If your looking for a dentist to have a denture made through a LAB I would not recommand Dr. Mansukhani who I guess bought the practice from Dr. ford. The upper denture was very bad. Did not fit well at all and hurt upper gum a lot. I gave back to his office and he did not refund any money I paid for it. He did have two front teeth put in my old upper denture and that's what i'm using with a lot of paste. But I'm getting by. If you see this dentist for a denture I would just say BE CAREFULL. So I ended up paying 2900.00 to have the two front teeth added to my old denture. read more

I can speak for most of us that Dr. Ford was phenomenal. But he's gone and we have to move on. My review is for Dr. Mansukhani. I went in to have a chip on my front tooth repaired. Dr. Mansukhani and his assistant performed the job - without shots - within 45 minutes. And the work was FLAWLESS. My tooth is more beautiful than it has ever been in all the 50 years I've had dentists repair it. During the visit, they put me at ease, allowing me to watch whatever I wanted on Youtube with headphones on. I'm so glad I chose to stick with the office. A couple more things. I went in for another matter about a year ago and Dr. Mansukhani put me at ease about a tooth another dentist told me needed to be repaired. Dr. Mansukhani said the tooth was just fine. And don't get me started about the teeth cleanings! It's like a spa experience. I've had two cleaners and they were both gentle, incredibly thorough, calming and warm. read more

After years of going to Dr. Ford and being decently happy with his dentistry, the new guy working under him is not very good. His fillings don't really last. He also messed up my night guard, causing a tooth to chip the next time I used it -- requiring another visit and another filling. He doesn't really explain what he's doing as he works on you like Dr. Ford did. I also get the distinct impression he is upselling the urgency on fillings. After 9 years I've picked a new office. read more

Quality care, great service! You will like the entire office. If he can't do it, he will refer you to a quality person who can. I trust this office. read more

Dr. Ford is a kind, gentle, and understanding dentist. I went to him based on the other Yelp reviews. I had no insurance, but I had lost a crown and I had to replace it. I don't like long Yelp reviews, so I'm going to keep this short. Dr. Ford was able to rebuild the tooth so I did not need a crown. This saved me a thousand dollars. He is the only dentist I have ever had who did not hurt me with the drill. I can recommend Dr. Ford as a dentist who will never overcharge you, or hurt you. His office vibe is really mellow, and everyone working there makes a great team. read more

Jason Ford is the best! He's funny, and gentle, and Canadian! And didn't mind at all when I puked in the middle of my fillings! really. I was truly sick that day. The office even took a bet as to whether I would return the next day to finish up! (I did) The hygienists are gentle and nice, too - Cheryl is a sweetie! They always remember details about me from years ago - they must take notes or something. Now I can't go to Dr. Ford, 'cause my insurance won't cover it! ughhh - any suggestions for another good dentist in Santa Rosa? read more

I've been seeing Dr. Ford for many years and simply put, he is the best. In addition, all of the staff is top notch and have worked there for years. It is obvious that it is an excellent place to work and the staff are always cheerful, professional, and engaged. As an aside, I avoid businesses where the staff is unhappy, be it restaurants, grocery stores, but especially medical. If you need a dentist, your search is over. read more

Dr. Ford is competent, but confrontational. At the beginning he charged me reasonable fees. But later I was hit with outrageous estimate for a minor job - recauking around my three existing crowns. His receptionist left a message on my phone for $1,125.00. When I called back and questioned this charge, she said it will be only $800.00. I cancelled my appointment. read more

This guys a keeper:) I had a horrible experience somewhere else . So I decided to try a different place ! I'm glad I had that bad experience to help me realize how much I liked Dr ford!! Friendly down to earth not to fancy office ( which means more comfortable ) I didn't once have the feeling being sold dentistry ! As long as I live in Santa Rosa this will be my dentist :)) THANKS DR FORD!!!! read more

Dr. Ford was great, he was easy-going and made feel relaxed. He was very informative but not in a boring way. Also his staff is amazing: first there was the cheery and helpful Inja who worked with my schedule, then that was followed by the beautiful and sociable Arryn who conducted my x-rays and lastly was the friendly and sweet Fran who cleaned my teeth. All in all, they knew what they were talking about and made you feel like you were apart of the family. I would definitely recommend them to anyone. read more

I have been coming to this dental office for years, have always had the most incredible experience. From perfect procedures to dental cleanings, they are the place to go. Thank you for all of your continued great work! read more

So far so good. I have been there twice and look forward to going again. He really made me feel like he was working in my best interests.

