You can always tell something's wrong when all the good hygienists leave and there's a high turnover of new ones. My experience with the hygienist last summer was the worst in my life. She was like an ice cold AI robot. But the real dealbreaker was Dr Vorobets suddenly telling me I needed a deep cleaning for $1000. It made no sense as I'd been coming every six months and taking better care of my teeth than ever. I questioned her hard because I'm a single parent with no dental insurance, but she insisted the X-rays and exam showed I needed this expensive deep cleaning. I decided to send my records to a new dentist (who happens to be a friend of a friend) for an honest second opinion. My new dentist said there was nothing indicating I needed this $1000 cleaning. I'm pretty upset and feel like Dr Vorobets was trying to take advantage of me. My other family members had similar issues and felt the same. Sorry Dr Vorobets, the circle of trust has been broken.
