They said my had a wire that was miscommunicating and could not trace it down even after I gave them an extra two hours to trace wire. Had to get all new wiring harness put in and in the meantime, my second actuator mysteriously went bad. So replaced both actuators and wiring harness a couple months later my ACS light is back on and they're saying my actuator is bad and will not warranty it. there saying my spool is leaking and that is what caused my actuator to go bad. I think they didn't catch on the first go around and now I'm stuck now looking at a total of $10,000 in three months. If I could give them a zero star, I would.

I continued to question the charge so he placed me on hold and can back and told me it was 6.5% upcharge on labor but when I did the math that was not correct. He became very rude.
