I don't tend to review very many places...I have to have either a truly great or try horrible experience to say much. I am pleased to say my experience with Dr. Brenn's office was amazing. As an adult, getting full braces was a daunting concept. I was uncomfortable with the idea from the beginning. But the amazingly friendly and helpful staff at Dr. Brenn's office made it such a positive experience. Dr. Brenn is kind and professional. Explaining each step of the way the process and related treatment. The office staff and assistants are.phenomenal as well. They were always helpful with accommodating my appointments around a crazy work schedule... Always called me by me when I walked in....and even remembered about my job change and my kids, even with a full patient list and months between appointments! I don't like going to the dentist. Be it fear, lack of time, financial constraints or whatever...a visit to these "architects of smiles" just hasn't been my cup of tea for a very long time. However, it was at this later stage in my life that I visited a dentist and informed him that per my "bucket list", I finally was ready to get my mouth in order. That would include cleanings, fillings, extractions and yes...even BRACES! So upon realizing my seriousness, my dentist referred Dr. Brenn to me. And as you might have guessed, having been a patient of Dr. Brenn for over year now, I wonder why the heck I waited so long to have this procedure done. What was I fearing? My visits to Dr. Brenn's office are always comfortable and relaxing. He and his staff are friendly, courteous and truly professional in their attitude and approach. And the appointments, to my surprise and delight, are non time consuming. I think the longest I've waited in the reception area is 5 minutes at the most. Once in the examining area, I'm seated at one of the many work stations by a lovely assistant assigned to me for that visit. For me it has usually been Kristy or Ana. They will proceed to give a brief examination of my braces, making sure I'm fine and that all is well in their placement. Shortly thereafter I am greeted by Dr. Brenn. He too, among pleasantries, gives a brief but very thorough examination , all the while instructing the assistant on what course to follow next concerning my procedure. Within moments of his good-bye, he exits, and the assistant continues as instructed. Another 4 or 5 minutes, a few tweaks here and there, and she is done. My visit has lasted 15 to 20 minutes tops. I still have a few more visits left before the braces come off. Can't say that I won't be delighted when that day arrives and I'll be proud of my new smile. I can already see the difference taking shape. And although the visits may come to an end, Dr. Brenn and his staff , for a least a couple of years or so, just may get a box of cookies or a card right around Christmas time. I needed new retainers and a friend of mine raved about how great Dr.Brenn is. So I was sold and Little did I know that I was walking into an office of a sculpting genius. I initially just came in to get sculpted for retainers but I then asked him what he thought of my teeth. He examined and never did he say anything negative he just pointed and mentioned that he would be able to even out my two front teeth with side teeth real quick. He then bonded and sculpted my teeth. I left his office with a new smile and feeling Amazing. I am beyond happy with the service and smile he has given me. His staff are so genuine, accommodating, and beyond Nicer than nice. I am incredibly happy with my results at Brenn Orthodontics. As an older patient in need of orthodonture, I was concerned about the amount of months I needed to be completed with my braces journey; however, not only was my experience shorter than what I anticipated, but also an enjoyable process. Dr. Brenn made sure to completely inform me about what exactly is happening at all times. I really appreciated this as a patient because I was always aware as to which stage in the process I am in. His staff got to know me on a one-on-one basis and treated me like family. I always happily went to my appointments. Booking an appointment with the office is so easy and convenient. They always pick up their phone calls and follow up with the patient. I was having some discomfort with my retainer and they called to see how I was doing to make sure everything was okay. I really appreciate their attentiveness. In addition, I have had to make an SOS appointment and they found a way to schedule me in. They always send a text a day before your appointment as a reminder. This little attention to detail goes a very long way. The prices were affordable. One of my favorite things about the pricing was that you have no copay nor any surprise fees. The quote you get during your consultation is exactly what you pay for. The office and workspace is incredibly clean and organized. In fact, I visited a few other offices before making my decision with Dr. Brenn and no other office left this impression. They use the latest form of technology which makes the process a lot easier. I definitely recommend Dr. Brenn in every aspect. Being an adult, I was so nervous to enter into orthodontic care, that uneasiness dissipated the moment I met with Dr.Brenn. Not only is he such a nice, easy going doctor but, he is very talented in his work and incredibly professional. His staff always remembered my name and would accommodate my busy schedule. My daughter already has braces. We have just moved into this country and just wanted an orthodontist to continue the treatment that had already been started. He quoted us $5700 to continue with her orthodontia. This was without removing teeth, without installing the braces (which were already there). He told us it would take 2 years, the girl told us 2 1/2 years. At this price it would be cheaper for us to fly her out of the country every month for her dental work. read more

Like others who have written reviews, I am an adult patient and had some apprehension. I had nothing to worry about - while most of the patients were teenagers and young adults, I never felt uncomforable or awkward going for my appointments. Dr. Brenn is terrific - and he is a perfectionist and that is a very good thing when it comes to orthodontia. The rest of his staff is equally professional and efficient. Dr Brenn is the best! I was an adult patient with Dr. Brenn and had gotten braces when I was younger by another ortho in Burbank. I was very unhappy with the results as a teenager and so when I got older I decided to give it another shot with Dr. Brenn, and I couldn't be happier. I can't say enough good thing about Dr. Brenn and his staff. I am 45 years old and had an orthodontic treatment with Dr. Brenn. The treatment had some added complexity due to the fact that I had an accident which fractured the root of my front tooth which resulted in an implant. The treatment had to take into account and work around the implant. Dr Brenn was understanding of my un-usual requirements and eager to take the challenge. The results have been excellent. Dr Brenn works with state of the art equipment which gives him a lot of flexibility and his staff is very capable and skilled . Actually what makes Dr. Brenn even better is his outstanding staff. Incredibly friendly , super organized, the appointment desk always make it easy, if your appointment is at 2pm you will be seen at 2pm and they know everyone by name.
