My attempts to obtain my dental records have been met with nothing short of obstruction, and the lack of communication from your staff is utterly unacceptable. Today, I called your office seeking clarification, only to encounter a receptionist who refused to provide her name and cited HIPPA regulations as a reason for her uncooperative behavior. I want to emphasize that my inquiry was not for medical information but rather a request for professional courtesy and transparency as a member of the community. The receptionist's insistence on withholding her identity while denying me basic information is both unprofessional and troubling. This experience has left me feeling disrespected and dismissed. As a patient and a community member, I expect a higher standard of service and communication. He was in terrible pain and this was the only place that could get him in. He had very good insurance but was pressured into paying for the procedure in full. Ok, whatever. Dr. Tam kept him waiting for hours and after using high pressure scare tactics somehow pressured him into opening a credit account for future work to be performed. She even charged thousands on this account for work that had not been done yet. He repeatedly told her he didn't need the account and just wanted to get the procedure done that he came in for. He was desperate and went ahead with his root canal because he was in so much pain. After the procedure she allowed him to drive himself home which was crazy since he had been heavily medicated. However she never bothered to give him a prescription for antibiotics which he absolutely needed. Mind you she was aware that most pharmacies would be closed on Christmas day. I spoke to her the next day and found her to be disingenuous and condescending. Although she seems to have many seemingly positive reviews I recommend running away from this place as fast as possible. Please take time to read all of the negative reviews because they are certainly more accurate to our experience and many other trusting people unfortunately.

He asked me a series of questions about my plans for my dental care and when I replied that I wasn't interested in fixing my smile he questioned me in such a rude way.
