I have worked with many of the service advisors and they are all so friendly and helpful. I appreciate their updated location which has a nice waiting area with complimentary wifi, water, and coffee. They even have a shuttle service that can drop you off at home, work or just take you to grab food if you would like. The $40 oil change you simply cannot beat and they aren't too pushy when offering services that's are needed, as many who work off of commission are. The service team will address your concerns, and offer solutions accordingly. Even if there is a mixup or additional issue after leaving the shop, they do their due diligence in making corrections and that for me makes all the difference. I have bought multiple cars from this dealer over the years, back to when they were Crown Honda...and they always drag the process out, making it a completely unnecessary full day event. And as you'd expect, no matter if you're buying a new or used car, they live up to their used car salesman reputation of being pushy, and trying to upsell. When I've bought cars in the past, they have seriously low balled me on trade in values, and only after I call them out on it, do they actually offer a more honest, and fair offer. I understand they still need to make money on the trade in, but if they want a sale, they also need to make an honest offer to me. When i take my car in for oil change service, I always make an appointment, making it for first thing on a Saturday, at 7:30-8am depending on what is available...and despite having an appointment, and dropping my car off the night before, it still takes until 11am-noon....Why does it take 4 hours for a oil change when i have a scheduled appointment? My biggest peeve since buying the car is the fact that they cannot, or perhaps simply refuse to update their system with MY phone number or email address. When I schedule an appointment, if i do it by phone i give them my contact info, if i do it on their website, again, I give them my info, and when i drop the car off and fill out the form for the drop box....i put MY INFO. No matter how I do it, they ALWAYS for some reason reach out to my wife. I have asked them multiple times to correct this, but every time the confirmations are sent to her. I used to think this dealer was one of the better, more honest ones. I regrettably bought a service plan when I got the car, but once it is complete, I think my relationship with this dealership will also be. Bottom line, if they do not respect my time, won't update my contact info...they won't be getting any more of my business.

We intended to just compare the new RAV4 to replace my husband's 6-yr old one. In our passing conversation I mentioned I was also considering an eventual used Tacoma purchase to take to Ohio for use while I was renovating my house for my son living there. I have always loved driving a standard (stick) transmission vehicles and my son was looking for backup vehicle for his aging 1998 standard Ranger. Jesse genuinely listened and mentioned a new arrival, an older Toyota truck with around 100,000 miles. My husband said my eyes lit up like it was Christmas. I don't fit the typical truck buyer-- older, retired, short & female. Nonetheless, Jesse took me seriously! He had the car ready for me to see & test drive the next morning, probably thinking I was a little looney. He was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle despite being a model as old as he was. He knew his vehicles old & new, and never prejudged me by trying to sell me what might seem more appropriate to my profile. His genuine interest in what we wanted in vehicles and his superb knowledge of his products was refreshing. We never felt pressured to buy what he wanted to sell, only to find what we wanted to buy! We weren't greeted and hounded in the parking lot like most dealerships. Instead, we were given the chance to walk inside the establishment and were welcomed warmly by Ms. Vinajah. The relaxed vibe and positive energy allowed me to feel more comfortable and confident that this experience would be different from what I had experienced throughout the day. Vinajah took the time to listen to my needs and expectations and promised that there would be no pressure and that she'd do her very best to get me what I wanted. She was patient throughout the process, showing me multiple cars and discussing my options, making me feel that my needs were a priority. The process was long, but from start to finish, every staff member that we had to interact with, was so helpful and respectful. I was able to drive away with a beautiful, reliable, and affordable vehicle and I'm so grateful to Vinajah for walking me through every step of the process.     Bought a Jeep Wrangler less than 2 years ago. Drove it off the lot, next day engine light comes on…read more Took it back, owner said it was fixed. I asked what was wrong with it. I got the "IDK our mechanics are MOPAR guys no worries". Every 2 months I have a engine light that pops up. I've changed 02 sensors twice, both cam shaft sensors twice, purge canister, and took it to another Jeep mechanic to change out the same thing that I took it back for in the first place. Went into limp mode three times since I bought it...Valve cover and Oil filter housing/cooler was leaking. Had to get a upgraded part, no wonder they have a fresh air freshener in there. Over $2200 in repairs in less than a year. Just be careful, and ask if you could take the car home and drive it for a day before buying. Don't buy anything anywhere without testing everything out and taking it to your mechanic first!!!

My husband has been…read morelooking to purchase a very specific model of truck, a 2018 Ram 2500 Cummins with a manual transmission, for the past six months. He finally found one at BrookBank Auto through an online advertisement. The truck looked to be in mint condition and too good to be true. Living in Pennsylvania, almost six hours away, we were hesitant to make the drive. My husband called Jeff and our fears were put to rest. Jeff was completely professional. He was not at all your stereotypical, pushy used car salesman. He was a pleasure to do business with. After placing a hold deposit, we made the trip down to look over the vehicle. The truck looked just as advertised online. There was no false advertising! A mechanic made the trip with us and took the truck out on an extended test drive. Our mechanic looked the truck over (top to bottom, front to back) trying to find a reason to NOT buy the truck. Consequentially, the only flaw was a cracked a/c condenser. Following the test drive, we brought this issue to Jeff's attention. We could tell by his demeanor that Jeff was genuinely unaware of the issue with the condenser. Negotiations were very simple. Jeff was a reasonable and fair man to do business with. The negotiations were complete and the price was finalized before we even left our home. There were no surprises! However, Jeff agreed to negotiate a fair refund for the cost of repair for the condenser. Receiving the refund was no issue at all and timely. We cannot say enough good things about Jeff and BrookBank Auto Exchange, LLC. We would definitely encourage and recommend friends and family to do business with them.
