I had to pay another plumber 2 days later when he never come back to uncap lines that didnt need capping but because lost his help he wanted to cap them to prevent water flow. IF he had better employees and completed the work we would have saved about 1500. He is still trying to get money out of me even though my tenants went without water 2 days, a gun was pulled on tenants by his crazy helper. UGH a nightmare of a situation. He should take care of jobs he promised to do and stop trying to collect money when he never come back. He owes me for uncapping lines ...beware

Originally needed them for tankless water heater descaling and valve repair. Then used them also for a leak in the slab that was a much bigger job. They kept the house clean, picked up after themselves, wore gloves (big deal IMO), and were there when they said they would, and did not tarry about. I've used various plumbers for remodels and would not hesitate to use Koen again based on the service I've recently received. I also found the pricing estimates given to be within reason and fair. We used this company several months ago and one guy came, fixed our problem and it was a great…read moreexperience. On December 6, 2024, I called them out for a blocked toilet in one of our suites. They billed us for 3 people and the main person said the problem was fixed and they left. As soon as the toilet was used again, it backed up and they were immediately contacted. We were billed for three more people for the same amount (within a few cents). I asked why the double invoice when the first group no sooner left and the problem recurred. Her emailed response: I understand this can be frustrating. Since stoppages are not warranted, and our first plumber tested and did all procedures properly, we will be charging for both invoices. We can offer a 10% discount on both for the inconvenience. Please see revised invoices... A couple days later, the problem recurred and we contacted a different company who sent one plumber and actually fixed the problem: there was a pen caught in the pipe that was catching the toilet paper. We paid this company, with the 10% discount, $617. So six people and two trips and never found the problem. I know blockages can be problematic, but to tell me that they aren't warranted within 30 minutes of the plumber leaving the premises (and sending three people each time, all of whom they billed for--apparently 2 apprentices who are learning?) is just wrong. To me, it was extreme over-billing.
