You can always tell something's wrong when all the good hygienists leave and there's a high turnover of new ones. My experience with the hygienist last summer was the worst in my life. She was like an ice cold AI robot. But the real dealbreaker was Dr Vorobets suddenly telling me I needed a deep cleaning for $1000. It made no sense as I'd been coming every six months and taking better care of my teeth than ever. I questioned her hard because I'm a single parent with no dental insurance, but she insisted the X-rays and exam showed I needed this expensive deep cleaning. I decided to send my records to a new dentist (who happens to be a friend of a friend) for an honest second opinion. My new dentist said there was nothing indicating I needed this $1000 cleaning. I'm pretty upset and feel like Dr Vorobets was trying to take advantage of me. My other family members had similar issues and felt the same. Sorry Dr Vorobets, the circle of trust has been broken. I never disclosed that to Dr. Kahle but what was said by her during the initial exam at the time I left and what I have had done over the past many years. It is like going to an Auto Mechanic. Be careful who you trust. I have found nothing but honesty from Dr. Kahle and her staff. After having probably countless phantom work done in the past I can't recommend them enough.

This office sent me online questionnaires which I had to complete twice as they said they didn't receive it. 1 hour total time to do it 2 times. I showed up at her office for appt. and Patricia Webb came into my room and stood next to my chair and said nothing. I looked at her and said, "are you Patricia Webb?" She said yes. I introduced myself. She never asked me anything. Handed me my health records and said she could not take me on as a patient. Told me to go to another dentist but they were not taking on new patients. I asked her staff to contact this other office to get me in as a referral from her of which she never did. She offered me no other referrals. The other office did recommend someone in Mill Valley but a biological dentist who I won't see as they are very expensive and I don't believe in their philosophy. This dentist must have looked at my records right before she walked into my room and made me feel very upset as she did not look into my mouth, ask how my tooth pain was, no concern for my mouth pain. She turned me away after I drove all the way to her Sebastopol office after waiting 2-1/2 weeks to see her. I had taken antibiotics of which I had on hand but she did not care enough to offer any help to my painful teeth problems. Just sent me away. A very unprofessional dentist and I would not recommend this office or her to anyone. I have never been treated like this by any professional ever.

Turns out, they are no longer in network, so my carrier reimbursed only a portion of the costs for treatment that should have been free (standard cleaning). At no point did they say "we are no longer in network with Delta Dental," which my previous dentist did. In short, they're deceptive, which sucks because I liked my hygienist.
