I typically order from the Decatur location but was in the area so put in an order to go. The store is very easy to get to, clean and has all the same options for purchase as online. Everyone was wrapping up for the night but the place was spotless! Very neat and clean. My to go order was ready and staff was kind! Unfortunately I ordered 2 dozens of cookies and these were kinda soft and gooey. Personal preference - but I absolutely dispose baked goods that taste gummy or like playdoh in my opinion. I thought all locations would taste the same but again, I think this is all about preference. I will stick to Decatur location but definitely give them a try!
I was in the mood for some cookies after a long day and decided to stop at this location since I've had this company's cookies before and enjoyed them. I purchased chocolate chip cookies which were amazing and decided to try this chocolate chip truffle as well. It was good but not my favorite at all. It tasted more like hard chocolate over cookie dough. The customer service was good and I was able to get my cookies and enjoy.

All were warmed to perfection and were delicious!! The ladies who assisted us were also very nice and helpful with suggestions! We'll definitely be back to Tiff's!

I brought my friend in to Tiff's Treats today, and we each selected our favorite cookie. I love their snicker doodle cookies. They can heat the cookies for you. The cookies literally melt in your mouth. I'll definitely be back.
Thank you Tiff's Treats for saving the day! It's my sister's birthday but I'm stuck resting a hurt leg and unable to do anything for her... except order her a few dozen cookies to be delivered right to her door. The birthday packaging option was perfect. I added both the happy birthday box and balloon. The cookie options were plentiful. The quantity options were just right. And the speed of service and promptness was greatly appreciated. My sister received her 2 dozen cookie today and within an hour was texting me to tell me how "DELICIOUS" they all were. Included was a picture of my sweet niece enjoying several cookies, huge smile (and cookies) on her face. Exactly what I had hoped for! Thank you! And I loved the added touch of receiving an email upon delivery with a photo included. Perfection! If you're looking for an excellent gift to send someone for any occasion, I highly recommend Tiff's Treats.

The pickup times were very flexible, and the service was very fast--I was in and out of the store in just a couple of minutes. My bag included 2 frost'ems and 10 (cooled) cookies. The cookies are all very soft and buttery--my personal favorite was the peanut butter chocolate chip, especially after heating it up to get the chocolate chips nice and melty! Overall, these aren't the best cookies I've ever had (I personally prefer a soft/crunchy contrast in my cookies), but I would definitely get it again at the $5.99 price point.

Chocolate chip pecan cookie - same concept as chocolate chip cookie but the texture is a bit harder. I wouldn't say this is better than the regular. Peanut butter chocolate cookie - honestly, couldn't even tell the difference between the peanut butter cookie and the chocolate chip. White chocolate chip almond - I wonder if because almonds are cheaper than macadamia nuts? Regardless tastes just like your classic whites chocolate macadamia cookie. Soft consistency. Snickerdoodle cookie and sugar cookie, all have the same soft consistency and great flavor Overall, great classic cookies. Simple yet tasty. However, considering that pecan and peanut butter cookies were not memorable and the price was higher than other spots, id say 7 Gryffindor points out of 10. *update: they personally reached out to apologize for the service I've gotten and really wanted to improve. Love that Tiff's treats are taking steps to improve and truly cares for their customers!!

We searched online on National Peanut Butter cookie day and found Tiff's Treats 19 minutes away with only 13 minutes until they closed... We called to make sure they had peanut butter cookies left and they did! We arrived just before they closed and ordered the cookies. They even warmed the cookies up and they were delicious! My fiancé and I came to their charity grand opening event yesterday. My friend from Dallas , TX , has been raving about these cookies, and when I saw they were opening a location right down the road, I knew I wanted to come. To raise money for Ian's Friends Foundation, which supports pediatric brain tumor research, they were selling a box of 1 dozen cookies for $1 (normally $14), and donating $5 per box solid to IFF. Needless to say, there were TONS of people. My fiancé and I waited 2.5 hours to get the cookies. But while we waited, the folks at Tiff's handed out water bottles (multiple times) and always had a smile on their face. We made friends with people in line and had a great time. And now--the best part--the cookies. They don't bake them the day before and let them sit. You get fresh, warm, right out of the oven cookies. We ordered these with a coupon from a mailer. Ordering was easy, delivery was timely and courteous. The cookies arrived warm and fresh, but they're just so average and commercial. You could get cheaper and equivalent (or honestly even better) tasting cookies from Ingles if you like the taste of store-bought over homemade. I'll stick to my homemade recipes. read more

Wow this place is a true gem for sure! Was only in the area for a wedding, it was about 8:30pm on a Sunday night and they were literally the only Cookie place open. The cookies are so decadent and delicious it's hard to eat just one! I had the chocolate chip, oatmeal raisin, and the chocolate peanut butter pecan . Idk. It's not bad but there's no wow factor. No I gotta have these cookies taste. The price point not great either. I will say that I like the fact that they will bake you a fresh batch on spot if you don't want the ones in the front. So cuddos on the warm cookie front. I just don't think the cookie lives up to the hype. Maybe I should've tried some other flavor ones. But come on it's a chocolate chip cookie so many other places taste much better. If you're just a cookie shop your chocolate chip cookie should taste better than Panera breads that's all I'm saying. read more

I work in a very cold office. It was a great treat to have warm cookies delivered to my department. The cookies were so soft and fresh. They literally melted in my mouth. OMG they were so good!
