First of all, I love when people talk about the customer service of this place. And give it a one star. Because they are so off mark they don't even have a clue. And that is me pretty much an expert in customer service letting you know that everyone may have a bad day, but their customer service is top-notch. Just like their baked goods just like all of the items that they sell. They curate the best of the best and that is no joke. I did an event with this business two months ago. I thought I had done my review clearly I did not. So for that, I apologize. I had the absolute best experience that you can possibly have with a business to create a wonderful event for my attendees. And I had over 200 people at that event. I did not get one bad comment or one mediocre comment about how the food was. I utilize them for several different aspects of my event. For snacks to go with the fun hours, for grab and go lunch on the last day, and for a continental style breakfast one morning. I'd also like to add that this event was all men. And most of you know that men will eat almost anything and it's really not complain. However, all of the men commented on the creativity that I chose to give them things that they wouldn't normally get at a men's retreat. PS. I did spend a nice portion of the budget because these ingredients are all carefully selected and all of the food is made with love care and concern. They invited me into the space and I can tell you that you could eat off of the floor. It is clean, neat, and organized. I did not say a good thing about her team. They have created a treasure in the community. And the pricing is quite reasonable sandwiches are fresh and delicious and everything is made in house. Let me say that louder for the people in the back. If you're looking for a wonderful place to have fresh fresh bread, fresh pastries, a quick lunch, but something that is delicious and healthy, then stop at Theo Bros Bakery. This is THE best sourdough bread bakery that I have found. No yeast used and lots of options such as whole wheat, multigrain is my current favorite. Loaf slicing is available. Lots of other bakery items but to us... they look better than they taste. Again, I bake alot so may be biased or have higher expectations. Heard so many great things about this place so decided to stop by on a random Saturday evening. Went to pick up a loaf and ended up walking away with a tres leches cake as well. There was a lady in front of me that mentioned it and I am a sucker for tres leches. Got it from the family and they all loved it. Not sweet at all which is how I like it. I've been driving past Theo's Brother's Bakery for a couple weeks now and finally was able to check it out. And just WOW! Breads - Many different kinds. Tasty croissants, absolutely. Cookies & Biscottis - copious and with delicious flavors. Kolaches - without a doubt. Muffins, turnovers, scones and twists. Of course. And that's just the beginning. While sitting in their very few sets of tables and chairs enjoying my Almond croissant and espresso, I observed at least a dozen customers come in and go straight to the refrigerator and purchase freshly made sandwiches. Vegetarian,Tarragon Chicken, Prosciutto Ficelle ( I'm going back for this one)! and Smoked Turkey to name a few. Also check their daily specials. This bakery was very cute and homely as if I would stumble on it if I lived in a cozy cottage. They offer more than just their yummy baked goods. I saw some fresh bouquets of flowers off to the side and they have some sandwiches, coffee/teas and local goods (jams, honey, condiments and such) as well as cold case with some surprising good eats like lasagna and tiramisu. I love that this is my local bakery. It is located in a non-descript strip mall off the main part of town. I love this since parking is never a problem. The indoor area has a few seats, but nevertheless, I get my stuff to go. They have a fridge with a selection of prepared foods and local butters, everything they offer is top notch! While their pastries are great, their bread selection is what does it for me. I always get one of their sourdoughs. The orignal is good, but they also have a 2lb. wheat loaf that is so yummy! I have also tried their rosemary lemon sea salt, which doesn't even require butter it has so much flavor! The staff is great and you can't go wrong with anything you get here. read more

