I reached out to Bob King via their website and Leslie got back to me quickly. After a few emails back and forth, I was provided with an OTD quote for a new vehicle. Unfortunately they did not have the trim that I wanted in stock so so I went with another dealer instead. However, Leslie was very responsive the whole time and was great to work with. Absolutely horrible! The worst rip off! Fraudsters! Avoid! Avoid! Avoid!…read more I had my car towed to this dealership for service. My extended family used it and kept the key. So, I needed a new key. I knew that there was something wrong with my key. A young man comes out, introduces himself as Z'Kwan and says quietly that my key is fake and invites me into the office. Another gentleman is seated behind a desk-Chris. Chris hasn't even seen the car, yet he starts with the story of "this is the worst thing ever in history-recall with no remedy! Price tag for the key $1,000" I just came from the airport. I have luggage, a cat. The recall with no remedy is repeated to me like a broken record over the next twenty minutes. Chris pulls out a piece of paper and starts his sales pitch-monthly payments, pro's and cons, features. I keep declining. Chris shows $345 payment and we go for a test drive. The car is Kia Forte 2019. Chris leaves the room, comes back with papers and announces "I am reading direct from CarFax-no accidents!" He doesn't show me CarFax. Later the CarFax is one thing missing from my envelope with sales paperwork. I manage to get a copy from the dealership and the dealership employee signature is not Chris, not Z'Kwan or the sales manager. It is some other employee. Chris also tells me that extended warranty is included in the price. The finance manager keeps covering up the papers and prevents me from reading or asking anything yelling that she has to leave. I sign and Chris suddenly calls my name as I am loading things in the car and as I turn around camera flashes. He took a shocked face picture of me by the car-no permission requested. I drive home (live in California at the time) and the first repair $1200 less than a week after arrival. I parked too close to the curb scratching front bumper. The shocker is as I drive on expressway loud explosion sound and something flies from underneath the car. All the lights come on the dashboard. I drive to my local Kia service and told that inspection which is not included $280, and shocker-extended warranty service contract DOES NOT COVER REPAIR! I call Bob King Mazda from my local Kia and Chris says "I told the customer the repair isn't going to be covered" into the speaker phone. Liar! Cheater! Fraudster! Save your money! Avoid at all costs! I'm currently in the market for a new car and that's the reason I finally took the time to write this.

I called Jay back and told him about the vibration and he said it was probably the tires because it had been sitting. I continued to drive the vehicle and all sorts of check engine lights came on stating ABS warning and defective, brakes bad, and low pressure tires. The left front tire had a slow leak and when I contacted Jay about all these issues he claimed that this vehicle had a lot of electronics and needed a constant trickle charger. When the tire went down completely I couldn't get the wheel off because Jay did not provide the proper tool to remove these wheels. Jay didn't want to do anything and wanted me to do all the running around to get the car fixed and never offered any reimbursement. Jay is also very arrogant and seems to think he's special. No one should buy a car from this junk dealer, all he offers is extremely high mileage cars.

These guys work very hard at giving their clients an "Audi" level experience. That does not mean…read morethey are perfect, but it means if they make a mistake they will work just was hard to make sure you are satisfied as a customer. Our Service Advisor is Ruben. He does a great job, is a good communicator and appears to genuinely car about his clients. He treats everyone with the highest respect. Actually, the whole staff is very helpful and I would recommend this store to anyone. We actually transferred our service from another location because the service was not acceptable. Another note: This store is newer and has the new Audi Dealership design. Very well done, plenty of area in the lounge to social distance and complimentary wifi. Perfect place to do some work while you wait on your car!

Well, my situation just got a lot worse. I picked up my car on Friday the 11th and paid $2,314.95…read moredollars for a new fuel injector, 4 new spark plugs, labor, and parts. They also did a "complimentary" oil change, but I know there was pink residue (coolant) in the oil reservoir as I saw it with my own eyes. I also noticed 4 spark plugs had liquid residue coming from them before I took it in. I picked up the car towards the end of business hours. Driving home, I noticed my air conditioning was only blowing hot air. When I got home, I also noticed the hole in my bumper where my tow cap should be. I took the car back at 8am this Saturday morning thinking they would have the tow cap and just have to reconnect the compressor harness or a vacuum hose forgotten after installing the new fuel injection. They told me to call the tow company myself and now want more money for a new AC compressor that wasn't a problem when I went in. THIS is the EXACT type of business I would expect from the horrible company Eurohaus! They wanted to nickel and dime me too as every problem fixed just turned into a new problem. I'm beginning to think it IS Audi and not just my one time experience with EuroBahn. I explained the situation to a service technician at Audi of Greensboro, NC and there was nothing but the compressor was not part of the problem. I just didn't understand how I can bring my vehicle in with zero air conditioning issues and walk out with no air conditioning at all and it's my fault. The AC didn't work when I left so wouldn't the compressor have gone bad during the 3 days they had the car? Why was the compressor not checked on the final look over? Why was I not informed the air conditioning didn't work while going over my itemized bill? Does Audi not check everything or even simple things like working AC during one of the hottest years when the work is finished? Now, my AC doesn't work and I have a hole in my bumper which just took my trade-in/resale value down over $1,000 dollars. At this point...Audi, EuroBahn, and Service Center @ Audi of Greensboro have ruined my love for performance cars. Please congratulate Audi and the service center as they have officially broken me. I'm out of money, patience, time, and the love for cars. I would recommend looking at another brand of car.

