As I don't shop here myself (and having been deterred by the company's politics) I had no expectations when I entered the store. First, the store is large, handsomely laid out, and conveys the (correct) impression of high quality. I was approached by two salespeople who were very nice and very helpful. It pretty much screams high quality by your shopping experience. The items I selected were full price, and not inexpensive, but were clearly well made. At check out they were carefully wrapped and placed in a shopping bag (kudos for not appearing to charge for the bag and for not using plastic.) I would go back here in a moment. Factoring the dirth of high quality options in the Albany area it's nice to have this here.

I left in tears because of the amount of love and care i was shown today. Kendra gets 10 stars in my book. And i think that buckle has truly found a diamond when they hired her. Thank you so much!

When I entered to the store, I notice that this place maybe for a rich client because I saw their welcoming and relax station so I assume there isn't regular or tourist customer. The price that they remain to stay the business is not an ordinary so for the price that I pay it is expensive but it is match with the quality so for the business stand point I can't complain about it.

The outlet store was always kind of hit or miss on good prices. If you haven't been in a J Crew, it is a very similar style to what Gap and Old Navy carry. The clothing is all quite nice and they do carry many classic and timeless styles. This store does carry more than just clothing. I spotted apparel for men, women and kids. They also had a small jewelry section, but I would suggest checking our nearby Charming Charlie's because the prices may be better. I also noticed a small table of women's shoes, lots of basic flats, but all were very cute. This store might be worth checking out if you don't want to make the long trek over to the Lee Outlets. I spotted many items at 40-60% off and the true bargains are found in the back of the store. Prices aren't bargain basement cheap, but they are reasonable for this particular brand.
