There is something about Tiffs Treats that makes me sooooo happy!! I love that their cookies are always served soft and warm even when delivered. I've had them delivered and also picked up in their store. The smell of the place is incredible. Usually everyone working here is super friendly even the operators at the call center who may take your order. Tiffs Treats specializes in Cookies and Customer service. They also sell brownies and ice cream and many more things. You can send treats to anyone for any occasion. You can even add a balloon to your order! My favorite cookie flavor is the M&M cookies but they are all great including the special holiday flavors. Definitely try the gingerbread cookie! You won't regret it! I typically order from the Decatur location but was in the area so put in an order to go. The store is very easy to get to, clean and has all the same options for purchase as online. Everyone was wrapping up for the night but the place was spotless! Very neat and clean. My to go order was ready and staff was kind! Unfortunately I ordered 2 dozens of cookies and these were kinda soft and gooey. Personal preference - but I absolutely dispose baked goods that taste gummy or like playdoh in my opinion. I thought all locations would taste the same but again, I think this is all about preference. I will stick to Decatur location but definitely give them a try! read more

We had a small office party in the evening and were looking for something sugary and light refreshment for the crowd. We ordered from Tiff's treats - choice of chocolate chip or sugar coffee and a personal tiny cup of bluebell vanilla ice cream. Awesome combination and fresh cookies .. looked like sugar cookies looked like English muffins. Light, tasty with a decent size of ice cream cup .. everyone loved it ! I purchased chocolate chip cookies which were amazing and decided to try this chocolate chip truffle as well. It was good but not my favorite at all. Thank you Tiff's Treats for saving the day! It's my sister's birthday but I'm stuck resting a hurt leg and unable to do anything for her... except order her a few dozen cookies to be delivered right to her door. The birthday packaging option was perfect. I added both the happy birthday box and balloon. The cookie options were plentiful. The quantity options were just right. And the speed of service and promptness was greatly appreciated. My sister received her 2 dozen cookie today and within an hour was texting me to tell me how "DELICIOUS" they all were. This is my favorite cookie place in the Atlanta area. You can purchase individual cookies as well as cookies by the dozen. They will also deliver the cookies for you. I brought my friend in to Tiff's Treats today, and we each selected our favorite cookie. I love their snicker doodle cookies. They can heat the cookies for you. I tried Tiff's Treats through the app Too Good to Go, which offered a $5.99 bag of surprise items. The pickup times were very flexible, and the service was very fast--I was in and out of the store in just a couple of minutes. My bag included 2 frost'ems and 10 (cooled) cookies. The cookies are all very soft and buttery--my personal favorite was the peanut butter chocolate chip, especially after heating it up to get the chocolate chips nice and melty! Overall, these aren't the best cookies I've ever had (I personally prefer a soft/crunchy contrast in my cookies), but I would definitely get it again at the $5.99 price point. read more

I first experienced Tiff's Treats as a gift delivered HOT and fresh to my door, along with a pint of Blue Bell Homemade vanilla ice cream. I've been hooked ever since. I use any excuse I can to get Tiff's Treats. The cookies sell themselves, but the service certainly helps. Fresh, hot, delicious cookies that are still fresh, hot, and delicious when they get to your door. They offer individual cookies, or by the dozen and half dozen. Other pros: the store is always clean. Each time I've ordered ahead to pick up at the store they've been ready by the time quoted. Highlights: Great classic trendy but not so friendly staff? We got: Chocolate chip cookie - classic. Soft and simple. At first, I was hesitant because it was so simple. Nowadays with instagram and stuff, you can't find things that are just simple and good. But guess what? We did. Classic. Chocolate chip pecan cookie - same concept as chocolate chip cookie but the texture is a bit harder. I wouldn't say this is better than the regular. Peanut butter chocolate cookie - honestly, couldn't even tell the difference between the peanut butter cookie and the chocolate chip. White chocolate chip almond - I wonder if because almonds are cheaper than macadamia nuts? Regardless tastes just like your classic whites chocolate macadamia cookie. Soft consistency. Snickerdoodle cookie and sugar cookie, all have the same soft consistency and great flavor Overall, great classic cookies. Simple yet tasty. However, considering that pecan and peanut butter cookies were not memorable and the price was higher than other spots, id say 7 Gryffindor points out of 10. *update: they personally reached out to apologize for the service I've gotten and really wanted to improve. My fiancé and I came to their charity grand opening event yesterday. My friend from Dallas , TX , has been raving about these cookies, and when I saw they were opening a location right down the road, I knew I wanted to come. To raise money for Ian's Friends Foundation, which supports pediatric brain tumor research, they were selling a box of 1 dozen cookies for $1 (normally $14), and donating $5 per box solid to IFF. Needless to say, there were TONS of people. My fiancé and I waited 2.5 hours to get the cookies. But while we waited, the folks at Tiff's handed out water bottles (multiple times) and always had a smile on their face. We made friends with people in line and had a great time. Wow this place is a true gem for sure! Was only in the area for a wedding, it was about 8:30pm on a Sunday night and they were literally the only Cookie place open. Tiff's treats has this nice way of being memorable. I was delivered cookies to my job from this location and they were nice and warm fresh out of the oven. Overall, tiff's treat is great. I love their cookies and they always have great deals going on. The tiff's blitz and their icecream sandwiches are also so very good! I rave about them all the time because they can only be found in certain states, thankfully Georgia. My only con about tiff's treats is that if you don't consume the cookies within the hour of delivery or pick-up they'll cool down and become stuck to one another which makes it difficult to eat later. read more

