These guys are really amazing especially Mr. Perez the salesman. Mr. Perez went out of his way to come and pick me up in Winston-Salem and take me to Highpoint. I spent a lot of my day there and they put me in a wonderful ride. Brain called me to make sure everything was ok with the car. This vehicle should do me a long time the wonderful lady from Lend mark said she had bought a Honda from Peters Auto Mall when it first opened and it lasted 280,000 miles before it was totaled in a rear end crash. I was pressured to get a F250 ,the windshield wipers are dry rotting and it doesn't spray. It's a CNG so I have to drive a hour away to fill it up. After you fill it up it starts making a loud noise.I called them on day two and asked to return it and got ignored. I fill that I was lied to after sitting 6 hours waiting to get it. Lemon law fellas. I was told that if I had a problem with it will sit down and talk about a reasonable outcome and can't talk to no one.I guess I am just going to have my lawyer get to start something. read more

Peter's Auto Mall sold me a truck with a non-original engine that most likely came out of a salvage vehicle. When I asked that they purchase my vehicle back for what I paid, they refused. The manager told me, after I asked, that it is standard business practice for them to sell such vehicles, i.e. vehicles with engines in which no one knows (presumably) the condition of the vehicle that the engine came from and the number of miles on the engine. I would advise you to find another dealer. Also, check the BBB. You will see that I am not the only one with this type of experience. read more

I wrote a review a few months ago about the repairs I've had to do since purchasing from this shit hole. I'm here to give an update! I bought my suburban exactly 1 year ago. In addition to the previous repairs, I just had to get my TRANSMISSION replaced for $6500!! I've only had my 2004 ford excursion for 5 months roughly put about 5000 miles on it and now I'm doing a complete brake job. My brakes Calipers rotors pads caliper slides, Pins...etc etc. Love the car hate that your mechanics aren't paying attention. I been driving my whole family of 6 in this thing and there is not a safe brake part on this truck. The mechanics should do a better vehicle inspection because the inspection process is important for vehicle safety and most importantly my family's safety was on the line!! I was shocked to see the negative reviews on here because my experience was incredibly positive. We have checked out dealerships in the past but we were never willing to buy from one because we weren't willing to spend more for a car when we could "get by" with a $2,000 car. Or in the most recent case, a $500 car. However that car finally died, and with a new baby and a preschooler, we really wanted something safer and after a lot of debate finally decided to get something newer than our marriage and Peter's came highly recommended by our friends. I couldn't believe this place. Not only was the staff unprofessional and ghetto but when I went to look at the truck I was there to see, my wife and I both noticed that it reeked of cigarettes and marijuana. Upon inspecting the truck, I found half a joint in the center console cup holder. We had driven two hours to come see this truck that seemed to fit our needs but left baffled by the unprofessionalism and disregard of the status of the truck they are trying to sell. Presentation of themselves and their products was so poor that we decided to not buy the truck even though we could have afforded to with the price they offered.