Giving two stars based on the bread itself which was good but based on customer service I would give zero stars. The bread is really tasty but I stopped at their farmers market stand with a friend and she asked if their rolls were on the fluffier side or a bit firmer and the guy helping us was really kind and answered us nicely saying they were pretty fluffy and this rude lady that works there as well comes up to him to scoff and say "why is she even asking if it's fluffy?" It was extremely rude and honestly I'm in shock she'd do that in front of us. Even the guy opened his eyes wide and just looked stunned that she'd make that comment while he's helping us. She could've at least waited for us to walk away and maybe just whispered it and been more discreet but the fact she went out of her way to walk to him and say it out loud to make sure we'd hear is actually shocking. We had asked for the menu earlier too and she did not seem happy to look for them and provide us with one either. I went to the formers market today at Alpharetta and I had the most worst costumer service ever!! I asked if the bread I was buying was in the fluffy side and I had to hear a comment from one of the lady's working there in a sarcastic and rude tone " why is she asking if this is fluffy"? And it was my first time trying the product so how could I know? Maybe have a meeting with the staff and train them on how to be polite with costumers, I understand how stressful it is dealing with so many people, but it is not my problem if she is having a bad day. Sat at their car as it was very busy this Sunday morning!!! I have been dying to visit this restaurant as I have heard rave reviews!! It hit every one of them! Great service was immediate as I was asked what I would like to order!! Cappuccino was rich and yummy with almond milk requested I lovely mug. Real cloth napkins, calming surroundings, gorgeous open air feel, stunning fireplace, rattan furnishings, open windows surround with lovely lighting. Their selection of specialty baked goods is seductive. Crusty artisan breads, pastries, muffins, cookies, biscotti. Every bite is the perfect texture and crumb. Best chocolate croissant I've had outside of Europe. They also have an array of premade products, a fantastic chicken salad sandwich and goat cheese tomato bisque (to go) plus a cute selection of items to add if making a gift basket for someone. The breads here are terrific, as you would expect. There is a reason their booth always has a huge line at the Alpharetta Farmers' Market. I really enjoyed the cheddar jalapeno loaf. The various pastries and cookies are worth trying also. There is a large selection of those, so I would just try 1-2 of each and see what you like. Our favorite was the chocolate espresso cookie. I didn't really care for the chocolate rye cookie, and the lemon poppy muffin was dry. The place is tiny inside, so don't be discouraged if you see a long line. When I saw Theo's Brother's Bakery, the fact that I just dropped my new Note 10 plus for the first time faded. And luckily no harm done to my new phone. My eyes glistened as I saw all the bread and pastries through the store window and rushed to get inside as there was a line forming. Line was actually a blessing as it was my first time and it gave me time to look through all the options. Initially there was only one person behind me, and knowing that I would take long I debated whether to let her go first, but eventually another line formed behind me and there was at least a handful of people. I might have went a tad carb overboard, but I told everyone that it was my first time and drove far to get there, trying to justify holding up the line haha... more like 20 minutes, but far for a lunch break. My original intention was to pick up their vegetarian sandwich for lunch and this was the only thing I had forgotten to get. Technically it was sold out and I had meant to get a different type of sandwich, but completely forgot as the staff and I couldn't keep up with what I had just ordered. But hey, 8/9 is still good, and I didn't want to make a scene walking back in line. I'll just have to make the drive again soon. Twist asiago bread was my jam as I finished it in my car on the way back to the office. Lemon sable was just the right amount of sugar, tart, and savoriness. Bread pudding warms your soul for a bedtime or a nap. Chocolate croissant was an eye opener for someone who didn't understand my husbands love for it.... and you get my point... I was fully content with my pastries and bread. Location wise, I have no idea where I was, but totally worth the drive. Bakery was in a small shopping lot with plenty of parking. Unfortunately, it's one of those pick up shops and there's no seating options inside with couple patio tables outside, but choose not to eat there as I saw ants around. read more

Yes to everything about Theos! The only wish I had is that they would be open later hours and more days! They are closed on Sunday and Monday. Everything here is perfect. You literally cannot go wrong. The food is so fresh, I love the sandwiches especially the mozzarella and prosciutto. The pesto is so good and has such a nice spicy garlic kick to it. The bread is amazing. All the bread is perfect. This is the absolute best bakery in all of Atlanta. Hands-down because I've been to them all. I love all their pastries as well. I love their chocolate chip cookies, their cakes, their shortbreads, just everything is amazing here. The customer service is also amazing. The ladies at work here are so awesome and considerate. In fact as I sit here writing this review I have regrets that it's Saturday and they close in two hours and I'm not able to make it over to grab a delicious bite. read more

Their morning bun is unreal, but I take issue with businesses that cannot make a small accommodations. They have brown sugar in the back because they bake. They have no syrups for their coffee. I asked if I can pay a little bit extra to have a few spoons of brown sugar and the answer was no. It wouldn't even cost them a few pennies, and I'd be happy to have paid $.50 to a dollar extra.
