the staff was extremely rude and not helpful. I decided to give It another chance and this second experience was worse than the first. When asking questions about the menu the lady ( Torra ) at the front was short with me, her body language clearly expressed how annoyed she was with me as she continuing to roll her eyes and sigh every chance she got.
