Great experience for our family. Juaness took good care of us and made the five hour drive to get there worth it!

We always get our vehicles there for years, but when I took my kid to purchase a vehicle we found…read moremultiple vehicles with problems and no one wanting to acknowledge them.Fortunately my son and husband know a lot about cars and was able to look at them. My son even told them on one what the check engine light was going to be just by listening and at first they thought he was wrong and seemed a little irritated that we even ask about it.

I had been looking for a Ram 2500 diesel to pull our camper. I couldn't find the exact truck I…read morewanted locally, so I found Kernersville Ram online. They advertised free delivery, which was a huge selling point since my wife and I both work long hours and it's very difficult for us to get time off together during our busy season. Unfortunately, my experience went downhill almost immediately. My first interactions with the dealership were cold and unhelpful. I also asked about using the "Big Beautiful Deal" financing incentive (the U.S. government-backed interest incentive), which my wife had just used on her new Jeep Gladiator and they acted like they had never heard of it. I later learned that Ram 2500 trucks are assembled in Mexico and do not qualify, so it was pretty obvious they either didn't know what they were talking about or just didn't care enough to be honest. The truck itself was exactly what I wanted, and the price was competitive, so I decided to move forward with the purchase. The truck arrived during a pouring rainstorm, so everything looked fine at first. The next day, once I had a chance to inspect it carefully, I found several issues that should never have made it past any halfway decent pre-delivery inspection: Deep scratches in the paint on both the driver-side and rear driver-side door thresholds. The sunroof did not work. The cup holders had deep gouges in the plastic. The undercarriage was caked with road salt, dirt, and grime despite the truck having only 17 miles on it. There was already excessive surface rust underneath because the truck clearly had never been properly cleaned after transport. Polish residue had been splattered over parts of the exterior and even inside the truck. The interior and exterior were both dirty when delivered. I spent an entire weekend washing the undercarriage trying to remove the salt and grime, and it just kept coming. A brand-new truck should never be delivered in that kind of neglected, sloppy condition. To Kernersville Ram's credit, they did replace the damaged cup holder. I also took the truck to my local Ram dealer, where they repaired the sunroof under the factory warranty. However, after I sent Kernersville Ram an estimate for the paint repairs, I never received a response. They simply ignored the issue, which was just as disappointing as the condition the truck arrived in. Looking back, buying a vehicle sight unseen was my mistake, and I won't make that mistake again. Online pictures wont show what they dont want you to see. Hopefully, others can learn from my experience. This was my first Ram, and it has honestly left a very poor impression of both the dealership and the Ram brand's quality control. Between the careless pre-delivery inspection, the cosmetic damage, the excessive road salt and rust underneath, and the complete lack of follow-up after the sale, this was a pretty lousy way to be introduced to a brand-new heavy-duty truck. Before this purchase, My most recent new vehicle purchase was a 2018 Chevrolet Silverado LTZ from Rusty Wallace Chevrolet in Clinton, Tennessee, and that buying experience was outstanding from start to finish. Once I've put some miles on this Ram, I'll likely go back to Chevrolet where at least they know how to deliver a truck in proper condition and treat customers like they matter. I cannot recommend Kernersville Ram based on my experience, and I hope both the dealership and Ram take customer satisfaction and quality control a lot more seriously in the future. Update: I purchased this Ram 2500 in May and paid it off in June. I recently received a letter from Ally stating they never received the title and that I must obtain a replacement through my local DMV because the dealership failed to submit it. This has been another disappointing experience with Kernersville Ram. I would not recommend this dealership.