Bought a Jeep Wrangler less than 2 years ago. Drove it off the lot, next day engine light comes on…read more Took it back, owner said it was fixed. I asked what was wrong with it. I got the "IDK our mechanics are MOPAR guys no worries". Every 2 months I have a engine light that pops up. I've changed 02 sensors twice, both cam shaft sensors twice, purge canister, and took it to another Jeep mechanic to change out the same thing that I took it back for in the first place. Went into limp mode three times since I bought it...Valve cover and Oil filter housing/cooler was leaking. Had to get a upgraded part, no wonder they have a fresh air freshener in there. Over $2200 in repairs in less than a year. Just be careful, and ask if you could take the car home and drive it for a day before buying. Don't buy anything anywhere without testing everything out and taking it to your mechanic first!!!

He finally found one at BrookBank Auto through an online advertisement. The truck looked to be in mint condition and too good to be true. Living in Pennsylvania, almost six hours away, we were hesitant to make the drive. My husband called Jeff and our fears were put to rest. Jeff was completely professional. He was not at all your stereotypical, pushy used car salesman. He was a pleasure to do business with. After placing a hold deposit, we made the trip down to look over the vehicle. The truck looked just as advertised online. There was no false advertising! A mechanic made the trip with us and took the truck out on an extended test drive. Our mechanic looked the truck over (top to bottom, front to back) trying to find a reason to NOT buy the truck. Consequentially, the only flaw was a cracked a/c condenser. Following the test drive, we brought this issue to Jeff's attention. We could tell by his demeanor that Jeff was genuinely unaware of the issue with the condenser. Negotiations were very simple. Jeff was a reasonable and fair man to do business with. The negotiations were complete and the price was finalized before we even left our home. There were no surprises! However, Jeff agreed to negotiate a fair refund for the cost of repair for the condenser. Receiving the refund was no issue at all and timely. We cannot say enough good things about Jeff and BrookBank Auto Exchange, LLC. We would definitely encourage and recommend friends and family to do business with them. What a mess! I moved to this area recently and decided to get my RDX serviced at Flow, after years…read moreof great service from the Acura dealership in Durham. Scheduled an on-line appointment. Called to ask a few questions and a rather disinterested lady told me to call back later after I found my VIN, then hung up on me! Then I emailed the person named in my appointment confirmation the same questions. Never heard back. I showed up the morning of my appointment and was unsure where to enter for service, as I didn't see any SERVICE signs. Pulled around to the bay in the back and sat there. The door never opened and I could see a person sitting at the counter inside. They ignored me. After a few minutes, I backed out and left. I was so disgusted that I considered making the 2-hour drive back to Durham for future service. On my drive home I passed the Volvo dealership right down the street from Flow. I could clearly see the SERVICE sign and decided to look online for any good deals on a new Volvo. Filled out a form online and Volvo called me within the hour. So, I drove back to the Volvo dealership, met the most amazing staff I've ever encountered at a car dealership, and left with a brand new 2026 Volvo! Flow, let this be a lesson. You lost my business that day. I happily traded in my RDX for another car and MUCH BETTER Customer Service. I would give my experience with Flow zero stars, if possible, and would not recommend anyone do business there.

First you get a shared line between VW, Acura and another I forget. You then have to tell them what dealer. Then you get transferred to that place. Then you have to enter where you need. Sales. Then you get a receptionist or someone in the media department. They don't seem to know or are sure who anybody is And ask for their extension that I don't Know. So the receptionist...Despite asking for a page, or no matter who I asked for, I kept being transferred to a voicemail identified by a 5 digit extension. No way to tell who this belonged to but lm first day. No response for second day, so called to ask sales manager Jason to inquire. Told the receptionist and clarified I did not want a vm. Several calls asking for my sales guy. Several for Jason. Same receptionist. Guess what I got. That's right. VMsin the abyss. No way to back out of non manned extension vm. So an exercise in frustration. System hangs up. Slipping biz practices In my opinion. Go to Greensboro acura people. These folks are in the anti sales department. You will be sorry you bought there. We're happy with their service. A year and a half later, I needed to have something checked gave them a long list of things. My husband asked me to go there have it checked. Turns out most of the things in my list is fine. They gave me quotes, set expectations and all that. There were no upsell of some sorts. Pretty straightforward transaction actually, I just brought up everything I have questions about. Asked the price for the check up. Have them checked. Asked something I didn't know or understand. I brought my husband to check on everything right after. They were all spot on!!
