Peter Gregory did a fantastic job doing the flowers for our wedding. I wanted each table to have a different kind of flower, in reds and purples. They did a really beautiful job. Donna was really kind and helpful. Overall, a really easy but beautiful experience. OH! I am very disappointed that we just received flowers delivered by a 6-7 year old child. First of all I'd like to know who the parent figure was that sat in the car while their daughter was sent up to a complete strangers door with her hand out for a tip? We have used Peter Gregory Florist for many years & occasions. There was a mix-up with a delivery to a funeral this week, and the flowers we ordered were not there. It is likely another family got them by accident at the funeral home, and that Peter Gregory was not at fault. However, they offered to re-send the flowers to the home and sent us an arrangement with an apology note. This far exceeded the customer service that we too often receive from other companies. I will definitely continue to use Peter Gregory Florist in the future! read more

I ordered flowers through Teleflora and they used Peter Gregory Florist for the flowers I chose. The bouquet was supposed to be a variety of flowers of different shades of purple with a dark purple vase. What my friend received was mostly red flowers with a few purple and in a BLACK vase. These flowers were for a friend who had just lost her father, I would have never picked anything to send to her that was black. While they may have been out of purple vases at the time, it was very clear that these were sympathy flowers. What kind of person includes a black vase with sympathy flowers? I was very unhappy with the service that was provided from Peter Gregory Florist. I could have gone to Kroger and purchased a bouquet that would have been MUCH cheaper and MORE beautiful than the one that was delivered to my friend. read more

Peter Gregory is horrible! If you place an online order, beware. They will send your order to a 3rd party florist who is out of business. The person will not get their flowers they day that you are promised. When you get the flowers, they are pretty average at best. I have heard that they do weddings ok, but for a normal order, stay away. Their customer service is horrible and the owner is childish and unprofessional. My experience with Peter Gregory Florist was.. interesting to say the least. Their outdated website made it impossible for me to actually know and understand what I was purchasing. I made a phone call to stop in to place my order in person and was told to come on in. Upon walking in, I wasn't greeted by anyone or approached by any staff, I had to make the contact. I was briefly (15 minutes.. if that?) shown what my purchase would look like. I came in a day before the arrangement was to be delivered and it was not ready to be presented to me in a fashion that was organized. As I told the staff member about specific alterations I wanted on a specific flower piece, I was texted an "end result" picture and it wasn't at all what I described. Deceptive? Very. I would've left it at 2 stars, but Peter Gregory Florist also failed to deliver flower's purchased by a US Marine Veteran. They apologized and refunded him, but that's besides the point. You ruined his last day with his significant other. If your customers are spending over a thousand dollars for your products, the very least you could do is take a few courses in customer service. read more

I ordered a bouquet from Peter Gregory for my mother for Valentine's Day. The bouquet I ordered was supposed to be big and full of flowers and when she received them the bouquet was very very small and looked nothing like the picture online. I was very disappointed and unhappy with the flowers and business! When I contacted the florist to inform them of the disappointment they offered no help other than to take them back and give me new ones. 1. she has already gotten them. We ordered flowers for Valentine's Day for my mother and mother-in-law. To say the flowers that were delivered to my mother-in-law were nothing like the picture on the website would be an understatement. I realize that they are authorized to make substitutions but the difference between what we thought would be delivered versus what was delivered was staggering. After complaining, they offered to come pick up the flowers and deliver another arrangement. I told them "no" and just refund my money. They did so without so much as an apology. The flowers delivered to my mother were better but still MUCH smaller than we anticipated. Needless to say this was the first and last time we'll use Peter Gregory. read more

I am very disappointed and upset with Valentines day arrangement. Called in order a week in advance and checked 5days before VD because I hadn't received confirmation email as promised. Delivery on VD was late (she had already left work) even after I had given them a "deliver before" time and even asked for early delivery..I was told that everyone wants them early and they'd see what they could do. Flowers were wrong..ordered doz red/doz pink roses and only got 6 of each..told me they only had so many in their shipment and nothing they could do. I understand VD is busy for them but should've been better prepared in quantity and quality of flowers and delivery drivers. Never ordering from them again!!!! POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. We ordered our flowers from Toronto, Canada on a Monday night. The funeral service was on a Wednesday at 1pm. When we arrived at the funeral, our flowers were nowhere to be found. When I called them before 1pm, they said the flowers are en route. Their en route meant arriving 40 mins late. Half the funeral service was over by the time the flowers got there. No follow-up calls even from their Manager when we complained. We don't understand how we, from almost 500 miles, can arrive on time; and yet, Peter Gregory Florist, which was 10 mins away from the funeral place, could not make it on time. read more