Idk. It's not bad but there's no wow factor. No I gotta have these cookies taste. The price point not great either. I will say that I like the fact that they will bake you a fresh batch on spot if you don't want the ones in the front. So cuddos on the warm cookie front. I just don't think the cookie lives up to the hype. Maybe I should've tried some other flavor ones. But come on it's a chocolate chip cookie so many other places taste much better. I went to the Tiffs Treat at peach corner and was blown away by how that cookie I got was the best cookie I have ever tasted my entire life. Well tonight me and the kids went to this Tiffs and I thought it couldn't get any better... this cookie was just as amazing if not better than my first Tiffs cookie. Sadly, I'm a fan! Just another sweet spot trying to derail me. At first glance, my grocery store baked Nestle Tollhouse cookies looked better, but don't let the appearance fool you. These cookies are melt in your mouth GOOD! We tried the chocolate chip, peanut butter, and white macadamia nut and were pleased with them all. They warm them and will even deliver for free within a 5 mi radius I believe. **Tip** It's easy to miss this location, but it's located in the same shopping plaza as the now closed 5 Seasons Brewery. So I'm going to make this one of my easiest reviews ever because everything about this place is wonderful. I always come in a get my cookies and they always offer and share about how they delivery but the folks here are extremely nice and helpful. When I walk in, I am always greeted and they always have flavors that are new to me. They always bake it fresh and taste soo good. I can never leave this place without getting at least a 1/2 a dozen of these cookies. So I highly recommend this place, to anyone and also this is a chain only here and Texas. If you have any out of town guest like I do alot, I always ask them to go here or get some cookies from them here because its wonderful and delicious. My husband and I visited Tiff's Treats because we were looking for a quick dessert in the area. It was pretty good! They sell almost nothing but cookies. We ordered 4 cookies: 2 chocolate chip, 1 snickerdoodle, and 1 white chocolate chip almond cookie. I would most definitely order the white chocolate chip almond cookie again! I loved it. The other cookies were just good, not amazing. The great thing is that they warm the cookies for you. You can also order milk to go. Altogether, 4 cookies and a small container of milk was $8. Not bad! Service was quick and friendly. Do keep in mind that this is a cookie delivery service, so do not go in expecting to hang out. You can grab and go or have it delivered. The day I was supposed to pick up, Eddie (regional manager) called me first thing in the morning to let me know that part of my order didn't make it to the shop from the bakery. I asked him if it would be better for me to come the next day to which he agreed. I went in and was met at the door by Christine, who was super welcoming and asked me if I was LeeAnn. I was already caught off guard because she knew my name before I gave it to her (this is only my second time in the shop over the last five years lol). Eddie, let her know that I was coming in and directed her to provide me with a complementary cinnamon roll package as a thank you for being flexible and an apology for not being able to have everything ready when committed. This was totally unnecessary and above and beyond on their part. Eddie came out from the back to shake my hand and thank me again. The team there are all super friendly. They work fast, give great suggestions, and are very helpful with educating on services they provide that aren't typical for a bakery. For instance, I asked Wheeler if he knew what the starting costs were for shipping. Of course it's going to vary but because of the packaging and dry ice, it would start at roughly $20-$25. However, they provide same-day delivery service within a 50 mile radius of the Gainesville location. That is unheard of for any restaurant, store, bakery, etc., to do same-day delivery with such a big delivery area. Also make note, if you order using shipping, everything will be shipped frozen; if you order using same-day delivery, you'll receive everything freshly baked. As I was leaving, Wheeler offered to bring my order out to my car! I would highly recommend Southern Baked! Whether you need a quick dinner for the family or a quick dessert to bring to an event...this is your place. The people are friendly, the food is delicious, and the service is outstanding!

In my experience one hour wait could turn out to be 10 minutes. Other times 40 minutes wait is actually 50 minutes. As I live close by I have attempted to call and put myself on the wait list and arrive when they are ready but management would not budge. This will be on their terms with zero flexibility... They also sell cakes but cakes are always turned away from the customer...I have not seen this anywhere else...it really points to the fact that management has little experience in hospitality industry.... Lastly this place does not accept cash. Not sure why since they are located in super safe area. Consequently a 5-star review is really a three star and perhaps I am being very generous here...