Disgusting customer service. PLEASE READ! If you don't want to be called an EFF Face…read moreGot called an Eff Face while visiting this established by the manager (Yes you are reading this correctly) So I visited this dealership to look at two cars I was interested in and the treatment I received was absolutely HORRIBLE and APPALLING! Background Story: I had visited this dealership before taking a look at one of there cars and the salesman was so nice and helpful when I came. He said his name was Woody and if I needed anything to hit him back and he would be willing to help me further. Present-day: I walked onto that same lot to further my research on two Mercedes Benz that I am interested in, in either trading my BMW 550i for or just buying straight out. Upon arrival a salesman named Kenny greeted me and he was cool. He asked if I needed any help and I asked could I see Woody since he was the person I originally worked with and called two days previously to come and speak to about my purchase (as he had requested I do 1 year previous to this visit). So long story short I was asked to come in to speak with Woody (I'm thinking to myself GREAT! I get to work with the guy that was so cool before with this purchase) This is where the S! Hit the fan I walk into the dealership and Woody greets me with the same smile and welcoming spirit that I was used to. So after we get past the pleasantries The transcript below will express my frustration of how south the conversation went. Woody - "Are you here to buy or socialize". *Body language was reading why are you here and GTF outta my face Customer (Me) - Excuse me! Woody- Are you here to buy or socialize? *Body language read. "Why are you here and the GTF outta my face" Customer - I am here to discuss possibly trading in my car or buying a car straight out. But why are you question abrupt and rude? Why are you speaking to me in this way? Woody - You can leave. They have plenty of cars out and around this town, so go there to purchase them. *He position seemed as if I was wasting his time and he clearly didn't want anything to do with me. Since I was a person "To him" that he felt like didn't have any money and wasn't seeking to buy TODAY! I was worthless to him. *MY EYES WERE AS BIG AS SAUCERS NOW *Me* Absolutely disgusted with his tone...I responded Customer - Why are you talking to me in a tone that I don't appreciate. (Kenny) Give me my **** license I'm ready to go. I turn to woody after feeling underappreciated, embarrassed and cast out., I say "You done F*cked up". (Thinking how dare you to talk to clients this way it doesn't matter whether I have 2cents or 2 million dollars in my pocket I did nothing to deserve to be treated and talked to like that) Woody - Leave. Leave now! It is not going to be GOOD for you if you stay. You're a little boy! Go on get outta here, YOU FUCK FACE! (As he slams his hand on the desk; now standing and appears to be ready escort me out with his own hands) End of Transcript! I was spoken to as if I were the scum of the earth for inquiring about a purchase. Whether I was there to purchase or socialize that is your job as a car salesman to SALE CARS and part of that means helping the customer make a decision on buying. I was disgusted with the service I received from the same guy that asked me to come back when I was ready to buy. Here is the list of things that I received as a result of this interaction: 1. Condescending questions as if I were an imbecile 2. Idle Threats 3. Acts of Aggression (slamming his hand on the desk, telling me to get out) 4. Criticism 5. Treatment as if I were no better than a piece of trash Don't ask any questions, Don't Ask to drive the car, don't ask anything. In fact, I want you to come in here, give me your money, and SHUT THE F** UP otherwise YOU CAN GO AND BUY A CAR FROM ANY OF THE OTHER DEALERS AROUND HERE is this Dealer's mentality. Don't believe go and ask for WOODY! You will see for yourself.

Was told the truck I was interested was good to go and had his technician look it over one day before I flew in 600 miles out of my way. But It didn't take me too long to find a major oil leak from the top of the head gasket area. The oil leak had been leaking for a long time since it had a large area of oil residue all over the head gasket to block. You could actually see the oil leaking from the cyl head area. I made call to my mechanic and he told me that the cyl head will need to get pulled off and around $4 to $5K to fix the oil leak. This guy called his local repair shop and supposedly he was told it would only cost around $1K. My question is this.... if this will only take around $1000.00 to fix it why would you not get it fixed? Besides he has a repair shop on site it would be a lot cheaper for him! Also ECM odometer did not match dash odometer. Mileage on ECM 1,895,349 mileage on dash 1,256,790. In short I wasted $800.00 on air fair, two days off work and no apology or willing to explain what my finding were. In my opinion this place is too shady and full of BS. I can't put it in any other words. My advice is this... "Do not buy from this used truck dealer." Buy from someone that can back up the claims with documents on the stated repairs. Receipts are not to difficult to get from the known repair shop since he knew where the rebuilt engine was done locally. It didn't look like the motor was rebuilt, it looked original.
