This review I thought I'd focus on Dr Bosler's hygienist, Molly. Molly is extremely knowledgeable. I'm a nurse myself and am so impressed with her care of the whole person. She is so thorough she has been able to assess a few dental problems and address them early saving me from a much worse problem and expense down the line. A few years ago Molly noticed a "shadow" on my inner cheek that warranted a visit to my primary care doc. As it turned out there was no cancer and I did not require further work up. I've been blessed to be able afford dental checkups my entire life. However, having a team of professionals who have helped me avoid serious dental issues and expenses really has helped! After my first examination Dr. Ellison told me I needed five new crowns!! My previous dentist did have any recommendations for any new crowns and the new dentist I have since seen did not recommend any either. I sadly agreed to one crown. He had his assistant set the crown. Don't dentists usually do that? Water flowed freely under the crown!! He had to drill it off! He remade the crown and again had his assistant set the crown. It is too low and the opposing tooth has protruded to meet the lower tooth. My bite is all off. What a nightmare!! I have since talked to another friend that had a similar bad experience. Also my husband has been a long time patient and received similar poor treatment and switched dentists. There are too many good dentists out there to have to stoop to go to Dr. Ellison!!

"yes but it's sharp and cutting my tongue." did not elicit compassion or a fix. It led to months of hell and many dentists and thousands and thousands of dollars lost. It's been 10 months and I'm still not completely out of pain. I have other stories. Sadly. Should have left long ago. Still just talking and eating cause me a lot of pain.

I can't thank you enough for your most kind and gentle care, along with immediate assistance with my emergency dental problem. When I called your office in severe pain, your office staff went to work to get me in for help. When I was fit into your busy schedule, about 5 days out, I explained to your staff I was desperate and starting up the school year with my 4th grade class after the weekend.. The lady I spoke with, put me on hold for a few seconds, and fit me in the very next morning. This kindness made a huge difference to me, and I thank your staff for caring. She did not have to accommodate me, but she did. Upon entering your office, I was warmly greeted by your front staff. Your assistant (whose name I sadly can't recall right now) was professional, thorough and proactive. She listened to my frustration about the previous dentist who for whatever reason was not able to diagnose the problem that you were able to identify immediately and treat with antibiotics and pain relief. Not only that, but you set me up with an action plan and referred me to other dental professionals to fix my situation afterwards. You treated me in a calm, thorough, empathetic, kind and determined manner. I felt assured immediately that you were going to get to the bottom of what was going on. What relief. Your care, and the care of your entire staff, made a huge impression on me, and without trying to sound dramatic, gave me confidence that caring dental professionals are still out there.
