    I am sad to update I am finding things wrong with my Escalade not even 2 weeks out :( crack in windshield, just found out it's BURNING OIL

We intended to just compare the new RAV4 to replace my husband's 6-yr old one. In our passing conversation I mentioned I was also considering an eventual used Tacoma purchase to take to Ohio for use while I was renovating my house for my son living there. I have always loved driving a standard (stick) transmission vehicles and my son was looking for backup vehicle for his aging 1998 standard Ranger. Jesse genuinely listened and mentioned a new arrival, an older Toyota truck with around 100,000 miles. My husband said my eyes lit up like it was Christmas. I don't fit the typical truck buyer-- older, retired, short & female. Nonetheless, Jesse took me seriously! He had the car ready for me to see & test drive the next morning, probably thinking I was a little looney. He was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle despite being a model as old as he was. He knew his vehicles old & new, and never prejudged me by trying to sell me what might seem more appropriate to my profile. His genuine interest in what we wanted in vehicles and his superb knowledge of his products was refreshing. We never felt pressured to buy what he wanted to sell, only to find what we wanted to buy! We weren't greeted and hounded in the parking lot like most dealerships. Instead, we were given the chance to walk inside the establishment and were welcomed warmly by Ms. Vinajah. The relaxed vibe and positive energy allowed me to feel more comfortable and confident that this experience would be different from what I had experienced throughout the day. Vinajah took the time to listen to my needs and expectations and promised that there would be no pressure and that she'd do her very best to get me what I wanted. She was patient throughout the process, showing me multiple cars and discussing my options, making me feel that my needs were a priority. The process was long, but from start to finish, every staff member that we had to interact with, was so helpful and respectful. I was able to drive away with a beautiful, reliable, and affordable vehicle and I'm so grateful to Vinajah for walking me through every step of the process. I highly recommend Toyota of Greensboro if you're in the market for a new or used vehicle. Ask for Vinajah! She will definitely take great care of you and have your best interest at heart!

They will keep your money and take you through loops and zig zags to get it back. Even with full proof that the money was never returned. If you can spare to hold with cash and return with cash that'll be your best bet. If I didn't call back to ask for my hold fee. They would've never given it back. They have screened my calls and given me the runaround for days now. If the bank is telling you that the transaction never satisfied the account then why are you still saying you refunded my account when it's not there. Second the customer service is horrible. On my pick up day. Leonard, Hamze and their boss are horrible. Gave me a half ass detail on the car they sold to me. I mean what can you expect from shitty ppl. I could potentially be a future customer again or even spread word about this dealership if they actually have good customer service. After seeing how there boss doesn't say anything or make his place of business pleasant it trickles down to the office. We We're sitting in his office doing paperwork and he doesn't say two words to me. He then walks out of the office and doesn't say anything. Then Hamze walks in and tries to pressure me into doing a document that I clearly said I would do without him doing so, because if you guys wanted to do it then you would have charged me to do the same thing. I came to get the car and hand you the check. That's it! Got a whole check but can't refund me my holding Fee. I Repeat Stay away from Triad Imports! Your claims not adding up Triad Imports. Fix it!

I have worked with many of the service advisors and they are all so friendly and helpful. I appreciate their updated location which has a nice waiting area with complimentary wifi, water, and coffee. They even have a shuttle service that can drop you off at home, work or just take you to grab food if you would like. The $40 oil change you simply cannot beat and they aren't too pushy when offering services that's are needed, as many who work off of commission are. The service team will address your concerns, and offer solutions accordingly. Even if there is a mixup or additional issue after leaving the shop, they do their due diligence in making corrections and that for me makes all the difference. I have bought multiple cars from this dealer over the years, back to when they were Crown Honda...and they always drag the process out, making it a completely unnecessary full day event. And as you'd expect, no matter if you're buying a new or used car, they live up to their used car salesman reputation of being pushy, and trying to upsell. When I've bought cars in the past, they have seriously low balled me on trade in values, and only after I call them out on it, do they actually offer a more honest, and fair offer. I understand they still need to make money on the trade in, but if they want a sale, they also need to make an honest offer to me. When i take my car in for oil change service, I always make an appointment, making it for first thing on a Saturday, at 7:30-8am depending on what is available...and despite having an appointment, and dropping my car off the night before, it still takes until 11am-noon....Why does it take 4 hours for a oil change when i have a scheduled appointment? My biggest peeve since buying the car is the fact that they cannot, or perhaps simply refuse to update their system with MY phone number or email address. When I schedule an appointment, if i do it by phone i give them my contact info, if i do it on their website, again, I give them my info, and when i drop the car off and fill out the form for the drop box....i put MY INFO. No matter how I do it, they ALWAYS for some reason reach out to my wife. I have asked them multiple times to correct this, but every time the confirmations are sent to her. I used to think this dealer was one of the better, more honest ones. I regrettably bought a service plan when I got the car, but once it is complete, I think my relationship with this dealership will also be. Bottom line, if they do not respect my time, won't update my contact info...they won't be getting any more of my business.