I am a Dental Hygienist who works for another practice. I have had, on occasion, the opportunity to see Dr. Ford's work on, patients of his that have moved to my area. Dr. Ford does top notch work. The patients I have seen have had only good things to say about their experiences at his office. I would not hesitate to recommend him. read more

I hate going to the dentist, however I am so glad I found Dr. Fords office! Everyone is super nice, the office is very clean and they really make going to the dentist an enjoyable experience. I should mention that I also bring my kids here and they do a fabulous job working with kids! They are all about preventative dental care and education. read more

Lets start with the fact I hate going to doctors and Dentists with a passion. That being said I don't hate it as "much" since I started going here. At least the staff is nice and Dr Ford is very personable and good at what he does. That's about the best you'll get from me when it concerns Dr. offices. LOL read more

I don't think you can get much better than Dr Ford and I don't think I am alone because about half the people work in my department see him as well. Even my friends husband who is terrified of dentists due to bad experiences is at ease with Dr Ford, no small feat! I'm just glad that Dr Ford is young so he shouldn't be retiring any time soon. If you want a highly skilled dentist who has a gentle touch, is funny and doesn't lecture you about the fact that you may not floss as often as you should then you have found your dentist. read more

I have been going to Dr. Ford since he first joined his practice and won't go anywhere else in the area. Another dentist told me his dental work was better than his instructor's when they were in school together and I believe it. He has a great personality and I like the rest of the staff as well. read more

Had two great appointments and oddly enough I'm excited to get my last filling taken care of! Great staff. Great service....and Jason is Canadian...but not a Frenchie read more

Excellent dentist. Great staff. Went here for 6 years until had to move. Frank discussion about treatment options and dental health. Thank you for keeping my teeth healthy. read more

Ronald Cox is a very kind and gentle man who made me feel at ease when I came for an emergency appointment with infected wisdom teeth. He set me up with another doctor immediately, and did not charge me for my x-ray or appointment, as I'd "had a hard enough day already." The receptionist and dental assistants were all very friendly and helpful as well read more

I do not like going to the dentist due to early childhood experiences with a terrible dentist. This has carried over to my adult years. Dr. Ford and the entire staff make you feel comfortable. Every step is explained so there are no surprises. The office has the state of the art equipment, you can watch Netflix if you want to. I choose to bring my ipod. Dr. Ford encourages you to take better care in brushing your teeth rather than putting you down. Going to the dentist is not fun, however it is a positive experience with Dr. Ford and his entire staff. We are sadly moving out of Sonoma County, and I will drive 2.5-3 hours to see Dr. Ford rather than go through the steps in finding a new dentist. He is that good. read more

Once I saw a kingfisher outside while they were working on my teeth, and for that reason alone I go back. Not all the rooms have views, but I think their service is good, they remember me and talk about the last time my grandma came in (they also worked on my great-grandma for many years and she had all her own teeth right up till the end). Now I made an appointment for myself and said I was bringing a new patient. Apparently they aren't accepting new Delta patients but when I said it was my boyfriend they said, "Oh, well, I think it's fine after all," which is very nice of them, especially considering that was the first time I've ever booked a dentist's appointment for a significant other and the word boyfriend is a relatively unfamiliar one coming out of my mouth... Anyhow on the things that matter: they told me to drink my tea without sugar and drink more water. Wise. They of course mention ever so casually that I must floss more and I might want to consider fluoride (suggesting to me that they may possibly be communists). Because I'm a communist as well I just go along with it. They are gentle, friendly and no-nonsense. read more

I am disappointed with the integrity of his business. BE careful if you go there, they will do procedures just to make more money. I went there 11/6/12. Before going I called and I informed his secretary Anja that I have not seen a dentist in two year because I got laid of from my last job in Sacramento. Anja made appointments for me ( for xrays and oral examination and cleaning) . I asked this lady, Anja, just make sure that my insurance will cover this bill and she said, " oh yes I just looked you up and you will only pay 20 % of this bill. Few days later after my first appointment, I get a bill from my insurance stating that my insurance, Dental Delta will not paid for Full X rays because it was done less than four years ago. And I am responsible for 100 % for this bill 150 dollars. My response to my insurance, Delta Dental : " but I just started to work in this new job, here in Santa Rosa" and Delta Dental said, " it does not matter, You had us as your dental insurance in your previous job". I told them, " whose job is to provide me with this information" and they said, " your dentist should have told you about this". Dental Delta said that Dr. J Ford 's people should have informed me that I will be charged 100 % for full mouth x rays. So I called Dr. J Ford and spoke to him . I was so so in shock by his response, Dr. J Ford said: " you demanded this procedure, that it is why we did it". I could not believe what I was hearing on my own face he was telling that lie. I told Dr. J Ford that my insurance has said to me that it was his job to inform me I will be paying the 100 % for x ray services. I asked him why his people did not inform me. He continued saying because " I demanded that procedure, we did it". At this point I said, " YOU GUYS ARE THE PROFESSIONAL. IT IS YOUR JOB TO INFORM YOUR CLIENT WHAT IS NEEDED AND WHAT IT IS NOT, AND ALSO TO INFORM AHEAD OF TIME THE COSTS". Untlit the very end of this argument over the phone he refused to admit his responsability. read more
